Red Phone can be installed on any cell phone and it will encrypt cell phone calls to a degree that they are unbreakable.
And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience (Ephesians 2).
There is no such thing as an "unbreakable" electronic signal.
By design, every electronic communication is monitored 24/7/365, worldwide. As "the prince of the power of the air", Satan has authority (for a season) over all of it. He is perverting God's frequencies for his own pernicious agenda.
According to that passage, that spirit works in those who are disobedient. For example, for those of you who did not perform due diligence and have since become addicted to your cell phone and associated wireless toys, it may be argued from the above verse that you have now become one of "the children of disobedience".
I have major doubts that any electronic communication can be made private. What is their proof that communications through this app are private?
Indeed. You are being asked to assume the mere veracity of the claim. At the end of the day, there is no proof - only hopium and destruction for the simple.

Daniel 3:5
“That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:”
This is pertinent because it involves
frequencies. That believers would be required to give obeisance to an unbeliever when that unbeliever commands it via frequencies, is quite telling. There's something more going on there than mere "musick"...
The god of this world hath blinded the minds [perceptions, thoughts, purposes] of them which believe not (2 Cor. 4). Satan knows something about our minds, our propensities; in this instance, he's manipulating frequencies to attack us...
