These questions are always silly 'trick' questions...which, no matter what a person answers they are always told they are wrong.
Just fun and games to old twinc .... :)

ScottA,
re: "Evening. The eve of the cross."

Matthew 26:17 - "Now on the first day of the Feast of the Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying to Him, 'Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?'"

Was this asked sometime during the night of the 13th of the month or was it asked sometime during the night of the 14th of the month? Or was it some other time?

Well it might bring a resolve to the Chronology that lead from death, to burial, and Resurrection, It might bring people back to the Sabbath, when they realize that He was raised at the End of a Sabbath, and not on the Day of First Fruits, and it just might end 1700 years of a lie established by Constantine, a Roman Emperor, who worshiped the god of the sun, thus Sunday, when the Forth Commandment went South.

no it will not it will just lead to more arguements. Christ died. Christ Rose again, according to the scriptures not mens reasoning, Christ Lives He is not dead, the work was done 25000 years ago, and men still bicker and argue over "who is right" or as teh bible puts it,

Luk 22:24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

We are suppose to be Led by the Spirit in today, but christians are still living by teh flesh in the past.

Get over it, it is finished. It was done 2500 years ago on teh cross.

Why do you care so much about what day he rose on or what day Christians choose for church service? Yeah, scripture strongly indicates he was long gone before Sunday morning hit. But really, who cares when it comes down to it? What is important is that he died for our sins and rose again, its finished. Is this a salvation issue to you?

Well, do we keep even the 10 Commandments, only 10, or do we Just do what fits our Lifestyle, No Salvation is set, But If we call Him Lord why do we not do what He did, or Paul, or most of the Early Believers. As I stated on another Thread- Jesus while walking to the Mount of Olives with His Disciples, began to speak about the end time, and part of His statement went like this! Pray that your flight be not in winter, or on the Sabbath, was our Savior just presuming that those that were His Followers would still be Keeping the Sabbath.

I hate to Disagree with You, But It Ain't Finished, There is more to come, to be fulfilled, so I hope that the Spirit well Prepares you for what has yet to be fulfilled.
Be Blessed!

In God it is finished, its a won battle that is playing out in front of us. It was finished before it was started, God is no fool to start something He cannot finish, He has seeing it all. We live for today he saw teh end in teh beginning.

The point is! are we doing what Our Savior would have Us Do. Are we remotely being obedient To Our LORD, If we call Him Lord, then He's the Boss!!

You don't say hey? So "doing what our savior would have us do" means "keeping the sabbath"? So are those who decide to have a gathering on Sunday not saved according to you? How about Wednesday, or Monday, any other day but Saturday?

He kept the Sabbath, He Kept the Appointed Feasts. He even Kept the Feast of dedication, which is Hanukkah, which was not a commanded Feast, He is our example!! I know you will say those were Jewish Feasts, and that was the Jewish Sabbath, that's all Jewish stuff, we in the New Covenant are not held to keep what Jesus Kept, He only did those things to Keep the Law which is what made Him perfect before the Law. So as to be Perfect for the Sacrifice! Which was the complete fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets. Whatever we do now in the New Faith, doesn't really matter, Just as long as we Love Jesus! 1700 years of deception, is not easily erased,. One of the Prophets wrote, In the Day of Affliction -- I hope you have an understanding about what The Day of affliction means!! In the Day of Affliction the Gentiles Shall come to You from the Ends of the Earth and Say," Surly Are Fathers Have Inherited Lies!! Read Jeremiah 16:14-21. This is an End Time Prophecy!

Nobody is lost or saved according to me, All have the right to keep whatever day they choose. How I choose to serve My Savior, is established within the Scriptures, Not according to the Traditions of man. As I stated in my previous post, maybe you could enlighten me to what the Inherited Lie's are! Some of the Traditions we Have Inherited, we had no control over, so if you come to realize that it is a lie, then we can choose to repent, and return to the Truth.

I believe it took place, from early afternoon until dark, starting on the 13th of Nisan, which changed to the 14th after sundown, which is preparation Day for the Passover!
