Hi G, thnx 4 the reply.
What Scripture applies to us today is the important question.
2 Tim 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
eg:-
Was King David justified/saved by the teachings of Matthew ? No
Was John the Baptist justified by the teachings of Paul ? No
Was Paul justified by the teachings of Moses ? No.
See the problem ?
If you try and blend all the teachings of all the Apostles then apply them to yourself confusion is the result.
If you let Scripture teach you who teaches you how to be justified/saved then confusion vanishes.
++++
Using just Scripture, list the verses that teaches you who your Apostle is.
The role of that Apostle is to teach you how to be justifed/saved.
What verses do you rely on ?

Do I have faith? Yes
Do I have good deeds? Yes
Do I repent for my sins? Yes
Am I baptised? Yes

Therefore, will I be saved? Yes

No matter how someone wants to look at it, I'm happy that I have all the bases covered according all the teachings in scripture.

I don't understand anyone's objection to that

God bless

Many verses.
The ones we both refered to among others

I've been fair and answerd your questions in good faith, but you haven't answered any if my questions.
So please be fair, as I have been, and answer this

Would I be saved with my faith, good deeds and repentance of sins? Yes or no?

Justification/saved is by faith AND a level of performance according to you.
Lets see where Paul teaches that :-
Titus 3:5-7 ? Nope
Gal 2:16 ? Nope
Rom 3:28 ? Nope
Eph 2:8-9 ? Nope
Rom 4:5 ? Nope
Rom 5:1 ? Nope
Hmm, ok what does Paul teach as the requirement to be justisifed/saved ?
1 Cor 15:1-4, Eph 1:13 there it is
it is not by faith alone!
and it is not salvation!

some of scripture excludes works

some scripture includes works

contradiction? no!

implies that salvation is a multiple part process, some parts we have no participation, some we must participate!

The initial grace of justification:

Justification is a gratuitous gift of God!

No man can merit, or earn grace either by works or by faith

Initial grace by works? no!
by faith? no!
faith alone? no!

it is a gratuitous gift! thanks God!

we do need to prepare for this grace and become properly disposed to receive it.

thks

Our salvation is by grace through faith. Faith establishes the law of God not voids it.

“Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.” — Romans 3:31 (KJV)

When we look at the faith Chapter Hebrews 11 everyone mentioned demonstrated faith through actions.

“By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going” — Hebrews 11:8 (NKJV)

We are saved by faith, the faith part is what saves, the action part proves if our faith is real or not. This whole idea we can live unholy lives and if we obey God its bad and disobeying God is good is sadly a similar deception that deceived our first parents and separated us from God.

Is prayer a work? Is faith a work? Obedience to God a work? According to Scripture it what God made beforehand and its HIS works in us if we love and cooperate with Him.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” — Ephesians 2:10 (NKJV)
“Now the tablets(Ten Commandments) were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets” — Exodus 32:16 (NKJV)
“That they may set their hope in God, And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments” — Psalms 78:7 (NKJV)
“If you love Me, keep My commandments
And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—
the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you” — John 14:15–17 (NKJV)

Jesus in His own words say He is not looking for just hearers of His words, but doers.

““But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord, and not do the things which I say?
Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like
He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock
But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”” — Luke 6:46–49 (NKJV)

Scripture answers your question, not man :-
According to the teachings of Paul you are saved and sealed by trusting in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.
1 Cor 15:1-4 teaches how you are saved
Eph 1:13 teaches how you are sealed
Besides repent from the sin of disbelief what else is required to be and remain saved ?
Titus 3:5-7
Gal 2:16
Rom 3:28
Rom 4:5
Rom 5:1
Besides faith, if you can find works, performance, not sinning, water baptism etc as a condition of justification as taught by Paul please list the verses.
Quoting anything outside of Paul will confirm that Paul teaches justification by faith alone.

Your one of those people that think that only Paul's teachings apply to us and reject all other teachings, including Jesus's teachings.
I disagree, I think all the NT applies to us and much of the OT too.

The fact you still refuse to answer my question already confirms the fact.

A person with faith, good deeds and repentance of sins will be saved. And you know its true, that's why you can't answer the question

Your failure to show where Paul teaches works, performance, not sinning, water baptism etc as a condition of justification confirms that Christ through Paul did not teach it, if He did you would list the verses from Paul :)

As I said, I use all of the NT scripture, not just Paul's. But here is what Paul says about being judged by God anyway.

Romans 14:10-12
For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. 11 It is written:
“‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God.’”
12 So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God
.

2 Corinthians 5:10
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.

So even Paul says we will be judged on the good and bad things we have done.
So keep up those good deeds my friend

Rom 14:10, 1 Cor 10-15, 2 Cor 5:10
BEMA the Judgement Seat of Christ is only for believers saved by the Gal 1:11-12 Gospel taught to Paul by Christ.
Will Moses, David, Abraham etc be there ? No, they were saved in a different age.
+++++
Today the saving Gospel that applies is :-
Gal 1:11-12
11But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

1 Cor 15:1-4
1Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Eph 1:13
13In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
+++
Accursed are those who teach a different Gospel for today

You told me to provide such scripture from Paul and I did just that.

So now eat your word salad and sing along to the chorus nice and loud, so it fills the hills and plains of Adelaide

Hey Pete.
They make good wine in your region.

You should send me a bottle for showing you that Paul does teach that we will be judged according to the good and bad things we've done.

Start doing good deeds by sending a local bottle of Chardonnay or Sav. It would be appreciated.
