NO!
If you are really saved, God is in control, not you.

Sure.
God knows we're afraid.
Are you just taking the sign of the beast or are you refusing God?

If you're taking the sign of the beast (which maybe someday we ALL may have to) but in your heart you still love God, it's the love for Him that will save you.

It's always the heart with God.
Even with "works".
Our works are an external action of an internal condition.

Baptism is an external sign of an internal condition.

As long as you don't accept the sign of the beast in your heart.

I couldn't say for sure, I will have to research the Scriptures again to verify what was said would be the outcome! I know that the wordage says in the Hand or the Forehead!

Here it is Truth:

The Mark of the Beast
The mark of the beast is the sign of the Antichrist, and is mentioned in Revelation 13:15-18:

The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.

This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666. (NIV)

That was fast! just reading what you posted, seems that all who refuse to worship the beast are killed. So those who were killed made the right choice, and the rest also made a choice. He who saves his own life will lose it, and He who looses His life for My namesake will gain Life Eternal! Hope I quoted it right, I know they were forced, but those that died were not forced to die, they chose to Die.

lol.... if God is "controlling" you then you are simply an automaton. What joy would God get from making automated worshippers?
there's a big digital bilboard in heaven, with all our names on it
and the lights are always flashing saved, unsaved, saved, unsaved, etc....
Yeah, that makes sense
We can't make a fool out of Jesus Christ and what he did on the cross.
We're either saved or we're not.
There's no fence walking.

ha, only he did not say that he was being controlled, but that he was allowing God to control, which is a matter of choice and not coercion as you have intimated. TIC, i am assuming?

To not have control over yourself whether by choice or not does not diminish the point being made. God could still have made automatons to perform the same. I will say though if God has to control you by his will then it means that you cannot by your own free will do it yourself. Keep in mind he has promised us a "helper" and not a controller. What is implied by the word helper?

Of course we cannot do it by ourselves
That's why we need a Savior

you are trying to make a point here that i guess i am not getting. There is no Living Sacrifice without the Sacrifice part, and this is a choice made from Free Will, but you seem to be insisting that it is a control issue

I think there are levels of Christians...it's obvious..
We get the true believers , I call them the believing believers. The 100% ers.
Then there is the 60% ers... Believers, but just riding a bed of roses into heaven...
Then the 30%ers ...Sundays only.

Then the rest of the bunch...carnal Christians found in the books Paul was writing to. Walking with one foot in the kingdom and one foot in the world. Laodicea ...neither hot nor cold...but He says to them.
"I counsel thee to buy ( invest) of Me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see."

His word to them is still redemptive. The stupid sheep may have gone astray, but it is not lost..He will still go after it and bring it back to the fold...it didn't change suddenly from being a sheep.

I have my thoughts on Judas... :)
I don't think to many people have had the actual satan enter into them..evil spirits yes..but not Satan! Satan clothed himself with Judas to do the deed. But, that just my thoughts.
