Perhaps you've proven that Papal infallibility is a myth, or that church infallibility is a myth, (if anything), but the Pope didn't apply for some job he saw in the papers, he was elected by a council of church leaders and according to RC doctrine is now a successor to the Apostolic authority of Saint Peter, regardless of his faithfulness or faithlessness to former RC doctrine. I don't think that you've actually proven a thing, but I thank the Lord that the only Spiritual authority that I recognize as immutable is that of the Lord Himself (in the person of His Son) and the word that He's given as a testimony that is eternally true.
In fairness to the Pope, the commentator of the linked video gave a vacuous argument making the claim that the Pope's comments or actions somehow proved his own suppositions when such conclusions were in no way merited by the video evidence presented. In simple terms: Whack-a-doodle.
