Isaiah 49:14-23 Zion says: The Lord has forsaken me. The Lord says: Can a woman forget her child? I shall never forget you. I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands. Your dwellings are always before My eyes.
Your people will hasten back, while your enemies depart. Look around, your children gather and come to you. They will be as ornaments in the Land.
Once the Land was desolate. Your enemies are now far away. The children born while the Land was occupied by foreigners will now say: This place is too small for us. Zion will say; who bore these children, when I was deserted, where did they come from?
The Lord says; I shall signal to the nations, they will carefully transport My people to their Promised Land. Kings will be your sponsors and great people will serve and honour you. You will know that I am the Lord, none who trust in Me will be disappointed.

Zion: The holy Land, forsaken and desolate, Jer. 22:6-7, Hosea 4:3, that is how it will be after the next prophesied event: The Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath, an explosion of the sun, directed at the Middle East and will clear and cleanse the entire area. Currently most of the holy Land is occupied by atheists or false religion worshippers. Jeremiah 12:14, Ezekiel 30:1-5, Hosea 4:3, Zephaniah 1:18, 2 Peter 3:7, Rev. 6:12-17
‘the enemies depart, they are now far away’: Psalm 83 and Micah 4:11 tell us how the surrounding nations and entities all hate Israel and want to ‘wipe them off the map’. Those attackers will all be killed, mostly by their own weapons; Psalm 7:12-16, and the rest will flee. Jer. 49:4-5 & 35-37
‘Your people will hasten back’: A part of Judah has returned, but very few are true believers and they all face judgement. A remnant will survive in Jerusalem. Isaiah 6:13 We are told who are the Lord’s people: Romans 9:24-26, Psalm 24:3-5, Malachi 3:16-17
‘The Lords people, all those who put their trust in Him’: are gathered and transported to all the area from the Nile to the Euphrates. Isaiah 66:18b-20, Psalm 107, Jer. 23:3-4, Zechariah 9:16 On that Day their God will save them, they will sparkle like jewels in the Land.
‘The Promised Land’: will be regenerated and become fruitful. Joel 2:21-24, Psalm 126:1-5
Ezekiel 36:8-12 You, mountains of Israel, put forth your branches and bear fruit, for the homecoming of your people is near. Isaiah 51:3
Isaiah 35:1-10 Let the desert be glad, let it flower and rejoice!...Be strong, My people, fear not your God comes to save you with His vengeance and retribution. Then understanding will be given to all who couldn’t see or comprehend the Prophetic Word. A highway will appear and by that road, the Lord’s redeemed people will travel into their heritage. His holy people, set free will enter Zion with shouts of praise for their Redeemer. Gladness and joy will come upon them and suffering and sorrow will be gone.
Psalm 48:11-14 The hills of Zion rejoice, Judah’s cities are glad. Walk about the land, count the towers. Note the fortifications and buildings, so that you can tell about them to the coming generations. For this God is our God, our guide and protector, now and forever.
Psalm 69:35-36 For God will deliver Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. The children of those who serve Him will inherit the Land and those who love His Name will dwell there.
Isaiah 55:11-13 You will go out with joy and be led forth in peace....the Land will rejoice at your coming. Reference: Revised English Bible, some verses abridged.

That all this happens before the Return of Jesus in His glory, is made clear by Isaiah 49:23, ‘you will know that I am the Lord’. First, His people will gather and settle in all of the holy Land. Those who serve the Lord will inherit the Land. They will fulfil prophecies and prepare for the eventual Millennial reign of Jesus.

Thank you for your post!

I had always thought the Jews were placed on the same level as the Gentiles in the N.T. era? Noting for example at 70 A.D., the Jews were destroyed as a nation by the Romans in which Jesus prophesied this event about 40 years earlier? I've always appreciated "the daughters of Zion" = "bride of Christ."

Thank you again!

Jack, the holy Land inheritance is to ALL Israel. One tribe- the Jews have come back to a small portion of the Land. The other tribes, lost to history as God intended, now mainly consist of the Western nations and are Christian. It will be all the righteous Christians who will gather and go to live in all of the holy Land soon after the Lord's Day of wrath; the Sixth Seal worldwide devastation, but mainly centred on the Middle east, depopulating that area ready for them. Ezekiel 30:1-5

Nonsense! Consider this: Suppose you owned a family-owned grocery store, and you had a wife and children who lived in rooms above the store. Where would you get your food? Would you pay the same price as others who shop at that store?

A "daughter of Zion," bat Tsiyown in Hebrew, is FAMILY! LITERALLY! These were the LITERAL COUSINS of Yeshua` as they were (and are) all "children of Isra'el!"

Romans 3:1-4
3 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

Thank you for your response!

I would agree, those Jewish Christians in Israel today are a part of the remnant of Jews that will be saved. The iffy parts are the "Lord's day of wrath," and Ezek.30:1-5? the "Day of the Lord" in Isa.13:10-11 has already come to past in the O.T., although thoughts of the final "Day of the Lord's" final judgment's thoughts blend within.

Interesting you used Ezek.30:1-5 as no date of judgment is furnished contextually or grammatically in Ezekiel's utterances, however I feel the prophecy points to Joel 2:2 where they felt God's wrath also at tha time. We're way apart on the 6th Seal of course as I'm Amill.

Thank you for your response again...sorry about that one, I can only conclude so far that I'm more into the new covenant than you are yet you did bring aboard Rom.1:14 this time, viz. Heb.12:22 where "the daughter of Zion" = bride of Christm, ie, "you have come to Mount Zion and to the Living God's City, heavenly Jerusalem.

Rom.3:1-4 Strange you referenced Rom.3 as Paul addressed Roman Christians regarding the great mass of Jews at that time proved unfaithful to the very Word they were entrusted with? Jews either become Jewish Christians or it's over for them thus fast forward 17 vereses, ie. Rom.3:21-31.

Isn't it obvious that Ezekiel 30:1-5 refer to the Lord's Day of wrath? It certainly is something that awaits fulfilment. I do not see any of Isaiah 13:1-13 as being fulfilled, especially v13...the earth will be shaken to its foundations.
Ezekiel DOES give us times; Eze.4:4-6 are the decreed years of exile for Israel and Judah. They were increased by X 7 for the Northern tribe of Israel and by 7 X 7 for Judah. [Leviticus 26:18-28] This works out to 2730 years for Israel and 1960 years for Judah. These periods are either up or very nearly so. Expect the end times prophesies to unfold very soon!
Joel 2 is a vivid description of the Lord's Day of wrath and in verse 31, we see the connexion with the Sixth Seal, both say the 'moon will shine blood red'. Isaiah 30:26 tells us how that will happen, an explosion of the sun is the way the Lord will carry out His judgement/punishment of the nations, Hab 3:12. The mass of superheated hydrogen hitting the moon will cause a bright red thermite reaction and the earth; particularly the Middle East area will be devastated.
This is what the prophets tell us will happen; believe it or ignore your Old Testament and 'remain in the dark'.

Sorry, bro', but AGAIN you don't know what you're talking about! To whom was Hebrews 12:22 written?

Hebrews 1:1-4
1 In the past God spoke to OUR forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to US by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. 3 The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. 4 So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.

Why do you think the book was named "Hebrews?!"

Why do you think the city is called the "heavenly Jerusalem?" There's a WEALTH of information in the wording of the Greek:

Thank you for your response, and feedback sir!

You could be correct so let's look at this together, and did appreciate your work. The following is only my take on Hebrews. I firmly believe that the Book of Hebrews was addressed exclusively to Jewish Christians contextually and aspectually (the ol' implicatude routine). Grammatically that you proposed is a part of it for sure, and thank you again.

It's even addressed to a specific group fo Jewish Christians who lived in the same city or locality, whom the writer intends to visit as soon as possible in company with Timothy (Heb.13:23), some of whose noble leaders were dead (Heb.13:7), whose living leaders the writer bids the readers obey (Heb.13:17), and whom he also salutes (Heb.13:24).

In this body of Jewish Christians a movement was underway to give up Christianity and to go back to their former Judaism.

One cannot help but to agape the Book of Hebrews,

How could I have let this slip? It's been a couple of months now, but I need to address this for you.

Obviously, the reference to the "movement ... to give up Christianity and to go back to their former Judaism" is that which is commonly called "Judaizers." However, you must understand that there is MUCH that Christianity has in its Jewish roots, or if you'd prefer, its HEBREW roots. There was a "growing apart" in the early centuries between Christianity and the Hebrew thoughts and understanding behind it. Some DID recognize how the tide was turning, and tried to avert it, but that "growing apart" worked itself into a lather of anti-Semitism in the 200s and 300s A.D., and the history of Christianity is stained with the most ridiculous wastes all in the name of Christ! In their zeal to stamp out anything Jewish, they effectively tried to SNAP OFF their roots by burning books, scratching out inscriptions, and decimating anything that had to do with "Judaizers!"

HOWEVER, what they failed to recognize was that they were breaking away from their moorings! Those of us who are honest Messianic Jews will tell you that there were TWO times in history when there were Messianic Jews: Those who existed in the early churches, and those who are living today (since the late 1970s). (We are NOT directly connected.) They would scratch their symbols and their names into the rock walls of the catacombs, and they were desperate to HOLD ON to their Jewish heritage! Not the Jewish religion, just the heritage and the GOD of the Hebrews! They would NOT have called themselves "Jewish Christians!" They were believers who believed that Yeshua` Natsaretiy (of Nazareth) was (and is) God's Messiah pointed to by prophecy, but He was THEIR Messiah! The Gentile nations could not look to their history and find any such prophecies; they had to look to the Hebrew history for those prophecies! They were THEIR prophecies in THEIR nation's history! Yeah, some of them may have gone too far in trying to win the churches back to their Jewish roots, but the Gentile churches should NOT have fought against the unification!

We were ALWAYS meant to be ONE people worshipping God together, "Jews" (Hebrews) and Gentiles without the middle wall of partition. However, the Gentiles who SAID they were believers ("Christians") dominated and both drove the wedge in deeper and vilified those who attempted to draw them back together, calling them heretics and unbelievers! It was counterproductive and not very "Christ-like" to drive that wedge in and to denounce their Jewish heritage, but human beings are seldom rational.
