Doesn't matter what wireless the consumer uses, as all server and network providers are accessible to "authorities." In most countries, particularly the US and UK, all server and network providers will work with the authorities.

Is there any information on what exactly these AI data centers actually are? They're taking up so many thousands of acres with each one. Might they be actual camps where people will be rounded up to ...facilities/"cities" that are run by the AI?

Haven't looked into it yet. Quick guess would be at least for A.I. surveillance and control, which is already light years ahead of what we've been told/sold. One moving part has long been that every person on the plane is to be tethered to the hive mind via their digital twin. Wireless networks are poisoning everything, including us.

Possibly. I know they have the AI cities planned out ...camps for people to be rounded up, relocated, and sorted. I believe this will come after an "alien invasion/war." (Of course, not aliens, but fallen angels, nephilim, etc.)
I know that sounds crazy, but it's things I was told/shown by "them" of what their plans are. Those plans can tweak and change, but usually they implement their plans pretty precisely even if the timing is off.
Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy - and nothing else. So there is a spiritual component driving all of this. It's a numbers game for Satan; he needs mega soulless bodies for his boyz to inhabit, as core occultic doctrine would have his deceived ragtag "army" kicking God's buttocks at the upcoming battle of Armageddon.
I will speculate a bit.
These "data centers" are being built not only at USA, but throughout the world. At first glance, it appears that they are being sized in relation to the size of the local population, which would make sense if the purpose of the centers is to TARGET AND CONTROL EVERY PERSON. The massive amounts of meta data that are being collected 24/7/365 on every person in the world is one thing, but it's the task of tracking, tracing, targeting and ultimately terminating the population that could account for the consumption of incredible amounts of energy - far more energy than if the centers were mere data collection depots.
It's not about data collection per se, it's about manipulating and controlling every person, worldwide. And what better way to control massive numbers of slaves than electromagnetically? Given that the ENTIRE POPULATION is already being electromagnetically and unwittingly mind controlled and directed to act out against targets in proximity to themselves, the massive power requirements of these data centers are an obvious indicator of the sheer size of the operation. Documents state that the system, which operates via the military's "kill box" protocol, is to become completely automated, with A.I developing threat matrix scores and deciding who/what is actionable at any given moment in time, as one's digital twin is being gamed.
So I reckon these centers are for much more than just data acquisition or surveillance. They are for delivering "customized service" to each and every individual. Also, ubiquitous cell towers, cell phones and all wireless devices are integral to the control purposes behind the "data center" misdirect.
As far as collection points for physical bodies i.e. people, there is already a massive worldwide underground system of transportation tunnels and cities (search TBM - Tunnel Boring Machine) and D.U.M.B.'s (Deep Underground Military Base), as well as above-ground "containment/detainment/internment/resettlement" facilities and smart city confinement.
Also, "martial law" is another misdirect where troops would occupy our cities, but the perps don't have the numbers to even come close to what would be required to physically occupy more than a few cities. Rather, this is cognitive warfare, and it's being fought electromagnetically.
