Mathew 24:33 tells us the Door for Christ to return through, will be closing before 2020

Please help get this 2020 Vision out to the world = this end time generation which the Bible assures us "shall not pass", is soon coming to pass. This end time generation will pass before the year 2020 = (2019.?, I believe Scripture is telling us that it is befor February of 2020. This is only the door,(deadline) which this Mathew passage not only tells us that we are allowed to know, but in the original Greek text, it is worded like a command even.[/background][/background][/background][/background]

If you take June 10[sup]th[/sup] as the latest date for taking control of Jerusalem. And then add 51.6 years for a generation then you get June 10 = day 161/365.25 = 0.441. So the last day of the war = meaning Jerusalem was surely in Israeli control by 1967.441. If you take 1967.441 + 51.6 = 2019.041 = last day that Christ can return for His Saints in the Rapture, and still be able to fulfill the prophecy about this generation shall not pass. Where the first door is Jan 15, 2019 when the rapture must occur by or before, which ends the Christian age, when Christ comes to rescue all who are born again. The Tribulation MUST begin by or before this date=deadline=door. Then by adding 2520 days we can get the second door, Dec 8, 2025 is the date that Christ must come back by, and sets His Feet on the earth to judge the nations.

The exactness of the writing of Matthew is not something that you can base doctrine on. Especially sense it was copied many times by scribes before we received it. Punctuation can not be trusted.The overall meaning, The general consensus of the scripture is all that is there. You are writing things into the scripture that was not intended by the author. It come across as imagination that boasts itself against the truth of God. First of all you are debased about the rapture, which is not in scripture either.
So now you add more imagination to someone else's imagination. Imagination is not good for doctrine.

Did not Jesus say, " as it was in the days of Noah", God didnt take Noah away, He put Him in an ark and protected Him, now Jesus is our Ark, Get into Him , for soon " yes " the door will be closed and just like in the days of Noah, those not inside will not be protected.

We where never promised protection from tribulation. But we are told that those who are right with God are kept from His Wrath.

In the end times there shall be both tribulation followed by Gods Wrath upon those who have tribulated His people.

As for Rapture. I believe there shall be a rapture at the second comming of the Messiah Jesus.This is a scriptural belief. I don't believe in the escapist pre-tribulation rapture made popular by some preachers and the left behind movies.

One of the rules of hermeneutics is to assertain who was the audience of these scriptures.

Jesus was addressing the disciples, not us. Common mistake that most prophecy teachers ignore.

The gospels were written by the apostles for us, Matthew 24:34 is the summation of the subject, which began in Matthew 24:3. Thus, the generation being referenced has not passed because its the generation that proceeds Christ's second coming.

I agree that He is our Blessed Hope and I hate to break it to you (and I do so in love) but there is no way that he is removing his saints before any "big trouble" (tribulation breaks out. My first reason is logical (and God created logic), if he did he would have to apologize to every single person who has died a martyr's death down through the ages - those in Foxes Book of Martyr's (and those who didn't make it in it). Those who suffer with him will reign with him!! The whole Bible is about laying down our life and choosing to trust him (live or die), why would he suddenly take that away from us!

And brother, I'd like to add that it is wrong to try to set his return by the use of numbers. We must use our God-given common sense and judge by the signs of the times and we are not there yet.

Mt 24:3 And as He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?"

Mt 24.29 "But immediately after the tribulation of those days THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken, 30 and then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory.

Maybe it is as simple as Jesus said it would be! This is just my interpretation of my studies.
