Revelation 13

The beast that comes out of the sea is the revived Roman Empire, which will consist of all the "Christians" nations. After the rapture God will cause all the people who have heard the truth of the gospel and rejected Jesus to believe the lie of the antichrist 2 Thessalonians 2:6-12. The Harlot church that remains after the rapture is Harlot Babylon. The ecumenical Christian church will tell the politicians what to do till God causes the ten kings that come to power with the antichrist to give their power to the antichrist and destroy the harlot church which will be centered in the city of Rome Revelation 17:12-18. The antichrist is one of the heads of the beast that will be wounded in the head and be blinded in his right eye and have a shriveled hand Zechariah 11:15-17.

The beast out of the earth is the false prophet.

The Pope will probably not be the false prophet because he will have more power by leading Harlot Babylon during the first half of the tribulation.

i heard that this will be the new Holy roman empire will already exist but that the antichrist or a puppet of his ruling the empire and will consist of nations that basically made up the old roman empire.

i believe that the misleading influence that God allows to happen is not just for those after the rapture but to all who wish to believe the lie from the beginning of time.

The Harlot church that remains after the rapture is Harlot Babylon. i believe the so called harlot church will go hand in hand with the antichrist reign. i believe that the false prophet will rule the church.

i believe this is referring to the false prophet and not the antichrist. the reason for this is the context of the zech 11. i believe that what is being referred to is the way a priest takes care of his sheep spiritually and physically. i king does not take care of his sheep spiritually. the antichrist will be a king not a priest.

the second beast is the false prophet.

if the pope were the false prophet then that would give the antichrist even more power. it has been proven that people can be controlled much either by doing it through the church.

Hi Eric, I've got to say that I disagree with every aspect of your post. IF there will be any kind of revived Roman Empire, it will be part of the EASTERN Regions, NOT the western. There is no such thing as a "Harlot" church! The ONLY thing that fits the whore as described in both Rev. 17 & 18 is America, at this time!

The first beast, the a/c is a MAN, not a group of nations. At some point he will lead this 10 nation confederacy. The second beast is also a man, aka, the false prophet, who may or may not be a pope.

Zech. 11:15-17 is NOT speaking of the a/c but of the unrepentant rabbis who have kept Israel, as a whole, from the truth.

Revelation 17 and 18 fits the Roman church completely..read it carefully..she is the mother of harlots...which refefers to the protestant churches which still follow the Roman/Babylonian system..they may have eliminated the statues and worship of these statues, but they follows Rome's doctrines, knowingly or unknowingly...read Daniel 7, they think to change God's times and laws..bingo...they are all following the false religion of Rome, and do not even realize it in a lot of cases..satan has deceived the vast majority of "christians" and "christian religion"

Remember Salvation is through the Son of God, His grace and commandments and NOT the sungod/satan and his days of sunday, Dec 25th and easter, all of which are non Biblical and of pagan origin.
