Angels live in total harmony with God although some of them left their heavenly dwelling.
Matthew 18:10 ESV "See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
Ezekiel 28:14-15 KJV Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. (15) Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
Hebrews 12:26-29 ESV At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, "Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens." (27) This phrase, "Yet once more," indicates the removal of things that are shaken--that is, things that have been made--in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. (28) Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, (29) for our God is a consuming fire.
Fair enough, now may i know the point you're trying to make based all the verses you've quoted?

1 Corinthians 6:2-3 ESV (2) Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases? (3) Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life!
The saints will judge the angels but not all of them, only those who have fallen will be judged. The verses I quoted just show that there are two types of angels, fallen and unfallen.
