As I mentioned earlier...I am not big into crosses...but..when the anti-christians want the removed, band, or whatever...suddenly I am "interested"

This is what Franklin Graham said today!

That's because it represents the saving power of the Lord Jesus Christ who rose from the grave after three days to redeem us from the penalty of our sins.

the display of the Cross represents the power of salvation to the saved but it doesn't represent that to the world that contests it. because the cross convicts. does it convict sin. yes in the respect that man's own judgements and ways separate themselves from the Creator that gave them His place in the earth. they don't want to know that nor be reminded of it, and it prevents their own justification to themselves and others of setting their own judgement of what is good and evil above God's Judgement. hence they hate it.

I got an Olive Wood cross the other day (a necklace). After I got it, I did some research and I guess it's a Gothic style cross. Is it still Holy? I'm adding a picture of the cross. I want a cross to wear so I can hold it when I pray and because wearing one just makes me feel safer. And I can't wear metal.

Like others have suggested here, you don't want to treat it as some kind of tailsman, which is what the pagans do. It is a piece of wood or stone, but it does represent Christ's crucifixon and offering for us as the Perfect Sacrifice for sin.

And just you and others know, in Ezekiel 9 where God tells the angel with the inkhorn to go in the city (Jerusalem) and put a 'mark' upon all those who sigh because of the abominations going on, the Hebrew word there for "mark" is 'tau', which is the last letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and it's written shape in old Hebrew is made like a cross. That's kind of pointing to God's invisible seal in the forehead of Revelation 9 for the end of this world.

Do your research Christ was crucified on a stake not a cross. Also the Bible is clear not to be mixed up with imagery.

How about this statement by God.
Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God,
the sad part about this is some churches ignore this one to introduce imagery.

It's a pretty cross dear but it has no power in itself. It's a lovely reminder of what Christ did for us on the cross and how he rose again and sits on the right hand of the Father forever interceding on our behalf. That in itself gives us hope...Bless you!
Christ gave us what is known as the Lord’s Supper to remember what he has done for us. The scripture does refer to Christ being crucified on a cross but a stake. The word cross is what the translators used. The word in the Old Testament was stake.

The cross has significance as a reminder of what Jesus did for us. It is a powerful symbol to remind us of the price paid for our redemption. Whether we wear it, display it, or just think about it, the cross can, and should, draw us nearer to the one who hung on it. It is hard to overestimate the importance of what happened at the cross.

The significance of the cross is not its design, construction, or purpose, but its symbolic meaning. It is the symbol of Jesus’ death. It is symbolic of the fact that Jesus died so that our sins can be forgiven. Jesus’ death was prophesied thousands of years before.
It is not for any of us to judge whether wearing religious jewelry is proper or not; every Christian has to seek God’s approval in all He does. The crucifix in particular, is a powerful symbol that represents that Jesus died on the cross to redeem humanity. The image of Christ’s body on the cross is used to represent His sacrifice.

Disagree with both statements.
You can disagree with it, but the Bible does not authorize the veneration of crucifixes in any way. The 1st century Church certainly didn't use a phallic symbol that was regularly used in Satan-inspired fertility cults to represent something as sacred as Christ's sacrifice. That wasn't done until the Catholics appropriated heathen symbols, doctrines, and practices as "Christian", and its Protestant daughters tragically did the same when the Reformation occurred.

The Greek word "stauros" that is usually translated as "cross" also clearly indicates that Christ was killed on a upright stake and not a cross. The apostles all confirm this in Acts 5:30, 10:39, 13:29, Gal. 3:13, and 1 Pet. 2:24 where they say He was hung on a tree. Christ said He would be crucified in the same manner as the bronze serpent Moses lifted up in the desert(Jhn 3:14). And what was the serpent placed on? "So Moses made a bronze serpent, and put it on a pole;"(Num. 21:9).
