Jesus spoke in parable. And now you speak not the parable revealed, but hidden. You may as well say also that Jesus was a little lamb whose fleece was white as snow. But how can you explain that He is rather the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world, if you speak of clouds and years?

Loved it...it made me laugh out loud. Really! :D

Hebrews 12:1 " Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
Running and being whisked away are not quite the same thing....

What good is it if you quote the scriptures, but do not understand them?

Jesus spoke in parable. And now you speak not the parable revealed, but hidden. You may as well say also that Jesus was a little lamb whose fleece was white as snow. But how can you explain that He is rather the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world, if you speak of clouds and years?

Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables?"

Jesus didn't always speak in parable. You say he does not understand the Scriptures but that is your assumption. How does speaking of clouds and years mean you cannot speak of the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world?

Does any who oppose the rapture, oppose God removing Enoch and Elijah from the earth without seeing death?

The "running" is a way of saying living our life.

Luke 21:36 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."

I do not believe (Luke 21:36) speaks to the rapture. It speaks to those saints enduring the Tribulation period.

Yes!! Those that don't believe in being a miracle-seekers most likely don't believe in the rapture or God!!

Luke 21:36 is about believers being raptured (caught up) so that they need not suffer under the anti-Christ and the judgements of the great tribulation years!!===Luke 21:36 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."

To explain a riddle with a riddle, is to speak in tongues that need interpretation. There is no edification. Nothing is taught unless the answer is given.

But all things are a [parable] manifestation of things on high. The language of Truth, is spirit.
Does any who oppose the rapture, oppose God removing Enoch and Elijah from the earth without seeing death?
No, certainly not. They are the same. Enoch and Elijah are of the dead in Christ, who died prior to Christ sending the Holy Spirit and the ability to be born again of the spirit of God (meaning to be "alive when He comes"). They are of the first resurrection.

Who hates the Truth of the rapture more than satan and demons??

Who on earth said that they "hate the rapture"...no one.
It is one thing to hate the rapture, but another thing to just not believe in it.

Your first sentence means nothing. As I said, Jesus didn't always speak in parables. And speaking of the rapture is not speaking in riddles.

All things are not a parable. Just because the language of Truth is spirit doens't mean it isn't to be taken literally.

Chapter and verse that proves Enoch and Elijah died.

GISMYS_7 wrote, Yes!!! We believers know by the signs we see that the rapture is very near and that day will not overtake us like a thief.

Yes, we are spared from the wrath of God by the blood of Jesus Christ and yes, we are in the latter times and have been for 2000 years with the hybrid gospel of law and grace.

Your definition of a parable or what is to be taken literally, is of the world. But if we know that God created the world out of nothing, aside from Himself, then we know that it is [all] a parable from the Lord.
