I agree with the feelings expressed and this is why this question bothered me. Jesus tells us to love our enemies and Satan is Jesus and our worst enemy?
I know this thread is old but I don't care....I would like to know why the statement in bold went un-noticed? Or am I misunderstanding? As for the OP no we are not to love Satan. Satan is the seat of sin, we are to hate sin, Satan is not flesh and blood he is powers and prinicpalities. Our battle is not with the flesh but with powers and prinicipalities....blessings

Yeah hes an evil little dude....I think I would steer clear of him. He was cast out of heaven because he got the "big head" he started thinking that he was all so beautiful and glorified and could take G-ds place boy did he get the shaft.

Perhaps it is merely the manner in which one reads it, such as:Satan is Jesus, and our worst enemy? Or: Satan, is Jesus' and our worst enemy?I also did a double take with the first reading of it

The first reading would indeed be blasphemous. The second reading IMO is the manner in which it was intended.(Jackie D)

Well said.Ephesians 6:11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. As for 'sin tet nun' [satan] as a personage of evil / the 'devil', I personally hold no love nor hate. However I am not unaware of his schemes.2 Corinthians 2:11 in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes. That I do not hate, is not that I am not against. It is that 'hate' as a powerful emotion could be used as a tool against me to render me of no effect. For by such a powerful emotion, I could unintentionally treat those I am speaking unto in such manner and no longer able to gently instruct.2 Timothy 2:24 And the Lord’s servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. 25 Those who oppose him he must gently instruct, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, 26 and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.I have become indifferent. To be indifferent is worse than to hate. For to hate someone or something, means that to some degree it is still drawing upon your time/energy/emotions.To be indifferent means that you no longer put/give/lose any of your time, your energy, your emotions to that one. And I refuse to allow any of my resources [time/energy/emotions] to be given to that.I hope that makes sense. As for the teachings of sin tet nun as the devil, one of the fallen ones or benei elohim, to those I myself am an adversary and strongly opposed of them.Acts 13:10 “You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Will you never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord? James 3:15 Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil. In His love,Richard

Sorry, I went back and read my post and it was even confusing to me. It should read ........Satan is Jesus's worst enemy and ours.

thank you setfree...I did get it figured out with help from my friend Richard...I thought it was a very strange statement coming from you as I went and read other posts of yours and got no indication from them that you thought Jesus is Satan...it did scare me however as I did see someone post those very words and meant it...I appreciate the clarification...be blessed
