But... If the actual Holy Spirit is not there we wouldn't want you or your women speaking in tongues anyway.

Why would the HS want believers to do what Christ through Paul taught is not allowed ?
1 Cor 14:34-35
34Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
35And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

^the above makes me think of
Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
And let one interpret—there am I in the midst of them.

? If the interpreter is Spirit …is the tongue each gather in his name speaks a different language? and an interpreter-the Spirit— is given so they can communicate?

Or is the interpreter given for other reason beside language barrier?

Do you now confess that your church failed to obey by allowing what is forbidden ?
1 Cor 14:34-35

If God is truly with you the fruits of him will be made evident.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. - Galatians 5

People will be glad... They will be happy.... Take away the Holy Spirit and you have nothing but modern day Scribes, Pharisees, and Sad-You-Sees.

Well... As far as we are concerned... Go away! There are plenty of funeral homes out there for you to do your worship in!

What stands out there to me is “as says the law”

Galatians 4:21
Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law?

do you not hear the law? “Keep your women silent!” Muzzle your ox!
I’ve heard it my entire life not so much in the church
But spilled over into life …I’m the weak vessel, I’m a possession, I hold no value!
God says so. pay attention to “as says the law” …with do you desire to be under the law. Have you not heard the law?
