Isaiah 25:1-2 Lord, You are my God, I shall exult and praise You, for You have done wonderful things, long planned and sure. You have turned cities into heaps of ruin, fortifications into rubble. Buildings are swept away, never to be rebuilt. For this, many cruel nations will then respect You and treat You with awe.
Isaiah 25:4a & 9 Truly, You have been a refuge to the poor and a help to the needy in their distress, a shelter from the tempest and shade from the heat. On that Day, people will say: See this is our God – we have waited for Him and He will deliver us. This is the Lord, for whom we have waited, let us rejoice and exult in His deliverance.
Isaiah 25:4b & 11-12 For the enmity of the godless is like a storm, like the desert heat, but You silence the clamour of the foe and their noise dies away. For the hand of the Lord will come upon this mountain and the inhabitants will be trampled under Him, as straw is trodden into a dunghill. They will try to escape, but the Lord will bring down their pride, despite their clever plans. He will destroy the fortified defences, they will be brought down to dust.

Isaiah 26:4-6 Trust in the Lord forever! For He is an eternal Rock, He humbles all those high and mighty dwellers of a towering city. He levels it to the ground – lays it to the dust, so that the oppressed may tread it underfoot.
Reference: REB, NIV, KJV. Some verses condensed.

These prophesies are written in present and past tense, as though they have been fulfilled. But we can see they haven’t as yet, so this is written like it is because its fulfilment is certain and sure. The Lord’s plans, wonderful things to happen and we who ‘trust in the Lord and wait for Him, will rejoice in His salvation’.
You silence the enemy – The godless nations who conspire to destroy Israel. Psalm 83:13-17, Isaiah 34:2-3
despite their clever plans – They devise a cunning plot and prepare their weapons. Psalm 83:2, Isaiah 22:6
this mountain – this refers to the holy Land. Micah 4:2
the inhabitants trampled – All of the Middle East virtually wiped out. Ezekiel 30:2-5
cities ruined – The fire storms and earthquakes of a huge CME will do this. Isaiah 30:25-28, Isaiah 17:1-3, Habakkuk 3:12-13, Revelation 6:12-17
the proud dwellers of a tall city – Babylon; the ungodly peoples. Jeremiah 50:22-24, Revelation 18:8
fortresses and defences into rubble – All military installations, missiles, etc will be destroyed. Psalm 76:3, Amos 5:9
nations will be in awe – All false religions and gods will be discredited. Isaiah 2:17-18, Isaiah 66:17
refuge to the poor and needy – This is a metaphor for the Lord’s righteous people. Isaiah 41:17, Psalm 70:1-5
He will deliver us – those who keep the faith and trust the Lord. Psalm 72:12-14
shade from the heat – the terrible fire ball of a superheated coronal mass ejection. Isaiah 31:5, Isaiah 60:2, Zephaniah 2:3, Psalm 61:1-5
on that Day – The Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, the next prophesied event. His enemies are punished, but His people are protected and will soon move into the holy Land, to fulfil their destiny.

Shalom, keras.

I do like the way you think and consider prophecy; you have a knack for bringing together prophetic Scriptures into a harmony that seems like a good weave and mesh of truth; however, I must insist that you take the time to READ each of these prophecies for keys to the past as well as to the future. Some of these prophecies were already fulfilled in the past, never to be repeated. Some of these prophecies have yet to be fulfilled; THEY are the ones on which you should focus and let the other go! A prophecy CANNOT be used over again, or it makes its fulfillment unintelligible and unpredictable.

Now, when I say “READ each of these prophecies,” I am talking about reading the WHOLE of the prophecy and that will often demand that one read the WHOLE book in which that verse or portion of verses is found. BE SURE that you are indeed talking about the future before you use a verse pulled out of that context for what you are trying to put together.

Sometimes a portion of Scripture is talking about general, universal truths, but more often than some Christians realize, the passage is SPECIFIC and applied to a PARTICULAR POINT IN TIME and should NOT be taken as a universal truth! It takes one who is wiling to read a passage of Scripture in its entirety - in its context - to be sure that one is not pulling a verse or two out of context and making it say something it was never intended to say, and it takes one who has discernment to know the difference between what should be taken as a universal truth and what should be taken as a "specific-to-that-point-in-time" truth.

For instance, consider carefully the portion of Yirmeyahu’s prophecy, Jeremiah 50:22-24. The text goes on to say, ...

Jeremiah 51:43-44
43 Her cities have become a desolation,
a dry and arid land,
a land where no one lives,
where no human being passes through.
44 I will punish Bel in Babylon.
I will make him vomit what he swallowed.
The nations will no longer stream to him;
even Babylon’s wall will fall.

HCSB

and ...

Jeremiah 51:59-64
59 This is what Jeremiah the prophet commanded Seraiah son of Neriah son of Mahseiah, the quartermaster, when he went to Babylon with King Zedekiah of Judah in the fourth year of Zedekiah’s reign. 60 Jeremiah wrote on one scroll about all the disaster that would come to Babylon; all these words were written against Babylon.
61 Jeremiah told Seraiah, “When you get to Babylon, see that you read all these words aloud. 62 You must say, ‘Lord, You have threatened to cut off this place so that no one will live in it—man or beast. Indeed, it will remain desolate forever.’ 63 When you have finished reading this scroll, tie a stone to it and throw it into the middle of the Euphrates River. 64 Then say, ‘In the same way, Babylon will sink and never rise again because of the disaster I am bringing on her. They will grow weary.’ ”
The words of Jeremiah end here.

HCSB

This is the prophecy from God written down by Yirmeyahu the prophet, the “weeping prophet,” who lived at the time that Yerushalayim was taken captive to Bavel (Babylon). Be as sure of your history as you are of your view of the future. Thanks.

Thank you, Retrobyter, your comment is reasoned and sensible.
However you do not know how intensively I have studied the Bible. Over the last 5 years, I have written 4 books, over 500 articles, compiled a Scripture Subject reference and regularly contributed in 10 or 12 forums. I do not claim to know it all, my task is just a messenger, that is what my name means. I point out what the Prophets actually said.

Your example of Jeremiah 51:43-64 does partly speak of the Exile period of the Jews in Babylon. But verse 43 is preceded by Jer. 51:42 The sea has surged over Babylon, she is covered by its roaring waters.
HUH? Babylon is 1000s of miles from the ocean! This prophecy is, therefore, talking about a 'type' of Babylon and I believe that type is now the Western nations. And did v 43 literally come true in ancient times? No; some people still lived there and travelled thru it. I see Jer. 51:36-37 & 59-64 as being the fulfilment for ancient Babylon, then end times prophecy 38-58. Note Jer. 51:55 The advancing wave booms and roars, like mighty waters, for the Lord is despoiling Babylon. REB. [The NIV incorrectly inserts 'of enemies'] Verses 42 & 55, refer to the massive tsunamis that will be generated by the earth 'reeling and shaking' Isaiah 13:13, on the Lord's Day of vengeance and wrath. Amos 5:8-9

2 Esdras 3:17-22 Lord, You rescued Jacob’s descendants from Egypt and led them to Mt Sinai. There You made the heavens bow down and by Your glory, gave the Commandments to the Israelites. But You did not take away their evil hearts and thus enable Your Law to bear fruit in them. For as Adam sinned, so all his offspring are inveterate sinners and the good of the Law came to nothing.
2 Esdras 4:23-37 Why has Israel been scattered among the nations? Why are Your people, those whom You love, living in the godless nations? Why has the Law of our fathers and our Covenant with You, been discarded? Our lives are short, are we even worthy of Your pity? What will He do for us, we who bear His Name?
Those who are living at the end of the age will see and marvel. This present age is full of sorrow and weakness, people are unable to grasp what is promised in due time for His godly people. Until the full crop of evil has been reaped and the ground on which it was sown has been cleansed, there will be no room for the place where the good will be sown. Terrible will be the harvest, one seed of evil has produced a great crop of godlessness!

But when? How long must we wait? The reply: Do not be in a hurry for yourselves alone, the Most High is concerned for the many. The same question is asked by the righteous in the storehouse of the souls: How long must we stay here? [Revelation 6:10-11] As soon as the tally of those like yourselves is complete. The Lord has measured and numbered the ages, He will alter nothing, the appointed time must be reached.
2 Esdras 6:17-28 The time draws near when I shall come to judge the earth’s inhabitants, a time when I shall enquire into the wickedness of the wrongdoers and the time when Zion’s humiliation will be over. All will see this judgement at the same moment – a loud trumpet blast will strike terror into all who hear it. Whoever is left after all that will be saved and will see the salvation that I bring. Wickedness will be blotted out, but faithfulness will flourish and truth will be revealed.
2 Esdras 9:1-12 Watch carefully, when you see earthquakes, insurrections, unstable governments and panic among the leaders, then you will understand that the time is near for the Most High to begin to judge the world. The times determined by the Most High are marked; the beginning by portents and miracles, the end by manifestations of power. All who come safely through, thanks to their good deeds or the faith they have shown, will survive the dangers I have foretold and will witness the salvation I shall bring to My Land, the special area set apart for eternity as My own.
Then those who have neglected My ways, will be taken by surprise, their contempt for their Maker will bring them to destruction. All who disdained My Laws while freedom was still theirs, who scornfully dismissed the idea of penitence while the way was still open, all these must learn the truth through torments after death. The just will be saved, the world is theirs and for their sake it exists. Reference: REB Apocrypha. Some verses condensed.

Peter tells the truth for our days:

A letter to the Elect peoples of God, scattered around the world:
Praise to God and to our Lord Jesus for the hope of salvation and for the protection of His power. Be joyful, although you may have to suffer for a little while, as you pass through the assayers fire. Since Christ endured bodily suffering, you too must expect this judgement as the end of all days is upon us, but do not be taken aback by the fiery ordeal which has come to test you as though you did not know it was coming.
All that has happened concerning Jesus, confirms for us the messages of the prophets, which you will all do well to take seriously. What they say has been given to us by the Holy Spirit and interpretation is by comparing scripture with scripture. Just as in the past there were false prophets and teachers, so it is now. Those who have misled My people will suffer dire punishment.

Note this: In the last days scoffers will come, they will mock and say: ‘What happened to His promised coming? Nothing has changed as yet’. They forget how God destroyed all the wicked peoples in Noah’s day and now the world is reserved for burning and again the godless will be destroyed. The great Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath will come unexpectedly, with the heavens tearing apart, flames will envelope the earth and with a loud noise ALL the earth will be brought to judgement.
In expectation of this, do your best to be found at peace with God. Friends: you have been warned, take care that you do not be taken in by wrong theories and false teachings, but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
To Him be all the glory!

Habakkuk 2:1-20 I will stand on the ramparts and learn what the Lord is saying to us. The Lord says: Write this down and make it clear for all to see; The revelation awaits the appointed time, it speaks of the time of the end and will not prove false. Though it delays, wait for it, it will surely come before too long.
The reckless will lack an assured future, while the righteous will live by being faithful.
As for the person who is proud, arrogant and treacherous; they will not win in the end, because they are as greedy as the grave. The nations and peoples follow in this error, but surely they will face ridicule and those who have ill-gotten gains will be scorned. Their debtors will suddenly rise up and the creditors will become victims, instead.
Those who have shed blood and inflicted violence to cities and have plundered nations, now; the rest of the world will plunder you.
Woe betide those who seek unjust gain, their schemes will bring dishonour and put their lives at risk.
Woe betide those who build their lives on crime and lies. Those nations labour for a pittance and their peoples exhaust themselves for nothing.
Woe betide those who make others drink the outpouring of God’s wrath, they will be filled with shame when it is their turn to face judgement.
Woe to those who seek guidance from idols or divinators, they are useless and of no value.
The Lord is in His Holy Temple, let all the earth be silent in His presence. Reference: REB, NIV. Some verses abridged.
Bible prophecy does tell us what will happen ‘at the appointed time’. James 5:7-11
The proud and arrogant peoples will be brought low. Psalm 5:5-6 While the godless face insecurity, those who discern the end times and understand the prophetic Word, will maintain their faith and live in quiet trust for a blessed future. Isaiah 30:15, Prov. 3:5
The ‘cup of God’s wrath’, is symbolic of His anger. Jeremiah 25:15-38 In Noah’s day, God’s wrath came as a flood, but now we are told: the earth is reserved for burning…2 Peter 3:5-7 and in Deut. 32:22 & 34-35 I have sealed up in My storehouse, a fire, set ablaze by My anger, waiting the Day of punishment and vengeance. Psalm 50:3-6
It will be poured out upon all the world, Isaiah 2:12-21, Rev. 6:12-17, but especially onto the Middle East region. Psalm 83:1-8, Ezekiel 30:1-5, as the great and terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, a C.M.E. sunstrike, that will be a world changing event. Huge numbers will be killed, Jeremiah 9:22, Isaiah 66:16 and as the survivors recover, they will form a One World government. Daniel 7:23-24, Rev 17:12
Meanwhile, those who have kept their faith and trust in the Lord, Jer. 7:7-8, will be motivated to emigrate to the Holy Land, where they will settle and live peacefully. Isaiah 62:1-5, Psalm 107 Those who follow their own lusts and desires will ‘lack an assured future’, that is they may survive the forthcoming fire judgement, but must face the Great Tribulation. On the other hand, the righteous will live under the care and protection of the Lord. Amos 9:13-15, Isaiah 24:4, Jer. 33:12-13, Col. 1:11-12
The Shekinah Glory will return to the new Temple, in Jerusalem. Ezekiel 43:2 Then, after all that is prophesied, has taken place: Jesus will Return to reign for 1000 years.

The following seventy three Bible verses describe the forthcoming Day of the Lords vengeance and wrath, which will take the form of a coronal mass ejection, sunstrike. Isaiah 63:7-10 I shall tell of the Lord’s unfailing love and of the great things He has done for His people, in His compassion for Israel. He said: surely they are My people, they will not be false with Me. So, He, Himself delivered then from their troubles. He carried them through all the days of old. Yet, they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit, so He turned against them and allowed enemies to conquer them.

The following seventy three Bible verses describe the forthcoming Day of the Lords vengeance and wrath, which will take the form of a coronal mass ejection, sunstrike. This is the next prophesied event, the fulfilment of Psalm 83 and the sixth seal of Revelation. Note that in three quarters of these verses, it categorically states how it is the Lord who instigates this fire judgement.

Hi keras,
I'm sort of on a quest to identify how end-time events play out in respect to the many different interpretations that are out there. I believe I've understood that the next upcoming event you are looking for is the war of Psalms 83. Is that right? Is there any end-time events that would precede that? After this war how does the rest of end-time prophecies play out up to the last events before the Millennium? I'd be grateful for your input. Doesn't have to be detailed, just a brief synopsis will do.

After this war how does the rest of end-time prophecies play out up to the last events before the Millennium? I'd be grateful for your input. Doesn't have to be detailed, just a brief synopsis will do.
Here is a sequence of events that is scripturally supported, logical and fits with the time parameters:
End times sequence:
Soon to happen: The great and terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, a CME sunstrike. Isaiah 30:26, Malachi 4:1 It is the Sixth Seal / Psalm 83 event. Worldwide devastation and the Middle East is cleared and cleansed, Ezekiel 30:1-5 It will be the fulfilment of Psalm 83, Isaiah 2:12-21, 2 Peter 3:7 A small Jewish remnant will survive in Jerusalem. Isaiah 4:3 Many will die around the world: Isaiah 51:6, Jer.9:22, but most will survive and eventually re-establish the infrastructure.
The Seventh seal is ‘about’ a 20 year time gap until the Return of Jesus.
In a short while: Isaiah 29:17, all the holy Land will be regenerated and the Lord’s people, righteous Israel, be they true descendants of Jacob or grafted in, will gather in the new country of Beulah, all the area from the Nile to the Euphrates. Isaiah 62:1-5 They will live in peace and security and 144,000 missionaries are selected from them, to go out to all peoples and proclaim the coming Kingdom of Jesus. Revelation 7 & 14, Isaiah 66:19
The rest of the nations will form a One World Government, led by ten Presidents. Daniel 7:24 Before long, three will be taken over and the other seven will confer their power onto another strong leader. Daniel 11:21, Revelation 13:1-8
After a few years: a Northern confederation, led by a person referred to as Gog, will be motivated to attack Beulah – an unprotected land, of great wealth. They will be totally wiped out and it takes seven years to bury them and clean the land. Ezekiel 38 & 39, Joel 2:20
Sometime later, the strong leader of the World Government, will make a seven year treaty with Beulah. This marks the commencement of the seventieth ‘week’ [seven years] of Daniel. There is a 3½ year period of calm and peace in the world. Daniel 9:27
After that: the world dictator comes to Jerusalem in force and declares himself to be god in the new Temple. This starts the Great Tribulation, the trumpet and bowl judgements. The ‘Woman’- righteous Israel, are taken to a place of safety for 1260 days. Zechariah 14:2, Revelation 12:14
Then comes the Glorious Return of Jesus: The battle of Armageddon, Jesus destroys the army of the Anti-Christ by the Sword of His Word and chains up Satan.
The regathering of Israel and all those who have kept faithful. Matthew 24:30-31
The 1000 year Millennium reign of King Jesus and His resurrected saints.

The final attack against the holy city and the armies are instantly cremated. Satan is cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 16:13-16, Revelation 19:17-21
The Great White Throne judgement, a New Heaven and a New Earth. Daniel 7:9-10, Revelation chapter 21

Oh doesn't it make you want to just pass out free laptops to all the homeless naked hungry thirsty people so they can read this brilliance? Be sure to pry that pesky NEW TESTAMENT out of their cold stiff hands first...

I see you are from the "volume = value" club.

There is not one thing wrong with the scriptures you quoted.

It's your personal carnal nonsense you hose them over with. It's a joke... here's your first fatal error in your pitch;

[[[These prophesies are written in present and past tense, as though they have been fulfilled. But we can see they haven’t as yet,]]]

And we are to believe YOU??

HERE is the ONLY ones who "can see they haven't as yet";

(Mat 15:14) let them alone, guides they are--blind of blind; and if blind may guide blind, both into a ditch shall fall.'
(Joh 12:40) `He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart, that they might not see with the eyes, and understand with the heart, and turn back, and I might heal them;'
(Joh 8:43) wherefore do ye not know my speech? because ye are not able to hear my word.

How do I know this?

Well, I could show you how Isaiah is fulfilled in N.T. I have shown that all of the O.T. have been fulfilled in Christ. Totally. Perfectly. Scripturally. Spiritualy...
But you've ignored them.

And your fruits have resulted in two individuals I've seen here so far, who are actually now open to a "soon coming third temple" where they will be wide open to be led by a "Jew" to butcher up an animal on that altar.

That is blasphemy and an abomination. We ALL know that.

(Mat 7:20) therefore from their fruits ye shall know them.

To begin with, there are sixty-one separate passages out of Isaiah quoted in eighty-five New Testament citations and innumerable parallels proving Isaiah fulfilled. Did you know that? Of course not. But you will, or others here reading will...

And I'm only going to deal with One First. Okay, two... You and I will probably have a long discourse about these things so there will be time for the rest. But let's START here...

(Luk 4:17) and there was given over to him a roll of Isaiah the prophet, and having unfolded the roll, he found the place where it hath been written:
(Luk 4:18) `The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because He did anoint me; To proclaim good news to the poor, Sent me to heal the broken of heart, To proclaim to captives deliverance, And to blind receiving of sight, To send away the bruised with deliverance,
(Luk 4:19) To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.'
(Luk 4:20) And having folded the roll, having given it back to the officer, he sat down, and the eyes of all in the synagogue were gazing on him.
(Luk 4:21) And he began to say unto them--`To-day hath this writing been fulfilled in your ears;'

The very first time Jesus spoke publicly, He said Isaiah was fulfilled. He quoted out of Isa 58 and 61. The book of Isaiah... caps off the entire meaning of Isaiah, with the Christ- who would fulfill all the entire prophecies.

Earlier, in those same prophecies, by that same Isaiah prophet, specifically, for your posted scriptures out of Isaiah 21 you quoted, to understand WHO and WHAT and WHEN He is speaking of, let's look at verse 3;

(Isa 21:3) Therefore filled have been my loins with great pain, Pangs have seized me as pangs of a travailing woman, I have been bent down by hearing, I have been troubled by seeing.

Fulfilled!

(Joh 16:19) Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?

(Joh 16:21) A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
(Joh 16:22) And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

It is the result of the birth pangs from suffering for righteousness sake, likened to a married (To Jesus) woman in travail pangs. Below I'm copying and pasting part of a post to "straightshot" who is also preaching "futurism" instead of the Gospel, on another thread...

_______

(Rom 7:4) ... be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

The Marriage to Christ brings forth a "birthing" of a New Creation in us, "Born from Above";

Joh 3:7 ...be born from above;

(Joh 3:3) Jesus answered and said to him, `Verily, verily, I say to thee, If any one may not be born from above, he is not able to see the reign of God;'

Here is the picture of the Israel Bride of Christ, in travail pangs of tribulation, paining to bring forth this birth;

Rev 12:1 And a great sign was seen in the heaven, a woman arrayed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars,

Rev 12:2 and being with child she doth cry out, travailing and pained to bring forth.

She is the New Jerusalem Church comprised of all believers;

(Heb 12:22) But, ye came to Mount Zion, and to a city of the living God, to the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of messengers,
(Heb 12:23) to the company and assembly of the first-born in heaven enrolled, and to God the judge of all, and to spirits of righteous men made perfect,
(Heb 12:24) and to the mediator of the new covenant--Jesus, and to blood of sprinkling, speaking better things than that of Abel!

This Zion/New Jerusalem is our Mother;

(Gal 4:26) and the Jerusalem above is the free-woman, which is mother of us all,

The "fruit" is the "man-child" in us that is conceived by The Husband and the Wife, commonly referred to in scriptures as "Christ in you";

(Rom 8:10) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Col 1:24) I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and do fill up the things lacking of the tribulations of the Christ in my flesh for his body, which is the assembly,

(Joh 16:33) these things I have spoken to you, that in me ye may have peace, in the world ye shall have tribulation, but take courage--I have overcome the world.'

All Christians down through time can relate to this.

(Rom 5:3) And not only so , but we also boast in the tribulations, knowing that the tribulation doth work endurance;

And finally; EVERY person who enters the Kingdom of God must endure the "tribulation". And the have been for 2000 years now. So it obviously isn't a one time future catastrophe as these futuristic threads embarrass to prove. Such a teaching altogether robs a man of what is, replacing it with a futuristic scenario of confusion that baffles even the OP... watch as the arguments begin about the insane ideas of "pre-mid-post trib" rapturist theories, and you'll never see so many blind people in a snake pit fumbling around in the dark. It's a circus. An embarrassment.

_______

So there you have just one verse, ye two from Isaiah, showing fulfillment in the N.T., to those who CAN see. Shall I continue on? ALL of Isaiah is the GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. The OT is the ONLY Bible the Apostles used, and in it they reveal to us what the law and the prophets said.

(Luk 24:44) and he said to them, `These are the words that I spake unto you, being yet with you, that it behoveth to be fulfilled all the things that are written in the Law of Moses, and the Prophets, and the Psalms, about me.'

So again Mr Keras, if you can't "see it fulfilled" doesn't mean Jesus was wrong and you are right.

[[[Keras said; "These prophesies are written in present and past tense, as though they have been fulfilled. But we can see they haven’t as yet",]]]

John 9:39
Jesus said, “For judgment I came into this world, that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind.”

The Seventh Seal is 'about a half hour in heaven'. Therefore it is just 'about 20 years on earth' and could be as much as 25 years or as little as 15 years. I believe, because God is not willing that any should perish, the period from the Sixth & Seventh Seal until the Return, including the 7 year peace treaty and the G.T., will be 15/16 years. This time is sufficient for all that is prophesied to take place.
Contrary to a belief of many, the Sixth Seal does not commence the Great Trib. The G.T. 7 Trumpets and 7 Bowls, is the last 3.5 years before the Return.
The terrible Day of the Lord's wrath will be triggered by an attack on Israel by the peoples described in Psalm 83, including an attempted nuke missile strike from Iran. They will all be wiped out.

Whitestone, you can keep your preterist beliefs that the Old Testament is all fulfilled. I, and many others disagree.
Events will prove us right.

You haven't been right yet. Maybe you'll get lucky and somebody will get nuked and you'll sell a thousand more books in your endless quest... Do you know how many false prophets have bloviated this same nonsense before you and "events proved them a false prophet"? Are you and Harold Camping brothers per chance?

Harold Camping dies at 92; preacher's Rapture forecasts fizzled

Oakland-based radio preacher Harold Camping predicted, several times, exact dates for the end of the world. Ridicule grew as each day came and went uneventfully.

Harold Camping in 2011. (Rick Loomis / Los Angeles…)

Harold Camping didn't live to see the end of the world.
The Oakland-based radio preacher, who died Sunday, drew international attention, much of it in the form of ridicule, when he predicted — more than once — the precise date of the Rapture and then had to concede his error. He was 92.
Camping died at his home in Alameda after suffering a fall last month, according to a statement from his Family Radio Network.
Convinced that he had unlocked hidden clues in the Bible, Camping predicted the end of the world no fewer than 12 times, beginning in 1978, according to an aide, and was persistent in the face of his repeated failures. The most famous of his prophecies was his next to last, when he named May 21, 2011, as Judgment Day and sent acolytes on a cross-country tour to warn people in the months leading up to it.

Whitestone, again your rant against the Prophetic truth that I present is just so much nasty innuendo and foolish diversionary tactics.

How can I be a false prophet, when I make no claim to be any kind of prophet? I am just a messenger, I promote what the real prophets wrote.

Please cease your silly posts, you have only succeeded to make yourself to be shallow and incapable of proper discussion.

A false prophet is someone who "knows not the Time" and puts it into the "future" like you and Harold Camping and the Pharisees did/do.

(Jer 8:12) Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall; in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith Jehovah.

(Jer 10:15) They are vanity, a work of delusion: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.

(Luk 19:44) and shall dash thee to the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

You see, the people who die in their sins are those who "know not the time of their visitation".

Those kind of woeful blind folk put everything off into the future. JUST LIKE THEY ALWAYS HAVE. You are no different than any other false prophet speaking futuristic devil induced doctrines.

You fit right in here;

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
Luke 6:26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
Acts 13:6 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus:
2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Rev. 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Rev. 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Rev. 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

But I know you. You can't deceive me. And I know your end. You might want to get some asbestos lined undies sir.
