Uh no we aren't in the 7th day.
It's been over 6000 years since Adam so yes, it's the 7th day not that means anything scripturally related.

Biblical time-lines fascinate me..... Site your source.

We are not in the 7,000 years or 7th day as you say. If you go to any Hebrew calender it will say we're in the 5,776 year.

They don't jump in the lake of fire willingly so yes God does send people to "hell" and that is based upon what is written and not written in the books on judgment day.
There is a difference between sending to hell and putting in hell.

God sent Jesus to be Savior of the world. God sent because Jesus was willing to do God's will.

But God putting sinners in hell where the wicked belong is because men cannot do it. As the police must capture criminals and put them in jail.

Oh? Can you explain because both have the same meaning and result.

God sent Jesus to be Savior of the world. God sent because Jesus was willing to do God's will.

But sending does not require the person's agreement. A judge can send a man to prison even if the man doesn't agree.

But God putting sinners in hell where the wicked belong is because men cannot do it.
Of course but what does any of this have to do with a supposed difference between send and put?

As the police must capture criminals and put them in jail.
See above.

I used to believe in the GAP theory but constantly reading Gen 1 with the help of the Holy Spirit showed me God really did make the earth in 6 actual lunar/solar days.
As I understand the gap theory, it is not about taking more than six days to create all things. The gap theory is about a gap of time in which the earth was formless and void.. then God created all things. The gap of time was between the creation of the earth that had full complete life, then there was destruction of that world, not of the planet and it's position in the solar system, but destruction like unto the flood of Noah, since there is the description of the waters and the Holy Spirit hovering upon it's surface.

So, the gap theory is talking about a former world system on the earth previous to the recreation of life, the garden of Eden, and the creation of Adam.

Have you heard that teaching?

Yes, that is what the Genesis 1:1 and 1:2 gap theory is about....there are other time gaps in scripture as well but this is the most notable and the one known by that term.

Yes, that is in essence the theory, except what I was taught was that the gap between 1:1 and 1:2 was just the world as God created it billions of years before He started creation. However given the grammatical structure of Gen 1-2, 1:1 is a synopsis or starting point for Moses to begin. Verses 2-31 accounts for the 6 days of creation IN details, and verse 1 is part of day 1. Gen 2:4-22 is a detail of Gen 1:27. You will note that Gen 1:2 starts with the word NOW, which is how many historical accounts work. It's not much different than "A Tale of Two Cities" starts, except there is no date in it, because Moses is recounting what God told Him centuries after it happened.
Gen 3 takes up the normal chronological historical order of mankind from that point on.
