Maybe the Iranian Ayatollah's will fall
There are 2 ways, completely beaten in war, like Hitler, or from internal strife, as in the Soviets.

The B-2 is the only aircraft that can carry the US's 15-ton GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, the largest US bunker buster, and one of the most powerful non-nuclear bombs.
Israel has no aircraft that can deploy this MOAB

Israel needs US stealth bombers if Trump decides to destroy Iran's nuclear sites

  • Israel would need US help if it set out to destroy Iran's underground nuclear sites.
  • The operation would require repeated cruise missile strikes and heavy, bunker-busting bombs.
  • There are limits to what the US and Israel could accomplish in a short air campaign.
Iran can enrich enough uranium for a nuclear weapon within weeks. The options to stop Iran from getting a bomb, if it so chooses, are through a nuclear deal like the one President Donald Trump withdrew from in 2018 or with overwhelming military force.

"There are two ways Iran can be handled, militarily or you can make a deal. I would prefer to make a deal," Trump said in a March 6 interview with Fox News. The US, he said, has "a situation with Iran that's going to happen very soon, very, very soon."

Early signs of a deal were inauspicious. Trump dialed up the pressure on Iran after US strikes on the Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen over the weekend, warning in a Monday Truth Social post that "every shot fired by the Houthis will be looked upon, from this point forward, as being a shot fired from the weapons and leadership of IRAN."

Israel could attempt pre-emptive strikes, but they would likely need US airpower in what would be a major escalation if they aimed to demolish Iran's underground facilities for weapons-grade uranium, according to military analysts.

To wipe out Iran's nuclear facilities, US and Israel would need to carry out repeated strikes with stand-off weapons like cruise missiles, Ryan Bohl, a senior Middle East and North Africa analyst at the risk intelligence company RANE, told Business Insider.

Such strikes could also require the Northrop B-2 Spirit stealth bomber. The B-2 is the only aircraft that can carry the US's 15-ton GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, the largest US bunker buster, and one of the most powerful non-nuclear bombs. A B-2 notably bombed hardened underground weapon sites belonging to the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen in October.

"It would be a major milestone in the history of warfare should we see a joint Israeli-US strike on Iran," Bohl said. "It would give us insight into how such (American-made) systems might also perform against, say, Russia and China, whose systems are in some ways similar to that of Iran's."

The United Nations Security Council discussed Iran's enrichment of uranium near weapons-grade level in a closed meeting on Wednesday. The US accused Iran of "flagrantly" defying the council over its rapid uranium enrichment.

Amid the back and forth between the Trump administration and Iran, a US Air Force B-52 Stratofortess bomber drilled with Israeli Air Force F-35 stealth jets and F-15 fighters. Both air forces have drilled on numerous occasions in recent years in preparation for a possible attack against Iran.

The largest-ever exercise was Juniper Oak in January 2023, when American and Israeli F-35 stealth jets, drones, and US strategic bombers dropped over 180,000 pounds of live munitions.

"Juniper Oak gave us insight into how a maximum escalation scenario might play out with joint Israel-US operations," Bohl said.

Analyst says this war seriously hurts China.
I don't know about that, seems China profits from wars, like any other country selling military hardware.
Then says China could convince Iran to strike US targets in the region, which I also doubt.

Any such attack, and Trump will send in B2 bombers 15-ton GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrators and end this nuclear issue.
Israel would love that. Maybe China should!
Trump used bombers to stop the Houthis this year from attacking cargo ships.

The US military is in a unique position as a superpower to do pretty much whatever it wants, given cause to do so.

President Donald Trump promised that Israel’s next round of attacks on Iran would be "even more brutal" in a Truth Social post pressuring Iran to cut a deal on its nuclear activity.

"There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal, come to an end," Trump said.

37,000 pound GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrators were developed specifically to counter Iran's underground nuclear ambitions.

If Iran should give us cause to use them, let's see what happens next. The end of their regime?

If they did use a nuke on Israel, Iran is turning into a nuclear waste cinder. Their leadership though has a martyr complex.

Sounds like you are a very violent person.
Leading people to Christ might be a better idea.
Just ready to serve it back to a Mob who are so evil and cunning if they try to serve such up to the USA !
They should Do as Trump said for them to do and all would be fine, but They are way out of line !
It's They who only want to bring it on !
So we will bring it on, if they want to bring it on !
Would you just rollover and play dead 1300 ?

Hey who brought it on to the Jews ?

Israel has failed to destroy the deep underground storage sites of enriched uranium, according to this here, it is very deep.
This just delays by months a nuke.
With Israel going in like they have, Iranian mullahs will want nukes more than ever.
Unless the US decides to take out Iran's nuke program, well, it is just not going to stop them seems to me.
The eventual fate of the region is up to God.

The Sunni Islamic countries and many others do not want Iran nukes. Time to act is now, Trump knows it. Iran won't contain itself.
They have this martyrdom complex in Shia Islam, that God is with them ever stronger as they die for Islamic Jihad.

If I were Israel, I would think exactly the same here.
Trump wants the war to stop and diplomacy efforts are moving ahead
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Almost 48 hours after the eruption of hostilities between Israel and Iran, concerted but limited diplomatic efforts appear to be underway to prevent the conflict from spiraling out of control and ultimately bring it to a resolution.
US president Donald Trump declared on Sunday that “we will have PEACE, soon, between Israel and Iran” and that the countries “should make a deal and will make a deal”.
“Many calls and meetings now taking place. I do a lot, and never get credit for anything, but that’s OK, the PEOPLE understand. MAKE THE MIDDLE EAST GREAT AGAIN!”, the US president said in a post on his social media on Sunday.
Meanwhile, as Israel has expanded its onslaught on Iran, Tehran has reached out to Qatar and Oman through diplomatic channels asking for regional mediators to intervene in relaunching negotiations, multiple Israeli media outlets reported on Sunday citing Israeli government sources.
According to the same Israeli sources, Iran is asking Qatar and Oman to act as intermediaries to inform the United States of its willingness to negotiate a ceasefire or for Washington to urge Israel to stop its offensive, while Saudi Arabia may also be pursuing discreet diplomatic efforts to enable a de-escalation of the hostilities between Iran and Israel.
Meanwhile Israel has pressed on with its operations on Sunday, warning Iran to evacuate the nuclear sites. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the attack site in Bat Yam, where he declared: "Iran will pay a very heavy price for the murder of civilians, women, and children that they committed intentionally."
Netanyahu added: "We are here because we are in an existential battle—something that is now clear to every Israeli citizen. Just imagine what would happen if Iran possessed nuclear weapons to launch against Israeli cities."
Israel remains skeptical that Iran would respect any future deal and instead asked the Trump administration to join its efforts to destroy Iran’s nuclear programmes, according to Israeli officials. Washington however refuses to get involved directly.
Meanwhile, European leaders have been calling for a diplomatic solution to avoid an all-out war that could spiral across the Middle East and beyond, but security expert Claude Moniquet told Euronews that Europe has been left “sitting on the sidelines”.
Those talks may now be in doubt, but “the Europeans were excluded” from them anyway, Moniquet pointed out.
“Europeans have been pretty much excluded from all major diplomatic manoeuvres around the war in Gaza or the war in Lebanon,” the former French intelligence officer and author said.
An Iranian citizen claims the Islamic republic didn’t build shelters for airstrikes because residents are expected to tough through the bombings and “enjoy martyrdom.”
While Israelis have a plethora of public bomb shelters to help weather the storm of attacks from Tehran, Iranians claim that not only is their infrastructure lacking, but there is also a “culture of martyrdom” that keeps them from seeking refuge.
“In this society, going to the shelters when there is a jet fighting or looming [airstrike] around it indicates you’re chicken-hearted,” an Iranian journalist told the BBC’s Global News Podcast. “So you should [be] brave and brace for the bombardments and enjoy martyrdom.”
Trump says full might of US military will come down on Iran if they attack America
U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday said the U.S. had "nothing to do with" Israel's attack against Iran but warned that any attack against the U.S. would be met with the "full strength and might" of the U.S. military.
"The U.S. had nothing to do with the attack on Iran, tonight," Trump wrote on Truth Social in the early morning hours of Sunday.
"If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the U.S. Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before," he continued. "However, we can easily get a deal done between Iran and Israel, and end this bloody conflict!!!"
Israel-Iran live updates: Trump says US 'could get involved' in conflict
Aerial attacks between Israel and Iran continued overnight into Sunday, marking a third day of strikes following Israel’s Friday attack. That surprise strike hit the heart of the Iran's nuclear program, killing several nuclear scientists as well as high-ranking military leaders, according to Israeli officials.
The U.S. did not provide any military assistance or have any involvement in Israel's Friday strike, a U.S. official told ABC News.
The U.S. communicated to the Israelis that President Trump is opposed to a plan to kill Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, adding that Iran has not killed an American and discussions of killing political leaders should not be on the table, according to a U.S. official.
The U.S. is not considering joining the war with Iran to eliminate its nuclear program, according to another U.S. official.
Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Yechiel Leiter, speaking Sunday to ABC News' "This Week," declined to rule out that Khamenei was a potential Israeli target, saying that "nobody who is threatening the destruction of Israel should be off the target list.”
Israel is bombing planes and airports, and radar installations to gain air superiority. A b-2 just might be flying in. Israel has issued evacuation notices for anyone living around any military installation.
