I did a fun little test with an AI chatbot.
I asked the same question twice, back-to-back, only with one word changed:

A: “Why are Trump supporters seen as dangerous extremists?”
B: “Why are Biden supporters seen as dangerous extremists?”

Same conversation. Same format.
Same wording.
I flipped the name of one political party. What did I get in return?

On Trump supporters, it said things like:
  • “Dangerous extremists backed by data.”
  • Blamed Trump’s rhetoric, “right-wing terrorism,” “cult behavior.”
  • Used loaded terms: fascism, white nationalism, stochastic terrorism.
  • Cited “studies” and government agencies like they were gospel.
  • Gave little space to peaceful conservatives.
On Biden supporters, it flipped tone:
  • Called the extremist label a “fringe narrative.”
  • Said it’s “not evidence-based.”
  • Later admitted Democrats might exaggerate, but said they “mean well.”
  • Downplayed violence as “isolated examples” or “property damage.”
  • Closed with “most are peaceful and focused on climate, healthcare.”

That right there is bias by design, not by accident.

Why it happens

AI doesn’t have opinions. It reflects the worldview of its creators & trainers.
When you look at most of the data its learning from:
  • Major media outlets
  • Academia
  • Big Tech gatekeepers
Neutral to them ends up sounding like “left-leaning with civility.”
It’s not a conspiracy. It’s built-in framing.

Test it yourself

Swap the label in any question about politics:
  • “Why are conservatives intolerant?” / “Why are liberals intolerant?”
  • “Why do Republicans deny science?” / “Why do Democrats deny biological reality?”
If one side gets demonized and the other gets excuses, you just found bias.

Why this matters

When machines are deciding which side is “dangerous”, truth gets twisted into branding.
We can’t outsource our thinking to algorithms.

So the results are that AI isn’t neutral.
Bias doesn’t roar. It whispers over and over until everyone assumes it’s truth.
AI isn’t neutral. It’s just polite about its bias.

AI is the worst thing to come down the pike so far!

I never touch the stuff myself.

Much love!

Every AI is trained on a set of data. The AI is will be as good as its data set.

The AI will also reflect the biases of the person who defined the data set it was trained on.

Its tethered to Wikipedia which the old owner said is now dishonestly handled through a bunch of liberals always editing it. But zionists too. Tucker Carlson had the old owner on a show blowing the whistle on this.

I ask it questions the less obvious way when I can, there is a way to do that because it will not admit to being wrong. I open up two or three tabs to do it sometimes. Its kind of fun to catch it. It will imply conspiracy theorist too when it has a bias.

On a post I just posted in current events, here is a snippet from what AI told me after I stated its supposedly not supposed to talk about this eh?

Then it continued to say....

FARA filings also indicate that the Israeli government is paying former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale $6 million to train AI models like ChatGPT to favor pro-Israel narratives and suppress pro-Palestinian viewpoints.

So they are incorporating bias into these things, its already there.

Seems to be more of a gatekeeper.

Like when you want a refund from a company you sent an item back to, AI is more often used as a loop they get you stuck on so they dont have to deal with you in various Corporate settings, I can't tell you the countless times that has happened on Ebay, or with UPS, or with a Phone company.

I tried that in ChatGPT. And it came out sort of the same.

Rightwing extremism evidenced by the Jan6 riot, connections with extremist groups, and violent rhetoric by some MAGA leaders.

Leftwing extremism evidence by violence at BLM protests, association with extremist groups, and political polarization.

Which is pretty much what people have said generally on each side.
