And adding Daniel 7:13 to your list, there are obviously two separate instances in which the son of man comes in clouds: once from the earth to the father, and once from the father to the earth.

Acts 1:9 is the same event as Daniel 7:13. Jesus left the earth in the clouds and arrived at the throne of GOD in the clouds:

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. Acts 1:9

I saw in the night visions, and, behold, [one] like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion [is] an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom [that] which shall not be destroyed. Daniel 7:13-14

Caiaphus would have only known about the Daniel prophecy.
Caiaphas would have also been familiar with the following prophecy suggesting that Yeshua was exactly who he claimed to be. If you get it wrong you might eventually come to think that Yeshua is claiming to be the Father. It is Messiah who is the Ancient of Days because he exists-extends to and from the oldest times and ancient days of `olam-eternity:

Micah 5:1-2 KJV
1. Now gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops: he hath laid siege against us: they shall smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek.
2. But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

Micah 5:1-2 ASV
1. NOW YOU are walled about with a wall; siege is laid against us; with a rod they strike upon the cheek the ruler of Israel.
2. But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel, whose origin is from of old, from ancient days.

It may not be a "salvation issue" but it surely is a "comprehension issue" if indeed one truly desires to understand without preferential treatment to his or her own predetermined mindset. The Father has committed all judgment unto the Son and it is the Ancient of Days who judges in favor of the saints, (Daniel 7:22). Likewise it is the Ancient of Days with Nazarite garments purer than snow, and hair whiter than snow like pure wool, (Lamentations 4:7 KJV, Daniel 7:9 KJV, Revelation 1:14 KJV). ;)

Dan 7:14
14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
(KJV)

That was a vision given Daniel that is STILL YET to happen today. Christ Jesus has NOT returned to this earth yet as written, nor is He yet ruling over all nations on earth, and especially all nations are NOT serving Him today.

You speak toward your own four dominions concerning your own earth in which you are the foremost ruler. As for myself and my own dominion I was made third ruler of the kingdom in the night that Bel-dak was slain. :)

I don't know what daq said, since he's on my Ignore list, but I'm sure it's something just as wacko as a lot of his other stuff.

How did all these wackos get here on this forum? They have NO intention of staying in God's Word as written using common sense. It's almost like some of them are on drugs.

You neither care about the Scripture nor honor the New Covenant to which you claim to adhere. If you did you would not endanger your own soul by spewing RACA against the brethren. Likewise you would know that Daniel 7 is an integral part of the New Covenant in that there be four generation-dominions to the man:

Jeremiah 31:26-27 KJV
26. Upon this I awaked, and beheld; my sleep was sweet unto me.
27. Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.

Daniel 4:13-16 KJV
13. I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;
14. He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches:
15. Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with t
he dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth:
16. Let his heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him.

Daniel 7:4 KJV
4. The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

The heart of the king is already consumed by the voracious beast of a lion-like man and this is only the first beast, O king. This is revealed by what comes forth from the mouth for according to the doctrine of the Master whatsoever proceeds from the mouth came forth from the heart:

Matthew 15:18-19 KJV
18. But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

Therefore the one with the mouth of a lion has inside his heart the first beast of the lion:

Revelation 13:2-6 KJV
2. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
3. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
4. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
5. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

Daniel 4:27 KJV
27. Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.

It has nothing to with "drugs" as you scandalously suggest but rather living in and walking out the Living Word.
You appear to be on the outside looking in, O king, weeping and gnashing of teeth before the Light shines in the darkness.
If indeed you overcome in your appointed time . . . :)

In the OT clouds within the Tabernacle was God's glory. Hebrews 12:1 speaks of the Great Cloud of Witnesses. Do you think that when God speaks of clouds that he is speaking about his coming with people???

Daniel 7:13 NIV
I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

Revelation 1:7KJV
Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and “every eye will see him, even those who pierced him”; and all peoples on earth “will mourn because of him.” So shall it be! Amen.

Yeshua is himself the express image and the brightness of the GLORY of the hupostasis of the Most High, (Hebrews 1:3).

Leviticus 9:1-6 KJV
1. And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;
2. And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the Lord.
3. And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;
4. Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the Lord; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the Lord will appear unto you.
5. And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the Lord.
6. And Moses said, This is the thing which the Lord commanded that ye should do: and the
glory of the Lord shall appear unto you.

Leviticus 9:22-24 KJV
22. And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.
23. And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the
glory of the Lord appeared unto all the people.
24. And there came a fire out from before the Lord, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

This "eighth day" is the eighth day following the seven days of the consecration of Aaron the priest with his sons.
John 20:26 KJV is the very same "eighth day" of the consecration of the new priesthood of Peter and the disciples.
The GLORY, (Messiah) of the Most High appeared to the disciples also in "the eighth day".
This consecration began seven days before with going up to "the high mountain" (Spirit).

Matthew 17:1-2
1. And META-WITH-AMIDST SIX DAYS Yeshua taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
2. And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

Mark 9:2-3
2. And META-WITH-AMIDST SIX DAYS Yeshua taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them.
3. And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them.

Therefore when Yeshua comes he brings all the saints with him because they are IN HIM and the following shall be realized:

Hebrews 12:18-29
18. For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
19. And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
20. For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
21. And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:
22. But ye are come unto mount Zion,
(and seven supernal trumpets) and unto the city of the Living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23. To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24. And to the Covenant of the neos-New Mediator Yeshua, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
25. See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
26. Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29. For our God is a consuming fire.

Each in his or her own appointed times . . . :)

Thanks daq ^_^ the clouds aren't people with him when he returns then?
Why would they not be? (Re: Revelation 8:3 quoted above). Also:

Zechariah 14:5 KJV
5. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

Jude 1:14 KJV
14. And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

Revelation 11:12-15
12. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, "Anabatehode!" And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
13. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men; names seven thousand, and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
14. The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
15. And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christou; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

In that day shall one sit down in the Kingdom of Heaven with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Moses, and an innumerable company of messengers, in the general assembly and congregation of the firstborn which are names having been written in the heavens, in the Tabernacle of God the Judge of all, and with the spirits of just men made perfect, at the Table of the Master Yeshua. And the same shall ask Moses about the true meanings of things like the Passover and Moses will no more keep his secrets; for Messiah will have lifted the vail from the heart, mind, and spiritual eyes of that one. But first the power of the holy people must needs be completely shattered. :)

The Daniel 7 Scripture has nothing to do with ANY idea of Christ receiving His Kingdom from men, nor has any OTHER thing I've said ever pointed to that kind of idea. Your ideas are just as wacko as daq's.

But by your holding to the doctrines of men called PRETERISM, that IS an idea that depends upon MEN on earth fulfilling Christ's Kingdom instead of The LORD fulfilling it Himself when He RETURNS.
