Isaiah reveals what is to be, the secrets of things to come. Ecclesiasticus 48:24-25

Isaiah 21:2 In my vision, I see a traitor betrayed. Advance Elam, up Media, [Iran] to the siege. Do not hesitate. The Iranian military and their proxies prepare their attack on Israel. Psalm 83:1-8, Ezekiel 25:1-17, Isaiah 31:8-9, Jer. 9:25-26
Isaiah 21:3-5 I am in pain, trembling in fear. Night has become a horror to me. The princes and leaders sit down to a banquet. Rise and polish your shields!
The world leaders are unprepared, they celebrate. Time to get up! Prepare for the attack!
Isaiah 21:6-7 Go, post a lookout. If he sees columns of horsemen, donkeys and camels advancing, he must be fully alert.
Keep watch- if your enemies combine, that is: form alliances, then you know an attack is imminent. Micah 4:11
Isaiah 22:6 Elam [Iran] took up the quiver, the chariots of Aram [Syria] were readied, Kir [Turkey and Iraq] bared the shield.
Iran and their allies attack. A quiver is an arrow holder. An arrow is USA military code for a nuclear weapon. Jeremiah 49:35-36…the main weapon of Iran’s might…
Isaiah 21:1 A whirlwind sweeps through the Negev, from the wilderness, a land of terror. The Lord's Day of wrath instigates a coronal mass ejection that hits the Middle East region at midday, Zeph. 2:4-9 with devastating consequences. Ezekiel 20:47-48, Isaiah 30:25-28, Rev 6:12-17
Isaiah 22:1-2 Tell me, what is amiss with you? Why have you climbed up onto the roof? Why do you worry and run out of your houses? Your city is in an uproar, your slain did not fall by the sword in battle. Ezekiel 7:14
This is the 24 hour period between the initial light flash of this coronal mass ejection and the arrival of the main superheated mass. Everyone is terrified. Those killed were by the EMP flash, fires and earthquakes. Isaiah 29:5-8, Malachi 4:1, Zeph. 3:8
Isaiah 22:3 All your commanders have fled, bravest soldiers gone in all directions.
The military panic and have deserted their posts. Isaiah 34:2-3
Isaiah 22:5 For the Lord has ordained a Day of tumult, a day of turmoil in the valleys and mountains.
The Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, a worldwide devastation, is decreed. Isa. 66:15-16
Isaiah 21:8-9 Day and night, I watch- they come - a voice calls ”fallen is Babylon, her Gods are shattered”
Israel and most of the Middle East is virtually depopulated. Ezekiel 30:2-5, Amos 1:1-15
Isaiah 21:10 O My people, crushed on the threshing floor. From the God of Israel, I have told you. Isaiah 3:8-9, Amos 2:4-5, Ezekiel 21:1-7
Isaiah 22:4 That is why I said, leave Me to weep in misery. Do not console Me for the ruin of My people. The House of Judah, in their judgement and punishment. Jer. 8:5-12, Isa 4:3-4
Isaiah 22:7 Your fairest valleys were overrun by chariots, your cities beset by horsemen.
Fires, storms and earthquakes will severely damage all the holy Land. Jeremiah 9:10
Isaiah 22:8-10 The heart of Judah’s defence was laid open. On that Day....
Desperate measures are taken to fight the fires and restore order.
Isaiah 22:11 You did not look to the Maker of the city, or consider Him who fashioned it long ago. The Israelis refuse to acknowledge Gods Hand in their affairs or call for His help.
Isaiah 22:12 On that Day, the Lord called for weeping and mourning.
Judah and Israel should repent in sincerity and call on the Lord. Hosea 12:2
Isaiah 22:13 Instead there was joy and merrymaking, feasting and dancing. You said: ‘let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die” Zechariah 13:7-9, Matthew 21:43
Isaiah 22:14 Here are words revealed by the Lord of Hosts - Assuredly your wickedness will never be erased, you will die for it. Zephaniah 1:4-6, Jeremiah 13:19, Luke 19:27

Disaster is decreed
Jeremiah 11:6-8 The Lord said: Proclaim the terms of the Covenant to Judah. I gave solemn warning to your forefathers, obey Me – I told them. But they did not obey, so I brought upon them all the penalties that I had warned about.
Both Israel and Judah were exiled from the Land, as punishment for their sins. Jeremiah 2:1-13
Jeremiah 11:9-14 The Lord says: Now, the inhabitants of Judah and the citizens of Jerusalem conspire against Me, both the House of Israel and the House of Judah have gone back to the sins of their forefathers. Therefore, I am about to bring upon them a disaster from which they cannot escape. They may cry to Me for help, but I will not listen. Do not pray for these people, for I will not listen to them when they call to Me in the hour of their disaster.
Those Jews in Israel and the rest of the Israelites scattered around the world, who refuse to acknowledge and obey the Lord, will not be protected in “the hour of disaster”.

Jeremiah 11:15-17 What right have My people to be in My holy place, with their sinful ways? Can any sacrifice or offering atone for your evil ways and ward off the disaster that threatens you? Now, you will feel sharp anguish, once you were His holy people, now, with the roar of a mighty storm, He will burn up and consume you. The Lord, who had planted you has decreed disaster for both the House of Israel and the House of Judah because of their evil ways, provoking His anger.
burn up and consume’ - The coming fire judgement, prophesied over 70 times. Isa 30:26

Jeremiah 12:14 These are the words of the Lord about all those evil neighbours who have encroached onto the Land which I allotted to My people Israel, as their holding: I shall uproot them from their places and I shall uproot the House of Judah from among them.
Jeremiah 21:14 I shall punish you as your deeds deserve, I shall kindle a fire in your Land, it will devour everything around it.
Jeremiah 25:30-33 The Lord roars from on high, He thunders from His dwelling place, He shouts against all the inhabitants of the Land. The great noise reaches the ends of the earth, the Lord brings a charge against all mankind and has handed the wicked over to the sword. Ruin spreads from nation to nation from a worldwide mighty tempest and those slain on that day will lie scattered from one end of the earth to the other, they will be as dung spread over the ground. Psalm 18:7-15, Isaiah 66: 15-17, Zeph. 3:8
Isaiah 29:5-6 Yet the horde of your enemies will crumble into dust. Suddenly, in an instant, punishment will come from the Lord with thunder, earthquake and a flame of devouring fire. Reference: REB, NIV, KJV. Some verses abridged.

This terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, will bring severe judgement to all the inhabitants of the Middle East, Ezekiel 30:1-5. The coronal mass ejection that the Lord will use on that Day will affect the whole world, and then Jeremiah 30,31 and Ezekiel 36, tell us how His righteous people will gather in all the Holy Land, to be His people and the Lord, their God. Please forgive the vulgarity, but I’m trying to get my point across: Reusing fulfilled prophecies is like trying to reuse dirty Kleenex tissues! They are FULFILLED Scripture that are now "written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the age are come!” All they now serve to do is give us examples of how God reacts to sin; they teach us a LESSON!

1 Corinthians 10:11
11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world (Greek: aioonoon = “of-[the]-age”) are come.

Retro, you cannot categorically say these prophesies are fulfilled. If you want to do that, proof is required. When did a 'sudden worldwide tempest' happen?
The 'lesson' for us is it may happen to us, 'upon whom the end of the age has come'. The judgement/punishments of Revelation are still to take place and the OT has much to inform us about them.
Take note and be prepared, or 'remain in the dark'.

I don't normally chime in on these conversations because I just make sure my soul is prepared regardless of when His return is. But, how long has the man on corner holding the "The end is near" been standing there. And time holds no value in the kingdom. Jesus spoke saying the 2nd coming is near. That was over 2000 years ago. So, we don't know how long we have left and really, if I took the time, I'm sure I could navigate through history and find just as many fulfilled prophecies a hundred years ago that we say are filled only recently. And do we really accomplish anything by bouncing back and forth on who's right and who's wrong about end times? When our Father returns, are we going to point at the guy we've been debating with and say "See, told you!". and what does that accomplish? Will God high-five whoever was right?

I think the best thing we can do is just live for Christ. Man, it shouldn't matter when the rapture is if you're living for Him. Does God want us spending time trying to break His code or Living for Him and being the best example of His love and why Christ is the Way? Should we not spend time loving our brothers and tell them the Good News!!!

When we sit and try to figure out when He is coming back and saying "look!! This is it!!" are we not on the verge of being the exact false prophets Christ warned us about? Eschatology is a good theology to know, but we should be cautious is we go to far or lose focus on who Christ really is. But is it not better to have faith and wait for Christ to bring us home, then to fight to find something tangible to prove the end is near. If you need the proof, you have no faith. Fix your hearts on Him, brothers. Show your neighbor HIs love, so they too will not fear but rather welcome the Kings return. We should spend less time pointing out where the terrible ways of man have pushed the world closer to the end and more time showing the lost ones where they can find the of their Savior and how He will take care of them, leading them to the fire where the flame will not burn them.

We can not even attempt to understand our Lord, but we can Love Him and live for Him. I'm sure He would rather see that than anything else.

B/A out!

Amos 9:8-12 In My anger against the nations, I shall not totally destroy the descendants of Jacob. [All 12 tribes of Israel] My command was that Israel be scattered among the peoples of the world, but I will keep My eye upon them. Proverbs 5:21, 1 Peter 3:12 I know who they all are. Those who rebel and disobey Me will die. Ezekiel 20:38 On the Day of the redemption of My people, I will restore the House of David, the leaders of Israel, Hosea 1:11, so that they may possess all of that area named as Mine. This: I your God, will accomplish. Obadiah 1:19-21, Ezekiel chapter36
Isaiah 40:26-31 Lift up your eyes on high, consider the Creator of all things. He brings out His host, [people] one by one, each summoned by name, through His great power and strength, none is missing. You Israelites, do not say: Our God has forgotten us. Do you not know, have you not heard, the Lord, the Creator, does not weary and His understanding cannot be fathomed. He gives strength to the exhausted, as even the fittest grow faint, but those who trust Him will get new strength, they will soar as on eagles wings, march and not become tired. Isaiah 27:12
[Isaiah 40:26 is usually translated so as to mean real stars, however the chapter commences with; ‘Comfort My people,’ and finishes with the beautiful promise of how the Lord will help His people return to their Land. Therefore in context, it must be more correct to apply ‘ His host’, to the Lord’s righteous people, and more logical than to think that He summons the stars, one by one, called by name? ...set in place, Psalm 8:3 His people, righteous Israel, are called out of the nations, soon after this forthcoming Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath and are motivated to migrate to the new country of Beulah. As the other prophets and Jesus say: the Father knows who His people are and He will call them by name for the gathering of the Israelites. John 6:39]

Baruch 4:30 Take heart, My children, He who calls you by name, will comfort you.
Isaiah 27:12-13 On that Day, the Lord will sound a great trumpet and those of His people, who are dispersed around the world will be gathered one by one and will come to worship the Lord in His holy Land. Isaiah 49:6
Jeremiah 3:14 Come back, apostate people, for I am patient with you, I shall take you; one from each town and two from each clan and bring you to Zion. Isaiah 11:11-12
Matthew 24:37-44 As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be when the Son of man comes. The people then carried on unsuspectingly until the flood came and killed them all. This is how it will be when I come next, at a time when you least expect. Then there will be two people working; one will be taken, the other left. Therefore, be ready and keep watch for the Day your Lord comes. 1 Thessalonians 5:4-6
It has always been thought that this passage in Matthew refers to the Return of Jesus in His glory, but even a quick look at Revelation shows that this event cannot be at the Return, as that will not be unexpected, because it is exactly 1260 days after the Anti Christ desecrates the Temple. The next thing prophesied, that will come ‘ like a thief’, is the punishment of the nations instigated by Jesus and graphically described in over 100 prophesies, as a coronal mass ejection, that will clear and cleanse the Land of Israel in preparation for ‘ the homecoming of His people’. Ezekiel 36:8, Isaiah 65:9, Isaiah 49:22, Ezekiel 37:21, Jeremiah 16:14-16, Zechariah 10:8-12

Psalm 2:1-12 Why are the nations in a turmoil? People hatch futile plots and leaders conspire together against the Lord. They say; Let us break free from His rule. But He who watches from His throne, laughs and derides them, then He rebukes them, in His wrath. Y’hovah says; I have established My King in My holy place, I have decreed; You are My Son, I am Your Father. Ask of Me what you will, I shall give You the nations as Your domain, the earth as Your possession. You will break them with a rod of iron, so be warned, you peoples, pay Him homage, for His anger flares up in a moment. Happy are those who find refuge in Him! Listen, it is the thunder of vast forces, a noise like the tumult of the sea. It is the roar from the nations, as the rushing of many waters. The Lord will rebuke them and they will go far off, as chaff before the wind and like thistledown before a storm.
At evening all is terror, by morning they have gone. Such is the fate of our enemies, the lot of those who despoil us.

DESTRUCTION IS DECREED Deut. 32, Jeremiah 8 & 9, Matthew 21:43
Isaiah 3:1-9 The Lord is about to strip Judah of every prop and support, all of their leaders, generals and counsellors will lose their positions. I shall appoint inexperienced people to positions of authority. Oppression and arrogance will stalk the Land and there will be severe shortages of food and water.
Judah is brought low, for in word and deed, they defy the Lord. The look on their faces testifies against them. Like Sodom, they parade their sins. Woe betide them, they have earned the disaster that will strike them. Eze. 21:1-7, Amos 2:4-5

Isaiah 3:10-11 Happy are the righteous. All goes well with them. Woe to the wicked, disaster is upon them. My people, those who guide you are leading you astray.
Isaiah 3:13-26 The Lord stands up to judge His people. He opens the indictment against the elders and leaders; it is you who have ruined My vineyard. You have crushed My people and oppressed the poor.
You women of Zion; I will take away your finery, instead of coifed hair, you will be bald.

[in other trans. “sprouts or plant’ is rendered ‘Branch’ and assumed to refer to Jesus, but that is wrong and the “sprouts’’, nurtured by the Lord are His righteous people, as is clear from the context.]

The forests and pastures will be destroyed, only a few trees will remain. Joel 1:19-20
On that Day, the remnant of Israel, the survivors of Jacob [all 12 tribes] will set their allegiance solely on the Lord.
A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob, will return to God, their strength.
Israel, though you are as the sands of the sea – only a remnant will return. The Lord will carry out the destruction decreed upon all of the Holy Land.
Reference, REB, NIV, KJV, some verses condensed.

Judah is judged and the entire Middle East region will be virtually depopulated by a terrible fire from the heavens and only a holy remnant will be saved. I am convinced that this Bible passage tells of events soon to happen, the coming Day of judgement onto all the world and His people; a remnant of Jacob [from all 12 tribes, plus those grafted in by reason of righteousness] going to live in all of the Promised Land, before the Return of Jesus. We see in the prophecy of Isaiah 3:1-9; that at some future time Judah, that is: the current State of Israel, will lose its good leaders and be left in a very difficult situation, even supplies of food and water will be severely reduced. The prophet Micah also tells of this forthcoming time:
Micah 4:9-11 Why are you now crying in distress? Have you no king, no counsellors left, that you are seized with anguish, like that of a woman in labour?
Daughter of Zion; endure pain and shout like a woman in labour, for soon you must go out from the Holy Land and dwell in the desert, into the godless nations until your God redeems and delivers you from your enemies.
But now, many nations are massed against My Land. They say: Let us take it over, let our eyes gloat over Zion!
But they do not know the Lord’s purpose or understand His plan, for He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor. Arise, My people, for I will give you strength and power to overcome and to divide the nations. You are to dedicate the wealth of the nations to the Lord of all the earth.
Micah 5:1 But be ready for now, the siege is pressed against you, they will strike the ruler of Israel on the cheek with a rod.

In the original Hebrew, there is no break between Micah 4:11 and Micah 5:1. The early church translators made a mistake to separate Micah 5:1 from chapter 4, as is corrected in some translations.
So we see the sequence of events: For now, we and the Jews should be ready for dramatic events, as enemies surround the State of Israel and vow to ‘wipe them off the map’. Netanyahu has just been re-elected as Prime minister of Israel, he is the one with the courage and moral strength to oppose their enemies. No doubt he is well protected by security, but there are many ways for terrorists to hit their target and according to Bible prophecy, they will ‘hit him on the face with a rod’. A ‘rod’ is actually a slang term for a rifle, maybe a high powered snipers rifle, proved accurate to kill at up to 2.47km distance. [1.53 miles]
Then Israel will be in a state of turmoil and incompetent leaders will take control, making the country seem ripe for conquest and an attack will be made by all the peoples mentioned in Psalm 83, backed by nuke missiles from Iran. But the Lord will act, Isaiah 33:19-12, and instigate His judgement/punishment of fire from the sun, Isaiah 30:25-28 & 66:15-16, Malachi 4:1&3, 2 Thess. 1:7-8, that will virtually depopulate the entire Middle East region. Hab. 3:12-14, Ezekiel 30:1-5, Amos 1 & 2:4-5, Jer. 30:4-7, Zephaniah 3:8, Rev. 6:12-17
Those Messianic Jewish survivors, Isaiah 29:4, will have to camp out for a short while, Hosea 12:9, as all the Holy Land is regenerated and they are joined by their brethren, all the righteous Christians. Micah 7:11-13, Ezekiel 34:11-16 & 37, Rev 7:9

Micah 1:3-4, 5:10-15 Look! The Lord is coming from His dwelling place to trample the nations! When that Day comes, The Lord says: I shall cut off the cities, destroy all military power, remove all idols and wipe out the godless peoples in My furious vengeance and wrath, because they refused to heed the truth. Hebrews 10:27

I am convinced that this Bible passage tells of events soon to happen, the coming Day of judgement onto all the world and His people; a remnant of Jacob [from all 12 tribes, plus those grafted in by reason of righteousness] going to live in all of the Promised Land, before the Return of Jesus. Ezekiel 40 to 48, Rev. 7.
This is the statement of a poor, delusional man. Remember he is convinced what he says is right, so he thinks it must be the truth. And so he deludes himself.

Nope. In the sequence of events - which you have hardly scratched the surface thereof, we still await the start of the one 'seven.' Nor had the fourth terrible beast formed - yet. But it will.

Once again, Marcus, your nasty aspersions have given others food for thought.
Marcus says: Keras is delusional. Yet I post scriptures: prophesies that tell of things that haven't happened and I fit them into plausible scenarios. Yes we await the last seven years and the rise of the 'beast', but does that preclude other events to happen before them?
Isn't it logical that some dramatic event will occur to commence the end times? Bible prophecy does tell of such an event, it is the Sixth Seal, the Day of the wrath of the Lord and to deny it is simply to leave you 'in the dark'.

It's not nasty to expose a fraud.

And you're the last one to say that the mish-mash of verses you put up comes in the order you're convinced they do! You haven't done the work and I don't think you're capable of it.

It's just as delusional as saying a coronal mass ejection is going to burn a third of the earth on the Day of the Lord's Wrath.

Regarding the order of end time events, the scenario I present does not change or scramble the given sequence of the Seals, Trumpets and Bowls.
It is up to those who do promote a shuffle to prove their case. I did read the book you so rudely posted on this forum and it failed to convince me that any change is warranted or conforms to any other prophecy.

I never said that this forthcoming CME would burn 1/3 of the earth. It will, in fact burn and devastate ALL the earth. Zeph. 3:8, Isaiah 34:1-5, Jer. 25:30-33 Mankind will become scarce. Isaiah 13:12, Psalm 37:20 But it will particularly affect the Middle East region. Here is a partial list of prophesies that describe what will happen to the 'evil neighbours':

Not if, but when, the confederation of Islamic nations and entities such as Hamas and Hezbollah, attack Israel in their desperate effort to overcome the humiliation of previous failed attempts to “wipe Israel off the map “- Then, the Lord will act against His enemies, Jer. 12:14, Isaiah 42:14-15, in His terrible Day of vengeance and wrath against the nations. Hab. 3:12, Ezekiel 20:46-47, Zeph. 1:14-18, Rev. 6:12-17

THE NATIONS
Psalm 83 Do not keep silent, O God, for your enemies have devised a plot against your people. Let us wipe them out as a nation, they say- Let Israel be remembered no more. Scatter them; make them as dung on the ground. As a fire rages through a forest, may they perish in disgrace.
Zechariah 12:1-9 This is the word of the Lord concerning Israel. I am about to make Jerusalem an intoxicating cup that sends all the surrounding nations reeling. Judah will be involved. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock. All who try to move her will be cut to pieces. The armies of those nations will be struck with blindness and madness. Judah will praise Me on that Day and their leaders will be strong, as a burning torch among the sheaves. All the nations right and left will be consumed, while Jerusalem remains safe. Isaiah 31:5, Psalm 125, Jer. 3:17-18

Isaiah 33:10-12 Now I shall arise, says the Lord. You will be like chaff and stubble. Whole nations will be heaps of white ash, like thorns set ablaze. Matthew 3:12, Hebrews 10:27, Rev 6:12-17
Jeremiah 9:25-26 The Lord says, the time is coming when I will punish all who are circumcised only in the flesh. All those who live in the desert regions are uncircumcised in their hearts. Ezekiel 30:1-5
Ezekiel 28:26 When I execute judgement on all of Israel’s scornful neighbours, then My people will live in the Land, undisturbed. Amos 9:13-15

IRAN
Jeremiah 49:35-39 The Lord says, I shall break the bow of Elam, their chief weapon. I will bring disaster upon them, destroy their leaders and officials and scatter them around the earth.
Ezekiel 32:24 Elam is buried in Sheol, with all her people- victims of the sword. Those who spread terror in the land of the living, now bear disgrace with all those in the abyss

PALESTINIANS
Ezekiel 25:15-17 The Lord says, because the Philistines have resorted to revenge with malice in their hearts and with ancient hostility, they seek to destroy Judah. I shall stretch out My hand against them and take mighty vengeance.
Amos 1:6-8 For crime after crime of Gaza, they will have no reprieve – I shall send fire until the last of the Philistines is dead.
Zephaniah 2:4-7 At midday Gaza will be left in ruins, I will destroy you. You will be left with no inhabitants.

LEBANON
Luke 10:14 Tyre and Sidon will be judged.
Amos 1:9-10 For the sins of Tyre, I will not hold back My wrath. They ignored the brotherly alliance; therefore, I shall send fire to consume their fortresses
Zechariah 9:3-5 The word of the Lord alights on Tyre and Sidon – I will take away your possessions and the cities will be destroyed by fire.

SYRIA
Amos 1:3-5 For crime after crime of Damascus, I will grant them no reprieve. I shall send fire on their fortresses.
Jeremiah 49:23-27 News comes of a disaster, confusion and anxiety reign, they try to escape, but all her soldiers die on that day.
Isaiah 17:1-14 Damascus will cease to be a city, forever desolate. Listen - it is the thunder of vast forces, at evening all is terror, before morning all is gone. Such is the fate of our adversaries.

ARABIA
This prophecy in Jeremiah mentions King Nebuchadrezzer of Babylon attacking Kedar and Hazor. This did happen during Jeremiah’s lifetime, but not to the full extent of this prophecy:
Jeremiah 49:28-33 Arise, attack Kedar and destroy the desert peoples of the East. Your possessions will be taken. A cry of terror will go up – flee quickly away and hide in remote places. Hazor will become a desolate place forever, totally uninhabited.
Isaiah 21:13-17 An oracle concerning Arabia. You, who live in Arabia and Tema, meet the fugitives with food and water, those who flee from the sword, from the heat of the battle. Then, within a year, all of Kedar’s glory will come to an end, only a few of her soldiers will be left. [This is interesting: “meet the fugitives”, may mean those escaping from Jordan, down the Desert Highway or the old Kings Highway.]

JORDAN
Ezekiel 25:1-11 Prophesy against the Ammonites – because you exulted over the Land of Israel with spiteful contempt, I shall give you up to be plundered by the nations. I will cut you off from other peoples and exterminate you from every country. Peoples from the East will camp on your land.
Jeremiah 49:1-8 Has Israel no heirs? Why, then do Milcoms people possess the towns of Gad? Therefore a time is coming when you will hear the battle cry. Ammon will become a desolate mound, all its towns burnt to ashes.
Ezekiel 21:28-32 A sword of slaughter will flash like lightning. The visions that you have are false, advising you to bring the sword against the unbelievers, but the time of their punishment will come later. In the land of your ancestry, I will judge you, I shall hand you over to brutal men. You will be fuel for the fire and be remembered no more.
Amos 1:13-15 For crime after crime of the Ammonites, I shall grant them no reprieve, because in their greed for land, they ripped open pregnant women in Gilead. Therefore, fire will destroy Rabbah- Ammon with a whirlwind on that day. Their King will go into exile and his officers with him.

EGYPT
Isaiah 19:1-10 The Lord comes riding swiftly on a cloud, He descends on Egypt and the hearts of the Egyptians melt within them. I will stir them up against each other. They will be confused, all their plans fail. Idols and spirit mediums are useless. I shall hand Egypt over to a hard master. The Nile will dry up. Fishing, agriculture and industry will all fail.
Isaiah 19:11-16 Egypts leaders give senseless advice – the Lord has poured a spirit of confusion into them. The Egyptians will become weak and terror stricken.
Isaiah 19:17-20 Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians, even the mention of Israel will terrify them.In that day there will be 5 cities who speak the ancient language and who worship the Lord. [Coptic Christians?] Also, on that day there will be an altar and a monument to the Lord, as a witness when they cry out to Him, and He will send a deliverer to rescue them. Egypt will acknowledge and worship the Lord, He will respond to them and heal them.
Ezekiel 29:8 The Lord God says, I am bringing a sword against you. Egypt will become a desolate wasteland. For 40 years the people will be scattered among the nations. Then regathered to upper Egypt.
Ezekiel chapter 30 Alas for the day, a sword will come on Egypt, by the hand of foreigners, I shall lay waste to the land of Egypt.

You don't give a sequence; you throw up like verses all over the place and hope some of the stick. You provide a mishmash of judgment verses without context or commentary and you think you're providing illumination.

Philistines equals Palestinians: brilliant insight on your part? Or just utter nonsense. It makes as much sense as saying a coronal mass ejection burns a third of the earth with fire.

All the graphic prophesies I quoted in #13, pertain to the one Day. That is: the terrible Day of the Lord's vengeance and wrath, the Sixth Seal.
That you, Marcus, and others who have chosen to follow false teachings, cannot see it - is because as Isaiah 29:9-12 says; the vision has become for you as the words in a sealed book....
Only when this terrible event does happen, will most, at last understand. That is how the Lord wants it, so carry on in your ignorance: eat, drink and be merry.......Isaiah 22:13.........

God's Wrath does not fall with the opening of the sixth Seal. That, the previous five, and the seventh Seal must be broken before the desolations that have been decreed go forth with the first Trumpet - which supplies the fire and blood on the Day of the Lord's Wrath.

So you post a mish-mash of damnation verses, but you can't put it all together. False teaching? Ha. You can't even determine your own errors much less sit in judgment of someone else.

The first five Seals are already opened. This is told to us in Zechariah 1:8-11 & 6:1-8 and the Fifth Seal was opened in the 1st century, as the souls of the Church martyrs are kept under the altar.

Rev. 6:12-17 I watched as the Lamb broke the Sixth Seal. There was a violent earthquake, the sun turned black and the moon red, etc......everyone hid themselves and cried in terror: Hide us from the wrath of Almighty God and the Lamb, for the great Day of their wrath has come and who can stand?

Marcus; This is just an announcement? I sure hope no-one else believes such rubbish and misunderstanding of plain scripture.
You also fail to note that there is fire, earthquakes, etc. BEFORE the 1st Trumpet. Rev 8:3-5

Rubbish? You mean like fire is really a coronal mass ejection from the sun?
Rubbish like the Day of the Lord is the NEXT prophetic event to occur?

The Wrath of God is not found in Rev chapter 6.

The first mention of Wrath in the Revelation

The reason for saying that when the sun/moon/star event begins with the darkening of the sky at noon that will give pause, yet on the other hand, some will be hiding in the earth comes from the first mention of the word ‘wrath’ in Revelation. These short verses then become a source of a mistake in timing God’s Wrath. Working on a superficial literal basis, some conclude God’s Wrath is incorporated with the sixth Seal and cite the earthquakes as the desolation. The confusion comes from this passage in Revelation:

Rev 6:15 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?"

How do the wicked know God is coming for them? They were told by the Three Angels who not only complete the Gospel message, but also impart a stern warning to the world who has accepted the Mark of the Beast and worshipped its abominable image. This information can be found in the detailed parallel account of the one ‘seven’ in Revelation chapters 13-17 before the Harvest. The error comes in saying this is where God’s Wrath begins as will be explained.

The adjective ‘every’ used in Revelation 6:15 describing those who are hiding modifies a definite noun two times with slave and free. Generally, this section is interpreted as being inclusive of all since a person would be either one or the other, however, another definition exists that can solve the dichotomy of why some are working and sleeping in Jesus’ example. The word, pa'" meaning each or all, can imply the whole in one sense, or it can be distributive as in whoever, or all possible ―TDNT p 795. In the second case, it can indicate that those who hid themselves were of all classes of individuals.

To the first group, the ones who pause and then continue, and from whom one is taken to receive their inheritance; represent God’s Elect. They are the ones who have waited until their redemption has drawn nigh and have not abandoned their faith. They will be going about their normal course of living, working, preparing meals and sleeping, but not the second group.

This group, who are left to burn in this world, as described in Revelation; are the rulers, rich and powerful of this world foremost has gone into hiding. They have gone to fortified places like what exists outside Washington D.C. in order to save their lives. Rather than looking for their redemption drawing nigh, they are fearful of seeing the Lord. Rather than meet justice at His hand, they wish to be crushed by the impersonal forces and rock of the Earth.

Being unbelievers, they have not heeded the Gospel message as presented by the Church. Nor will they heed the warning of the first Angel who fulfills Matthew 24:14. Being arrogant, they might scoff at the second Angel having already rejected the first. However, they understand what is coming only from the aspect that it affects them from the third Angel: punishment for taking the very mark by which they sent so many to their death. They are only concerned with themselves and how Jesus’ coming affects them negatively here and now. So John records their cry:

"Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?"

Now, as a case study in Biblical truth, more than one commentary has made a great deal of the first usage by John in Revelation of wrath here in verse 6:16 and 17. Because the word ‘wrath’ occurs here first, and taking the Bible as always being true, they reach the conclusion that this is indeed where God’s Wrath commences. While the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and truth is indeed found within it, however, the question remains: Does the Wrath of God begin at this moment?

No. While the author is known, John, and the audience here being addressed is the world, the ones that are speaking are those who will be judged by God on the Earth. They have not gotten God right up until this time, and they are going to miss out on being saved in the last possible instance in which Jesus does save: the Harvest. The Bible is true, they do say what John quotes, but the speakers in this case are just as mistaken as they are about God. John is recording their error truthfully though.

Where then do these wicked people get the idea that God is coming for them? They know their time is up because from the parallel account of the one ‘seven’ in Revelation 13-16, an Angel of the Lord has proclaimed it! The first Angel says to the whole world in part:

“…because the hour of his judgment has come.” –Rev 14:7

While this is the Day of the Lord, and God’s Wrath is about to come, it is not coming at that precise moment. So the wicked, who do not love God, understand Him, nor believe anything about the prophecy of the end-times are not correct, but they quake in fear because they heard what was about to befall them. They know they are going to be judged by God because they know they don’t believe in Jesus. They are convicted already in their hearts, and so they know the judgment which is coming is for them, and that is cemented with the third Angel who says:

REV 14:9b "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger...”

This they have done; they not only have the mark, they persecuted those who did not take it. So it matters little concerning the timing of God’s Wrath if the word John uses is ‘wrath’ when reporting what the wicked say. God’s Wrath is not what is coming exactly as the next event, but it will come, soon too, just not immediately next. For the Christian though, the words of the prophet apply:

JER 10:2 This is what the LORD says:
"Do not learn the ways of the nations
or be terrified by signs in the sky,
though the nations are terrified by them.

Furthermore, the time that these people are making their declaration is during the opening of the sixth Seal. The Scroll cannot be opened and the decrees of God cannot be read until all the Seals have been opened. From Kings down to slaves, great and small, they all alike have jumped the gun. Their judgment is coming, but just not yet. In the context of the times, while the Day of the Lord has a duality to it, that Wrath will not immediately next at that time, however, it is coming nevertheless and it will last longer than that day as well.

Marcus says: The Wrath of God is not found in Rev chapter 6.

What is the Book of Revelation?
Rev.1:1 This is the revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave His, so that He might show His servants what must soon take place..... and John wrote it down.

So we have the Word's of Jesus in Rev 6:17, that the Day of His wrath has come.....

I know who I believe!

Silly boy. Jesus didn't say that.

The wicked did. They're wrong.

What's funny about this is that now you're arguing for God's Wrath on the Day of the Lord, yet you complained when I appended that Wrath after the Rapture.

So the wicked are wrong: Jesus is not coming for them - at this moment. Jesus is coming for the few surviving Elect and those newly converted with the announcement by an Angel.

He will then go after the wicked, who only know Jesus is coming for them because another Angel told them they had to pay for their sins.

Rescue then Wrath. God's Wrath just doesn't happen in chapter 6.
