Wonders in the heavens

This is not a fresh idea, but - back in the early 90's I had seen both. The sun was blotted out even at mid day and required headlights to drive. That took place in Iraq during persian gulf war 1. I saw this on a news broadcast. Then at night where I lived, in Ohio, I saw the moon blood red. I drew a connection there as the Bible does not claim these two things happen all over the world ( something many always seems to think ) nor does it claim they happen at exactly the same time. When one eliminates the necessity for them to happen together and world wide - this prophecy has been fulfilled. However, if it was meant to be world wide and at the ssame time, then it has yet to be done... or I missed it.

Not to worry; you haven't missed it. I believe that what is described is the near miss of an asteroid or comet. It eclipses the sun and partially eclipses the moon at the same time. What we have from the sixth seal through the fifth trumpet is a meteor shower. And actually, because so many of these meteors strike the earth, we really have a METEORITE shower.

6th Seal: "stars" fall from the sky = herald meteors
7th Seal: 1st Trumpet: After 1/2 hour of silence in the sky, hail and fire mixed with blood = hot, "frozen" chemicals (crystals?) rain down starting fires
2nd Trumpet: "huge mountain thrown into the sea" = large mountain-sized meteorite has an ocean landing
3rd Trumpet: "sputtering, burning, huge "star" named "Wormwood" poisons the freshwater sources = green absinthe meteorite that sputters as it burns in the atmosphere releasing chemicals that poison the waters
4th Trumpet: the darkening of the lights of the day and of the night = smokes and debris choke the atmosphere
5th Trumpet: a meteorite cracks open the earth's crust at key coordinates opening the unsounded pit

All of these have this theme in common: a "star" falls from the sky to the ground (or water) = a METEORITE!

Hello All. There are many who believe this prophecy has already been fulfilled.

Following the Lisbon earthquake the (greatest ever recorded) in 1755, was "The Dark Day" of New England on the 19th of May, 1780.

Here is a short excerpt that may "shed some light" on ideas of smoke, debris, near misses from comets or other naturally explainable phenomenon causing the darkness of Rev 6:12

"That the darkness was not due to an eclipse is evident from the fact that the moon was then nearly full. It was not caused by clouds, or the thickness of the atmosphere, for in some localities where the darkness extended, the sky was so clear that the stars could be seen. Concerning the inability of science to assign a satisfactory cause for this manifestation, Herschel the astronomer declares: "The dark day in North America was one of those wonderful phenomena of nature which philosophy is at a loss to explain."

Perhaps there is not just a natural, physical explanation...

Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

I am not sure what causes this, but it is a one-off occurrence and the heavenly signs announce the return of Christ.

Here is some exiting news for you to chew on and while you are at it, read Psalms 111-117 which is a seven year period called the Hallelujah Psalms. They line up with years 2011-2017 and all of the Psalms line up with the last 150 years that we are living in now. Take for instance the shoe in 2008- Psalm108 being thrown at
B U S H l l=6.
Take a look at Psalm 114 EARTHQUAKE and NO Hallelujah's right in the center of the 7 yrs as in 3-1/2 yr lining up with Rev 11:13 and Rev.12:6 where the devil is tossed out of heaven down to earth just as the son's of God are birthed and CAUGHT UP to God's throne and he goes after the rest of the woman's offspring. Also the Feast of Purim that begins on the 13th as Esther's(adopted by Mordecai/Jesus the Jew being New Covenant Jerusalem) fasts and on the 14th and 15th is where the Jews fight but are rescued from Hamon/Satan and his 10 sons/UN. The 14th/2014/Psalms 114 & 15th /2015/ Psalms 115 are ALWAYS on the 14th & 15th of Adar. So is Passover, so is the Feast of Tabernacles (Caught up and changed in the twinkling of an eye from our earthly tent to our heavenly tabernacle/body/tent.

I am flexible for any possibility, but for now the evidence points toward a Planet X or something the size of a planet. Some of the evidence is:

1. The Sun light blocked and the moon turning blood red. If a planet (large enough) got between earth and the sun it would eclipse the sun yet we would still be able to see the moon.
2. Unprecedented earthquakesMatthew24:7
3. Massive tidal changes Luke21:25
4. Meteor showers Revelation 8:1

What ever is the cause of this event doesn't just present itself the hour before the disaster. Something this big (coming toward earth) would be seen well in advance by earth’s observatories. The governments would be aware well in advance (they may know even now).

Those in the know would (futiley) be preparing survival shelters. Revelation6:16

The general population will be kept in the dark until you can see it with the naked eye. At some point marshal law would be implemented with the mark-of-the-beast being part of the security process. Revelation13:16
Anyone found to be warning of the impending event would be arrested for insighting unrest. Revelation 13:15
