15Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will:
16The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:
17But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel.
18What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
I could provide a list as long as my arm of what I consider to be false teachers. And at the same time St Peter could provide you with a list as long as a freight train of those who have been brought to faith in Christ through their "ministries".
I like to think of myself as a student of Gods Word, and yet seldom has my understanding or eloquent expression of that Holy Word ever contributed in any meaningful way to the expansion of His Kingdom, at least to my knowledge.
On the other hand. The love that Christ has placed within me for others, and the genuine heartfelt obedient expression of His love to others, has been most productive.
Its not that I disagree with your principals. I just have a different perspective and approach.
