Ya may have heard the stuff lately about Trump attacking mainstream media and labeling it fake news, and how they make stuff up. But is it really fake news or real news? I would say it's a bit of both, but the majority of the stories are still usually true, even though it may be greatly exaggerated sometimes, they still tell ya some of the bad stuff happening the world today, what I don't like about the mainstream though, is the left wing is massively trying to make God's anointed look like the bad guy, I'm sure people around in Australia would have heard about Danny Nalliah, he is a good man, good preacher, he started his own political party a few years ago, still hasn't won any seats in state or federal parliament yet though, but the news makes him out as an extremist, a bad guy, when in all reality he is a good man. Then there is the part where they give ya the false definition of marriage and gender, now that's the fake news. But the reporting of events is usually true, because they obviously don't go reporting a terrorist attack with heap of actors playing it out in the background or they don't get told to drive this car into a lake and lets make up a story about it, that's not their job, it's their job to report and tell us as accurately as they can what happened.

Well, it seems you and I agree in some points and disagree in other points you make here:
Any Christian who takes the commandment not to bear false witness seriously – and I take it you do – should indeed be outraged by Trump and his lot who tell blatant lies and then try to defame the media that expose those lies as “fake news”.
Personally I trust both conservative and left leaning ‘mainstream’-media, that have shown the journalistic professionalism to distinguish between reporting well researched facts and opinion pieces commenting on those facts.
As for “the left wing (…) massively trying to make God's anointed look like the bad guy” it seems our opinion differs. You see: in most questions I’m one of those left-leaning Christians and I fear many conservative Christians have become like the Pharisees rather than acting and speaking in the spirit of Christ. Not that I know much about him, but from my point of view Danny Nalliah is one of those guys who give Christianity a bad name without the media misrepresenting what he said and did. I’m all the more delighted by not just liberal but also most conservative Christians in my own country, Germany, these days: Most churches here got their priorities right and don’t just go on about marriage and gender etc. (hardly a hot topic in the Bible), but found their voice – against the parties they usually align with - to speak out for refugees and people in need of shelter and protection. In fact the number of ‘church asylums’ granted by German congregations has multiplied in recent years. The Bible reminds us over and over again that such is our duty, both in the OT and the NT, which tells us that the Baby Jesus Itself was a refugee and a member of a religious minority in Egypt. So how come so many of our American brothers and sisters stay silent or even support the unmerciful policies of their president and his evil advisors?

'Evil advisors'? Who says? You?

If the church in Germany doesn't care about marriage and gender, then the church in Germany is a mess. The church in Europe is a mess. It is dead. That is why you're letting all these muslim refugees take over your country. And they appreciate it. They get to rape the German and European women and be applauded. Open your doors. It's so christian.

Then again Jesus was open and accepting, since he sat at the dining table with sinners, and he would have sat at the table with a lot of those refugees, he didn't need a gun while he was here on earth, and there's no mention of his disciples carrying physical weapons, can you actually defend the use of weapons by using the New Testament and not the laws of Moses?

And if you have seen Syrian refugees, majority of them are lovely bunch of people I hear, and those Churches who accept muslim refugees from war torn countries into their doors, lead a number of them to Christ, so is Fox News and the GOP making fake news on Syrians? Maybe... But of course there are a few who sneak in who are terrorists and not really refugees, it does not mean we can't lead those terrorists to Jesus either. Did you know 10% of the population in Syria is Christian? There could be even more now, there are many muslims turning to Christ though, because of the evil other muslims are doing, and they are also having dreams and visions of Jesus in record numbers.

I'm sure quite a number of Christians oppose the LGBT movement over there in Europe, as for France, I hope Marine Le Pen gets in, she is not just against terrorism, but amazingly right in the middle of France, in such a carnal nation, she is against abortion, against gay marriage, against twisted gender laws, against the corruption of the Church and her niece Marion Marechal Le Pen, is also on the same page too, it's amazing for a nation like France. If all the damage to France is reversed, then God truly has his hand on that nation, I'm amazed at the polls, it shows you a lot of French Catholics really care, and I'm glad they do, after all they have been praying for their nation many years.

Ask the women in Europe how lovely the rape was. Oh yes, those refugees are so lovely. Do you have a wife? Is she willing to open the doors to the muslim refugees. Let them rape her while you watch and turn the other cheek. That is so spiritual. The more that rape her, the more that can be saved, by your turning of the other cheek. Junobet would agree.

Sounds great, right? What a missionary service.

.............. If your wife was Syrian would you say that right to her face? Not every Syrian refugee is a rapist, in fact very few are... Far less than those Mexicans, probably even less than your own Americans, not picking on you but America is one of the most dangerous countries in the Western world, and we see evidence of that in mass shootings in both small town USA and the big cities, murder, rape, a massive drug problem, assault happening in Chicago, LA, Detroit, Houston, Dallas, New York, Denver, Charlotte, Memphis, Sandy Hook, Hesston, Amarillo the list goes on and on, it all happens way too often, you have got way too many horrible crimes happening in USA every single day that greatly outweigh the problems of other western nations and a lot are caused by people born in America, and we are talking many rapes, many murders, way too much crime, happening way too frequently in nearly every state of America, and you have criminals laughing their heads off, because there is too much crime for the cops to cover.

IRELAND’S “MASS GRAVES” STORY IS FAKE NEWS

Bill Donohue comments on news stories that Catholic nuns in Ireland housed a mass grave of babies:

It was a lie in 2014 and it is a lie in 2017. There is no evidence of a mass grave outside a home for unmarried women operated by nuns in Tuam, Ireland, near Galway, in the 20th century. The hoax is now back again, and an obliging media are running with the story as if it were true.

Any objective and independent reporter would be able to report what I am about to say, but unfortunately there are too many lazy and incompetent reporters prepared to swallow the latest moonshine about the Catholic Church. If there were a Pulitzer for Fake News, the competition would be fierce.

Ireland’s Mother and Baby Commission completed its inquiry into this issue and released a statement on March 3rd about its findings today. The probe was a response to allegations made by a local historian, Catherine Corless, who claimed that 800 babies were buried in a tank outside the former Mother and Baby home that was operated by the Bon Secours nuns.

The statement issued by the Mother and Baby Commission never mentions anything about a mass grave. Having completed a test excavation of the Tuam site, it found “significant quantities of human remains” in most of the underground sewage chambers. “These remains involved a number of individuals with age-at-death ranges from approximately 35 foetal weeks to 2-3 years.”

That’s the story. If there were “mass graves,” not only would the official statement mention it, but so would Katherine Zappone TD, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs; she issued her formal remarks today. She says absolutely nothing about any “mass graves.” Moreover, when the government’s Interim Report was issued on July 12, 2016, it also made no mention of “mass graves.”

“Experts Find Mass Grave at ex-Catholic Orphanage in Ireland.” That is what the Associated Press reported on March 3rd. The author, Shawn Pogatchnik, offers no evidence and no citation from the government’s report to prove his allegation.

AP should know better given its lousy record on this subject. On June 3 and June 8, 2014, AP ran news stories on this subject and later had to apologize for making several factual errors. It now owes readers another apology.

Reuters did a good job reporting on this issue: it never mentioned anything about the mythical “mass graves.” The Belfast Telegraph Online also offered an accurate account, but it was misleading in one way: it quoted Joan Burton of the Labor Party who cited the work of Corless, concluding that “it now appears” that there was “some kind of mass grave.” Her conjecture is based on Corless’ discredited account.
Here is an excerpt from my 2014 report, “Ireland’s ‘Mass Grave’ Hysteria.”

“The notion that a mass grave existed in the site of the Home is oddly enough credited to the same person who says there never was one. His name is Barry Sweeney. Here’s what happened.

“In 1975, when Sweeney was 10, he and a friend, Frannie Hopkins, 12, were playing on the grounds where the home was when they stumbled on a hole with skeletons in it.
“He [Sweeney] is quoted in the Irish Times saying ‘there was no way there were 800 skeletons down that hole. Nothing like that number.’ How many were there? ‘About 20,’ he says.”

Douglas Dalby of the New York Times did a good job checking the facts and his account supports what I wrote. He quotes Sweeney saying, “People are making out we saw a mass grave. But we can only say what we seen [sic]: maybe 15-20 small skeletons.”

The appetite to believe the worst about the Catholic Church, and Ireland’s nuns, is so great that many in the media will believe anything negative about it. Yet we know from the McAleese Report on the Magdalene Laundries that not a single nun was ever sexually assaulted by one of the sisters and that the conditions were not “prison like.”

We also know that the movie, “Philomena,” was another smear job. Philomena Lee, upon whom the film was based, voluntarily turned her out-of-wedlock baby over to the nuns at the age of 22. After she signed a contract freely handing over her child to the nuns, the sisters helped her to find gainful employment. Contrary to what the movie said, Philomena never once set foot in the U.S. looking for her son. Indeed, she never set foot in the U.S. until it was time to hawk the movie.

Mass graves. Sexually assaulted women. Children stolen. It is all a lie. It’s about time this non-stop assault on truth and the Catholic Church stopped before no one believes anything the media tell us anymore about all matters Catholic.

I was brought up a Catholic by my parents and was even an altar boy.

While growing up in Shanghai, China just after the communist take-over, a group of us Catholics (between 10-12 yrs. old) were walking down the street as the sun was going down we came upon posters with drawings depicting of nuns and mass graves of babies buried in the convent’s grounds. As a group of good Catholics I told each one to stand under the posters pasted on a wall, and at the count of three to tear down the posters and run.

Thinking I would be smart and under the cover of darkness I started to walk and not run. Needless to say I was the only one caught. If my father was not a famous band leader at that time I would have probably rot in jail. That was a scary experience for an eleven year old kid.

The above is true and I lie not. God knows. To be fair however, I don’t know about “Ireland’s Mass Graves” or any like atrocities that happened except what I have experienced.

What I do know as to what scriptures declare is that if we disobey the laws and principles God had laid out, we will surely fall short.

For example:

1 This is a good saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desires a good work.
2 He must be blameless, the husband of one wife.
3 Not given to wine.
4 One that rules his house well.
5 For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?

God has never called for a bishop (priest or deacon) to be a celibate but I believe the norm is set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-5.

I have an article from the Daily Mail dated 2nd June 2014 where Barry Sweeney is reported as saying:
'It was a concrete slab and we used to play there but there was always something hollow underneath it so we decided to bust it open and it was full to the brim of skeletons.'

This story has even been regurgitated in this weeks Catholic Herald (UK weekly) and claims: "Ireland has been in a state of turmoil following the discovery of nearly 800 infant remains in a mass grave at Tuam, County Galway...."

You'd think the Catholic press would know better.

When it comes to the media:

1500 newspapers
1100 magazines
9000 radio stations
1500 T. V. stations
2400 publishers

These are owned by 6 corporations and 272 executives.

These control 90% of what Western populations, read, see and listen to.

Jesus' warns us first about deception before His return.

Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Jesus also warns about famine(s).

Matthew 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Amos 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord:

The famine of the end times is a famine for truth of the Good News of Jesus Christ. People today are starving for truth. There is little truth taught in the churches, (even though there is a church on every corner), therefore, deception has run amok. People are genuinely going to the Internet to find truth because the media are controlled by billionaires who are funded by other billionaires. And it is their 'Gospel of Globalism' that they wish all to follow.

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

People forget just how revolutionary Christ was. Jesus Christ is the ultimate rebel. He was a disturber and a malcontent. An enemy of the status-quo. A man who made a whip of cords and drove the money changers out of the temple. A man who broke the Sabbath. A man who said you are either with me or against me. A man who said if you do not believe in me, you will die in your sin. A man who called the religious people of His day hypocrites. And when He wasn't debating with the intellectuals in the temple, He was down in the dirt with the lepers and the paralysed. There is a certain element of truth in the charge he was eventually arrested for: "He stirs up the people". They said."

Acts 4:18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.

Telling Christians to be quiet never worked back then. And it should not work now. Where would "Freedom of Speech" be without Christ who boldly and unabashedly proclaimed the Gospel to the public?

"The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it." George Orwell

"The most effective way to destroy people is to obliterate their own understanding of their history.” George Orwell

"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." George Orwell

Historically, whenever Christianity has been persecuted and driven underground, it has rebounded and grown stronger. And it has separated those who truly believe in Christ from those who call themselves Christians in name only. The Gospel of Christ and those who follow it, are enemies of the modern media. Those looking for power occupy positions of the left, and the left for the most part, controls the media and the narrative they want the media to follow. They are the ultimate conformists. They "call" themselves the mainstream. They are the establishment; government within government.

As for news, I like 'Voice of Europe' on Twitter. I watch 'The Rebel' media on You Tube. Economist Martin Armstrong's blog, 'Armstrong Economics '. 'American Thinker' has excellent articles.

For everything else, I'll stick to my Bible to understand truth and the future.
