My wife has gastrointestinal, problems and cannot sleep unless I am inside the house. This is creating havoc with my job. I am not able to retire because I cannot afford her health insurance, which I would have to pay for, because of her many medical needs. I have difficulty walking but I am forced to continue to work to pay for her health insurance. However I also am taking off time from work and neglecting my own medical appointments and have had ongoing conflict at my job because she calls me at work a a lot and compels me to leave work. I am unable to attend church and have no fellowship because she becomes ill or is ill if I attempt to go to church. Her sleep is disturbed by almost nightly nightmares, often 2 -3 nightmares or night terrors per night. Please pray as the situation is growing worse.

Matters are very chaotic here and I am taking off more time from work. I need wisdom to know whether to go to work despite the fact that my wants me to stay home and take care of her. Income and health benefits are dependent on my job. There is a lot of conflict. Please pray.

Please continue to pray. I am missing a lot of time at work. I am not easily able to do this without consequences. My wife continues to have pain in her throat and stomach, is not taking in sufficient calories, taking laxatives and enemas to alleviate the pain. She has difficulty sleeping when I am out of the house and at work and is plagued by nightmares. She threaten suicide. I have only attended church once in the past 3 months because of these restrictions. I may have to go to work soon or our health insurance will be lost. If I do this against her wishes she will harass me by calling me constantly at work and may become violent.

Thank you for your prayers. However the situation seems impervious to prayer. My wife is not on Medicare as I wish matters were that simple. If I cannot work she loses her health insurance. She is 54 and has hardly worked so cannot qualify for Disability or Medicare. Even if I were to retire the cost of her health insurance, especially combined with mine given her medical condition would be astronomical. My retirement income would disqualify us for Medicaid I have already met with various private health care providers and the cost of private health insurance would be unaffordable. We would be forced to move immediately as I could not afford the rent and she is in no condition to move. We would fall into serious debt because of medical costs and would not be able to afford to live. Her doctors have approved the use of laxatives and enemas but she has not recently been forthright and they are not aware of the full extent of the situation because she conceals information because she fears hospitalization. She calls incessantly at my job and her conditions prevents me from coming into work and the situation with supervisors is tense with numerous warnings. In time I will have to take the plunge into chaos. The resolution may have to be divorce so she can get on Medicaid. There is also a wide gulf in our beliefs. She is seeking to become a Jehovah's Witness but has little support from them.

Thank you for your prayers, After some improvement my wife is again in crisis. We have had conflict. She has become weak. I am under pressure from work because of the time I am taking off. Her therapist no longer wants to see her because she feels she needs a higher level of care. She is resisting inpatient psychiatric treatment at at a specialized facility about 230 miles from here. However if I lose my job we lose medical coverage.

Please pray for a resolution to this conflict with my wife. The physical violence has begun again this evening.
