Jesus is about to Return for those Looking for Him.".Are you looking for the very near return of Jesus(rapture =catching up) or will you be left behind??
..Unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation" (Hebrews 9:28).

Jesus returns with the raptured believers=at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1 Thess 4:16,17 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

James 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. (8) Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

1 Thessalonians 3:13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

4) But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. (5) Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. (6) Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 1 Thess 5:4-6

Unfortunately for those who like to think they will avoid anything nasty that will happen, the idea of a rapture removal to heaven will not happen. This idea is not stated as any part of God's plan for His people. In fact Jesus specifically refutes it: John 3:13, John 8:21-23, John 7:34, Rev 5:10.

Why not know about and look forward to the great blessings God has promised to all who love Him?

Jesus says==Luke 21:36 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."
There is no downside to being caught up on rapture day and receive a new immortal body and be in heaven!!

Will I be left behind if I am not looking for Him at the correct time?

the way some people describe Jesus is disturbing. It is almost as if people think He is trying to trick us out of salvation - the same God who laid down his life for us. If He was willing to die, why wouldn't he be willing to bend over backwards to bring us home?

The Scripture verse you quoted says "...to them that wait for Him..."
So, I won't be left behind; because I am waiting for Him. I just don't know the day or the hour.

Jesus says==Luke 21:36 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."
This is another verse touted by the rapture proponents, that does not say anything about anyone being taken to heaven.
The word 'ekphugein', translated as escape, is wrong: my Bible says: pass safely through... Escape contradicts the previous verse that says we must stand firm when the terrible Day of the Lord's wrath comes upon everyone, the whole world over.

Neither does 1 Thess 5:4-6 say anything about a rapture removal.
The theory of a rapture removal to heaven is not scriptural, it is just a false teaching and does leave those who believe it in the dark.

"Caught up to meet Jesus in the clouds" IS the rapture!!!

Jesus returns with the raptured believers=at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1 Thess 4:16,17 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be """caught up""" together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Why would any believer want to fight against the rapture??? Why would any believer want to be left behind to try to live under anti-Christ rule and under the great tribulation judgements against a evil sin loving, God rejecting world??

Jesus says==Luke 21:36 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."

Because I know the truth of God's plans for His people. They are not to have humans living in heaven; He has angels to serve Him there, we are earth beings and our destiny is here.
We Christians are a chosen people, John 15:16, 1 Peter 2:9-10. Chosen for what?
To be God's witnesses and to display His Light to the nations, that's what. And thinking you can escape those responsibilities is sinful, simple as that!

re the 1 Thess 4:17 prophecy, that is just a transportation from wherever we are to where Jesus is.
Nothing in your quotes says Christians will go to heaven. And getting immortality before Judgement is a very seriously bad teaching.

7For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8We are confident, then, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. 9So we aspire to please Him, whether we are here in this body or away from it. 2 Corinthians 5:8

The marriage supper of the Lamb will be in heaven not on earth.
Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.” 8It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

9Then he said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’” And he said to me, “These are true words of God.” Revelation 19:6-7

You are propagating the teachings of men.

All of those verses are true, but the interpretation is not.

Paul does not declare a mass event, but "each in his own order." Christ tells us that that time is "the end." Paul, then, clarifies to say, that "We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—", meaning that some will be changed (or raptured) in death, and some while living. This he said, because he spoke to those of the house of Israel who were to die in their sins and be raised up with Christ, but also to those born again of the spirit of God, who would not see death.

Yes!! Unbelievers will not be raptured but those believers looking for the rapture will be changed in the twinkle of the eye and caught up to meet Jesus in the clouds!

The things you speak of will happen. But it's at the second Advent not at some sweeping away.

For all Rapture believers Believe in your Father's Word.
Rapture Mans dreamed up nonsense. To start look at Matthew 24 read with understanding. Jesus being asked the question when will all these things take place. When will you return ? The First words out of his mouth Take heed that No Man Deceive You. They shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you and ye shall be hated of all nations for my names sake. This doesn't sound like your going anywhere to me. For then shall be great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time no nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened there should no flesh be saved but for the Elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Who are these Elect he speaks about ?

They surely aren't going anywhere sounds like they will be here to face the Wrath to me. It's truly a shame that Gods word is twisted to fit what Man would have it to be rather than to believe what He tells us. God knew of this Rapture thing coming that's why he told us in Ezekiel 13:20 how He felt about it. Do you believe GOD or do you believe man.

It's ok to accept that you just don't know. It doesn't hurt to not know, it's the thinking you know that's destructive.

1 Thessalonians 5
NLT

1Now concerning how and when all this will happen, dear brothers and sisters,a we don’t really need to write you. 2For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night. 3When people are saying, “Everything is peaceful and secure,” then disaster will fall on them as suddenly as a pregnant woman’s labor pains begin. And there will be no escape.

4But you aren’t in the dark about these things, dear brothers and sisters, and you won’t be surprised when the day of the Lord comes like a thief.b 5For you are all children of the light and of the day; we don’t belong to darkness and night. 6So be on your guard, not asleep like the others. Stay alert and be clearheaded. 7Night is the time when people sleep and drinkers get drunk. 8But let us who live in the light be clearheaded, protected by the armor of faith and love, and wearing as our helmet the confidence of our salvation.

9For God chose to save us through our Lord Jesus Christ, not to pour out his anger on us. 10Christ died for us so that, whether we are dead or alive when he returns, we can live with him forever. 11So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.

Jesus is about to Return for those Looking for Him.

Christ is "always with us, even to the end of the age;" and if you ever start actually looking for Him you are going to find Him, "seek, and you will find." Seek to make Christ your Head, and see that Jesus already turned down the worldly crown, 3 times, and that is all this "Jesus is coming back tomorrow" jazz is trying to envision

"the harvest is a bumper crop, but the harvesters are few"

Best we believe God's Word and ignore the ideas and opinions of little men!!

Acts 1:11
"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."
