I've been voting for Pauline's independent party for many years, in both federal and state elections. She has had a huge surge in popularity and has topped several different polls most recently. Its the first time an independent party has topped the two major parties here.
Immigration is her main concern, other concerns are this ridiculous net zero policy our government has that's making electricity very expensive and driving industry overseas. And the LGBT ideology
It's good to see Pauline observing the state of affairs in Britain.
And these are Romanian and Albanian suspected criminals in London. Pickpocketing especially. This news crew gets physically attacked by one. Where are the police?

She's become very popular in Australia
Traditionally there were the two major parties.
They always win the elections.
Our equivalent to the Democrats is the Labour party. Progressive. Left of center.
Our equivalent to the Republicans is the Liberal party. Conservative. Right of center.
But the political landscape has shifted left.
The Labour party is extreme left now and the Liberal party is not far behind, left of center, agreeing on almost everything from LGBT ideology to immigration.
Pauline's, One Nation party sits right of center now. So many conservative people are ditching the Liberal party in favour of One Nation

Are you loyal to your country or your religion? That question presents a False Alternative and in many threads people here suppose being religious necessarily means disloyalty to one's nation. (Of course, they don't say that; that's just what they mean in practice).
There's a difference in that Islam wants to takeover and institute Shari'a... that's what we don't like or want.

Agreed. A Christian can be a Democrat or a Republican. A Muslim can only be in favor of Sharia Law.
The basic problem is that Islam is not like others religions; it is a supremacist, expansionist, totalitarian ideology masquerading as a religion.
I am surprised - and pleased - by how support for One Nation has surged here in Australia ... in spite of how our national broadcaster, the ABC, is trying to undermine this support.
If nothing else, I hope the rise of ON will put a focus on immigration policy so we do not end up like the UK.

The Spanish aren't just letting in these illegals. They are trying to stop them. Their putting a floating wall out in the straight of Gibraltar to try and stop them. But they've allowed soooo many Muslims into their country that it's become a disgrace, especially considering it took them almost 800 to drive out the Muslims in the reconquista.
Portugal's left wing government also let in heaps of Muslims but now their right wing government has tightened up on immigration. Only people from Portuguese speaking countries can immigrate to Portugal now in order to preserve their identity, language and culture

In case you dont know, (I think Deb knows but maybe not Wrangler) Pauline Hanson is our Trump in Australia. But she's not from any of the two major parties. She has her own independent party, One Nation. She's been in politics for about 30 years and has been ridiculed and labelled a racist and a bigot and even wrongly put in jail. The public for too long have believed the media hype but things are changing now.
Our left wing party is extreme left now and our right wing party has followed them sitting left of center. They basically agree on everything. Her party now sits right of center and she's become very popular. So popular that her party is leading the polls. First time an independent party has ever done that.
Unfortunately the election is still a couple of years away. I've been voting for her party for quite some time now in state and federal elections but I'm hoping now, with more people waking up, that she might win the next election, put a stop to this immigration, put a stop to lgbt ideology and do better for the good people of Australia

Once I found out about the Islamification of the UK going on, I started following their news. Not mainstream media as they try to cover up migrant crimes, etc. I watch GB News and Talk TV as they are firing away at the UK government for making a big mess. Also a few independent YouTubers that show what's happening sometimes in live streams.

Pauline Hanson's independent party is still small and she has to grow it in order to have a chance of winning federal, state and local elections, or win seats so that her party can at least have a say on what policies and laws the government tries to implement and try sway those decisions that have to be voted on by parliament. The more seats she has the more influence she has over policies and laws
Last night she unveiled her parties new members for the state of Victoria, it's capital city is Melbourne and its almost bigger than Sydney, both have around 5 million people. Melbourne is the most radical left city in Australia and its where I was born and raised.
Have a look at the radical lefties protesting. It reminds me of the protests against Trump in America. But I believe it's a good thing. It attracts attention, puts her on the news and exposes the far left socialists.
Last month, at a fund-raising event for Pauline's party, One Nation, there were also protests. Most of these protestors are just kids from universities. They have no real life experience as adults and don't know what their on about. They've just been brainwashed by their socialist teachers in schools. As with Trump they call her names like racist, homophobe, bigot, islamaphobe.
And stay tuned as students all around Australia are planning to skip class on the 13th of August and protest against the rise Pauline Hanson's One Nation.

For the sake of your country I hope she and those with her get elected. It's about having common sense in running a country. It's nothing to do with racism. And it's not about fearing Muslims... it's about not wanting Shari'a to take over. An Islamist will want Islam to rule worldwide.
I have a few Muslim friends (a family) but they are assimilated, Westernized.
