Parable of the Tares Bible Study

In the parable of the tares Jesus Christ tells us of the events that took place in the garden of Eden.
He tells us that Satan was the father of Cain and that his children are still on earth today. In this Bible study we will learn more about Satan's offspring and what tribe they claim to be from. Let's see what Jesus Christ has to say about the events in the garden of Eden in the parable of the tares.Matthew 13:24-30V24 Another parable put He forth unto them, saying,
The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:V25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
The tares were sowed among the wheat and while growing the tares also look like wheat.V26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.Wheat is golden but the tares show their true colour as they ripen.
When the tares are full grown, the ears are long and the grains almost black. All the tares must be removed before grinding the wheat because they are poisonous.V27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?V28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this.

The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?V29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.V30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.It is important to note that the servants were told to let the tares grow until the time of harvest.

Why is that important you may be wondering? It is because when we read the explanation of the parable of the tares given by Jesus Christ, you will see that He is really talking about people. Now let's read the explanation of the parable of the tares that Jesus Christ gave to His disciples.Matthew 13:36-43V36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and His disciples came unto Him, saying,
Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.V37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;V38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;As we see here both the good seed and the tares are children.
The field He is talking about is the earth. The event that Jesus Christ is talking about here is what really happened in the garden of Eden. He formed Adam and Eve, the good seed, put them in the garden and everything was good for a time. Then Adam and Eve sinned with Satan who was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Eve became pregnant with Satan's child who was named Cain. Abel was Adam and Eve's child but Cain was Satan and Eve's child.
The good seed or children are Adam and Eve's offspring starting with Seth seeing Cain murdered Abel. The tares are Satan and Eve's offspring that started with Cain. Cain's offspring live on this earth today and are know as Kenites/tares in the Bible.
Let's take a look at the definition of Kenite from the Strong's Concordance.Kenite 7014 Qayin (kah'-yin); the same as 7013 (with a play upon the affinity to 7069); Kajin, the name of the first child, also of a place in Palestine, and of an Oriental tribe.KJV-- Cain, Kenite (-s).It should be noted that the Strong's Concordance tells us that the Kenites are of an Oriental tribe. That information is wrong. The Kenites/Tares are of the Caucasian race.V39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.Jesus Christ is telling us here that Satan has his own children living on earth.
As we are told in Revelation 2:8-11 and Revelation 3:7-13 Satan's children claim to be Jews but are not. The true Jewish people are from the tribe of Judah and are part of God's chosen people Israel (Genesis 49:1-28). The children of Satan claim to be of the tribe of Judah but they are lying. It is because of the Kenites that claim to be Jews that the true Jewish people have had such a hard time over the years. God knows that the Kenites/Tares are not really of the tribe of Judah and we will see what happens to them in the next verse.V40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.Just as these tares must be removed from the wheat, on judgment day the unjust will be separated from the just.V41 The Son of man shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;V42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. This is looking forward to the great white throne judgement of God written of in Revelation 20:11-15
Everyone that is not in the book of life will be cast into the lake of fire.V43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. This is looking forward to the new heaven and earth written of in Revelation 21:1 to 22:5 It will be a wonderful place that will last forever.
There shall be no more tears, pain, sorrow, crying and death. Best of all is that God will dwell with us in person! The statement "Who hath ears to hear, let him hear" is for God's elect letting them know what was just said is for them.Jesus Christ has taught us in the parable of the tares that Satan has his own children on earth today. What are God's elect to do about the Kenites? We are told in Matthew 13:27-30 to leave them alone as the angels will get them at the time of harvest.

Excellent kriss !!!I wonder how many will bother to read and learn from your post. One question that came to mind was the race statement. Of course Cain was of Satan and Eve, but when Cain was driven out he dwelt in the land of Nod, that is the land of Nomads. Some believe this to be the area of Manchuria and this is where Cain found a wife.No one really knows but what do you think?

I learned it a while back in this forum / Bible...whichever the two... either way... It is God that teaches and gives Truth. Thanks for the reminder Kriss.Matthew 13:38 - The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;I John 3:12 - Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.II Thessalonians 2:4 - Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.II Thessalonians 2:8 - And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:That got to be the clear explanation people got to see. Do you people see the connection?JagLovest thou in Christ Yahshua, Lord and Saviour of the world.

This Key of David is a good study to go with the Parable of the Tares>>>>>>

Key of David Re:3:7:And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
Re:2:17:He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. In Revelation, we find Christ speaking of the Seven Churches..
It should be noted here that the churches did not actually number seven.. The number seven represents spiritual completeness. So we can see that Christ was speaking of all the churches.. It should be noted, and this is very important, that Only Two found favor in his eyes.. The rest fell short. Some by a very large margin..
The same is true today. Many churches do not find favor in His sight. Why? Because they are not teaching His Word.. What did these two churches have that the others did not.. Re:2:29:He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
All of them have some good people in them. People who attended church every week. However, we find that is about all they do. They fall short in the Personal Walk section..
The two churches which Christ found favor with had one thing in common that put them way above the others..They both taught and made sure that the congregation knew and understood the Key Of David.. Re:3:7:And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the Key Of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; We find that the church of Smyrna has learned the lesson well..
Re:2:8:And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; Here we find the teachings of the Church Of Symrna taught the Truth Of God's Word, not traditions of man, and thereby saved the souls of the people therein from being"Dead In Christ"! Re:3:10:Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

How about you? Are you in a church that Christ finds favor with? It is not hard to find out..Does your church teach and make sure you understand the Key Of David? If not, it does not find favor in His eyes.

If you have to ask what the Key Of David is, then you know that you have not been properly taught.. The self test is very easy.. If you know who these people are, you indeed have the Key Of David.. If not, you need to get into deeper studies and find out..
Re:3:9:Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. It is Very Important that you know Who these people are and where they came fromTurn to John Chapter 8 and we find:

Joh:8:42:Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

43: Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
44: Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.
He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.
When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Re:2:9:I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
The people spoken of here are the Offspring of Cain!
How is that one might ask.. Good question but a very simple answer..Remember the incident in the Garden Of Eden, and the conversation which transpired between Eve and the "serpent"?Let's hope that you have studied enough to know that the serpent was Satan..Serpent and Dragon are just two of his names.
.How many talking snakes have you seen in your lifetime? Re:12:9:And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
And exactly what really happened in the Garden Of Eden between Satan and Eve?We find the answer in 2 Cor 11:3.. 2Co:11:3:But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ Now here is what many fail to learn..
Look up the word Beguiled in the strong's Concordance..
You will find that it is Greek Word # 1818.. G1818 From G1537 and G538; to seduce wholly:I am sure there are very few who read this who doesn't understand what the word Seduce means.. For still further proof if there are any who are still not convienced let's turn to Matt:13:38 M't:13:36:Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying,
Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.:
37: He answered and said unto them,He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38: The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39: The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

It could not be written any plainer than that.It is so simple that a child can understand it.Still millions of good people are decieved today due to the lack of teaching our churches.. Before you end this study, please check out Gen chapters Four and Five as mentioned below..
If you will, turn your Bible to Ge:4:17:, you will find the Geneology of Cain...After reading the Geneology of Cain. please turn to Ge:5:1: This is the book of the generations of Adam.
You will find that Cain is Not Mentioned in Adam's generations (geneology) From this we can see that Cain was not Adam's Son! Cain and Abel were half brothers.Cain is the offspring of Satan..The offspring of Cain are the Children Of The Wicked Onewhich was spoken of above.Once you master that you too will know...The Key Of David ! Re:2:29He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Well I hope he enjoys it Donnie but I would be suprised if a mainsteam minister believed it takes a brave soul to veer from what modern day Theology school teaches and What the Hebrew/Greek and a deep understanding of the Battle Plan of God and the Battle plan of Satan are Most people do not get that for every positive that God has Satan has a negative and God tells us both sides if you know how to dig it out. Most pastors are never taught this. But I will have to say that this teaching is getting more previlent as the internet is allowing more people access to the original languages. It does not change Gods message to us it just lets us know how hard Satan has tried to undermine Gods plan from the beginning. We can see why Satan was codemned to death If your pastor has questions please pass them on The good thing to remember is We know who wins this battle of light and dark, Good vs Evil

For some historical confermation that Kennites had invaded the preist hood of Israeli.e. the Pharasees and the SaduceesEusebius, in his 4th-century Ecclesiastical History, wrote:
When Herod was appointed king by the Romans, he no longer nominated the chief priests from the ancient lineage, but conferred the honour upon certain obscure individuals. . . . Herod was the first that locked up the sacred vesture of the high priest, and having secured it under his own private seal, no longer permitted the high priests to have it at their disposal. (p. 31, ch. VI, pop. ed.)

This broke the custom of the high priesthood being attached to a particular family. Herod also abolished the practice of the high priest holding the position for life. According to Josephus, in the 107 years from the beginning of Herod's reign to the fall of Jerusalem, there were 28 high priests. The Talmud records that by the time of Messiah, the high priest bought the office from the government and the position was changed every year. But even after he was out of office, the ex-high priest kept his rights to the dignity of the office. These policies resulted in a group of wealthy Sadducean priestly families (primarily the Boethus, Anan, and Phiabi families) being appointed to the office on a regular basis. .....................
This is a very import point in Bible history this is where the priesthood became totally defiled this is where the Kennites/Tares
Those who say they are Jews but are not (REV 1-3) see the churches of Philedelphia and Smyrna the only two churches God was pleased with) began to fully take over the Jewish Priesthood..................................................Herod's decision to appoint the high priest had a major impact on the operation of the Temple.
British historian Paul Johnson writes: By downgrading the importance of the high-priest, a hated Sadducee, Herod automatically raised in importance his deputy, the segan, a Pharisee, who got control over all the regular Temple functions and ensured that even the Sadducee high-priests performed the liturgy in a Pharisaical manner. (pp. 117-118, A History Of The Jews)

I thought this was worthwhile info. from the vatican files Smiths=kenites
just happened upon this defnition on the catholic.org site. they seem to recognize much of the facts about the kenites (ie, come from kain/Qayin and were smiths and were assimilated into the "jews"). this is what always amazes me, finding stuff that's been under your nose the whole time but was never taught in school. ie, the point is, knowledge of the truth is out there, but not meant for "public" consumption.
Pastorial rules again not to teach above a 4th grade level or teach "controversial" topics.here's the link and texthttp://www.catholic.org/encyclopedia/view.php?id=6608Cinites(A.V. Kenites).A tribe or family often mentioned in the Old Testament, personified as Qayin from which the nomen gentilicium Qeni is derived. In spite of several attempts at a solution, the origin both of the name and of the tribe is still obscure. Hobab the relative (brother-in-law?) of Moses was a Cinite (Judges, i, 16, iv, 11; as Hobab is also called a Madianite ( Numbers 10:29 ), it follows that the Cinites belonged to that nation.
Judging from appearances, the Cinites were true worshippers of Yahweh. Some scholars, on the strength of Ex., xviii, go even so far as to assert that it was from them that the Israelites received a great portion of their monotheistic theology ; the passage, however, deals directly and only with social organization.
At any rate, the Rechabites, a clan of the Cinites [I Par. (A. V. I Chron.) ii, 55] were even ascetics and insisted on retaining the nomadic habits of the followers of Yahweh ( Jeremiah 35 ), Though calamities were foretold for the Cinites by Balaam ( Numbers 24:21 sqq. ), they are always represented as being on friendly terms with the Israelites.
Owing probably to their alliance with Moses and also to the bonds of a common religion, they befriended the Israelites during their wanderings in the desert [Num., x, 29-32, 1 K. ( A.V. I Sam.) xv, 6] and joined them in their march on Chanaan (Judges, 1, 16). There is no intimation that there ever was any enmity between the two nations (cf. 1 Samuel 27:10 , 30:29 ).
The Cinites dwelt south of Palestine with the Amalecites, as is evident from Numbers 24:21 sqq. , 1 Samuel 15:6 , and probably from Judges, i, 16 if, instead of the Massoretic version, we use an alternate Hebrew reading -- a reading which is supported by several Greek manuscripts and by the Sahidic Coptic Version (cf. Ciasca, Fragm. Copto-Sahidica). One clan of the Cinites left the tribe and settled in the north under Haber, at the time of Barac and Debbera ( Judges 4:11 ); Jahel, who slew Sisara, was the wife of Haber the Cinite (ibid., iv, 17 sqq., v, 24 sqq.).
From the facts that we find the Cinites south and north, and that in Aramaic the root from which Qayin is derived implies the idea of a smith, Sayce (in Hastings, Dict. Bib., s.v. Kenites) draws the conclusion that the Cinites were a wandering guild of smiths. This view has against it the obvious meaning of the texts (see especially Genesis 15:19 ).

Apparently the Cinites shared in the Babylonian Exile and in the Restoration, but they do not appear any more as a distinct tribe and very likely were assimilated with the Jews................................<span style="color:Lime">Notice these people are called Smiths because no one(except God) knows who they are or where they came fromthey are:Those that say they are Jews but are Not Just as Rev. 2 an 3 Says(church of Smyrna and Philidelphia)( These are the only two churchs God was pleased with and they both taught this doctrine)I(God) know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
They pretended to be Jews they worked silently behind the scenes to gain places of honor to bring about Satans plan againt Christ.</span>
*If you read the list of Hebrews that who came out of Eygpt you will find at the end of the list people you were not hebrews they had no Genology to show who they were. No one knew who these claiming to be Jews (hebrews)were.__________________

The language used here we seem to skim over without seeing what is really said Hebrew is more clear here it says two of eveything with breath of life was aboard the ark do you think animals were the only thing with the breath of life in them??No, of course not The bible tells us that Noahs bloodline was the only pure one left so it was these eight Adamic souls were saved because thats the line Christ would come through it does not say no others were aboard the ark it in fact says everything having a breath of life in them was saved we just assumed it was only animals because thats what we learned in Sunday school

Genesis 7:9 "There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah."Genesis 7:14 "They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort."This includes all animals, and races, of each kind.Genesis 7:15 "And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life."Did you get that? "...two of all flesh," Remember back in Genesis 6:3; "And the Lord said, "My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh,". Gen 7:16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.It may also help to understand that Noah was not saved because he was without sin but rather because he was pure without blemish in his Bloodine of which Christ would come. This was Gods reason for saving these eight souls. The Heb. word tamim means without blemish, and is the technical word for bodily and physical perfection, and not moral. Without Spot. This shows that Gen. 6:9 does not speak of Noah's moral perfection, but tells us that he and his family alone had preserved their pedigree and kept it pure, in spite of the prevailing corruption brought about by the fallen angels. So this does not mean no others would have been saved but the Bible is about the story of God and the savior he would send through this bloodline it does not mean there were not other things occuring they just arent what the story is about and God chose not to give much detail till they show up as Kenites. There was also a second influx of fallen angels after the flood.

Noah's deluge was not global but local.Ussher’s Chronology says 2348 B.C., Davidson says November 2345 B.C. to November 2344 B.C. for Noah’s deluge.Records of the Sumerians in Mesopotamia., their King Lists date to about 3350 B.C., and show an ongoing civilization well through the period of the flood. Egypt felt nothing of the deluge, they had an uninterrupted succession of Dynasties. China's civilization during the Yao Dynasty (between 2400 B.C. – 2200 B.C.) with no record of a cataclysmic interruption.Gen.8:11 And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth. If the entire globe had been under water 150 days, where did this olive leaf (pluckt off) come from. Some consider the plateau of Pamir to be the original Eden. This probably was the homeland of Adam's descendants up until the time of the Flood. Today it’s known as the Tarim Basin or Eastern Turkestan. This region is surrounded by a ridge of very high mountains forming a gigantic basin in the midst of them. It measures 1,000 miles long and is about 350 miles wide. I have a Biblical study arrangement called "DELUGES". This is an in depth study to understand the deluge that ended the first earth age and Noah's deluge. It is in (WORD) or .doc. Write me and I will send it to anyone interested.

whether you believe they were on the ark or the flood wasn't world wide doesn't really matter the rest of scripture proves they survived that is undeniable so the how is your choice to believe I do believe they were on the Ark but it is possible both are partly true

It certainly does make a huge difference when explaining to non-believers the account of Noah's deluge. What about all the other human races, and all the other animal breeds. It sheds such much light to someone who thinks the accounts in Genesis are fairy tales.

Which is why I say it could be both or either the fact that two of everything with the breath of life was aboard the Ark would include all the races You can not exclude the Ark because of scripture. but you can neither exclude that the flood may have not been World wide. An equal argument could be made for both. Unless one is willing to call the the rest of the evidence in scripture a lie And deny the Key of David you have to believe it is one or the other or both. I think this is one of the more difficult obscurities in scripture that God for unknown reasons doesn't give us detailed information on perhaps because your level of learning here is deep and God expects you to believe him and not question mundane things the fact is they exist as proven in the other scriptures

I don't think the flood was world wide either however I do believe that two of all the races went into the ArkBelow are several excerpts from correspondences about Noah's Flood: In the flood Scriptures, the words “earth & heavens” can be local and not global. The can also mean the earth as a land orl and not glob and the heavens as the visible arch of the sky. The earth being round allows that it could have been referring to the heavens viable from the flood locale. I know how they read in the English, but observe the Hebrew definitions from the Strong’s Concordance:Gen 7:1919 And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven , were covered. (KJV)Definitions for above:earth: Hebrew word #776 'erets (eh'-rets); from an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land): KJV-- X common, country, earth, field, ground, land, X nations, way, + wilderness, world.heaven: Hebrew word #8064 shamayim (shaw-mah'-yim); dual of an unused singular shameh (shaw-meh'); from an unused root meaning to be lofty; the sky (as aloft; the dual perhaps alluding to the visible arch in which the clouds move, as well as to the higher ether where the celestial bodies revolve): KJV-- air, X astrologer, heaven (-s). To illustrate the sometimes confusing English translations in our Bible (and showing why a Strong’s concordance is a most valuable study aid), I supple Cain’s discussion with God after God told Cain his punishment. Observe the use of the English phrase “thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth”. Here the word(s) “the earth” means ‘soil’ (Strong’s # 127). Surely Cain did not mean “off the face of the whole planet”. For Cain was driven of that soil that he was on into the land of Nod. Cain’s driving away was not global any more that the flood of Noah was global:Gen 4:13-1413 And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear.14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth [earth here = erets, as in the flood Scripture above]; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. (KJV)God bless!NickA reader writes:"This Scripture sounds to me like a promise to never again destroy the earth with a flood - for perpetual generations:Gen 9:16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth"Ok, fair enough point. But what the reader is forgetting (or doesn't know, better stated) is that there was a destruction of the first earth age between Gen 1:1-1:2. Perhaps you will find the below appendix from the Companion Bible regarding that destruction of the first earth age. The first earth age was completely destroyed by water, Noah's Flood was not complete:Appendix 146 of the The Companion Bible Foundation of the WorldThis Is Appendix 146 From The Companion Bible. To arrive at the true meaning of this expression, we must note that there are two words translated "foundation" in the New Testament: (1) themelios, and (2) katabole. The Noun, themelios, occurs in Luke 6:48-49, 14:29, Acts 16:26, Romans 15:20, 1Corinthians 3:l0-12, Ephesians 2:20, 1Timothy 6:19, 2Timothy 2:19, Hebrews 6:1, 11:10, Revelation 21:14,19. It is never used of the world (kosmos) or the earth (ge). The corresponding Verb (themelioo) occurs in Matthew 7:25, Luke 6:48, Ephesians 3:17, Colossians 1:23, Hebrews 1:10 and 1Peter 5:10. The verb is only once used of the earth (ge). Hebrews 1:10. A comparison of all these passages will show that these are proper and regular terms for the English words "to found", and "foundation". The Noun, katabole, occurs in Matthew 13:35, 25:34, Luke 11:50, John 17:24, Ephesians 1:4, Hebrews 4:3, 9:26 , 11:11, 1Peter 1:20, Revelation 13:8, 17:8 and the corresponding Verb (kataballo) occurs in 2Corinthians 4:9, Hebrews 6:1 and Revelation 12:10. A comparison of all these passages (especially 2Corinthians 4:9 and Revelation 12:10) will show that kataballo and katabole are not the proper terms for founding and foundation, but the correct meaning is casting down, or overthrow. Consistency, therefore, calls for the same translation in Hebrews 6:1, where, instead of "not laying again", the rendering should be "not casting down". That is to say, the foundation already laid, of repentance, etc., was not to be cast down or overthrown, but was to be left and progress made unto the perfection. Accordingly, the Noun katabole, derived from, and cognate with the Verb, ought to be translated "disruption", or "ruin". The remarkable thing is that in all occurrences (except Hebrews 11:11) the word is connected with "the world" (Greek kosmos. Appendix 129.1), and therefore the expression should be rendered "the disruption (or ruin) of the world", clearly referring to the condition indicated in Genesis 1:2, and described in 2Peter 3:5-6. For the earth was not created tohu (Isaiah 45:18) but became so, as stated in the Hebrew of Genesis 1:2 and confirmed by 2Peter 3:6, where "the world that then was by the word of God" (Genesis 1:1), perished and "the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word" were created (Genesis 2:4), and are "kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment" (2Peter 3:7) which shall usher in the "new heavens and the new earth" of 2Peter 3:13. "The disruption of the world" is an event forming a great dividing line in the dispensations of the ages. In Genesis 1:1 we have the founding of the world (Hebrews 1:10 = themelioo), but in Genesis 1:2 we have its overthrow. This is confirmed by a further remarkable fact, that the phrase, which occurs ten times, is associated with the Preposition apo = from (Appendix 104. iv) seven times, and with pro = before (Appendix 104. xiv) three times. The former refers to the kingdom, and is connected with the "counsels" of God; the latter refers to the Mystery (or Secret; See Appendix 193) and is connected with the "purpose" of God (see John 17:24, Ephesians 1:4, 1Peter 1:20). Ample New Testament testimony is thus given to the profoundly significant fact recorded in Genesis 1:2, that "the earth became tohu and bohu (i.e. waste end desolate); and darkness was on the face of the deep", before the creation of "the heavens and the earth which are now" (2Peter 3:7). And finally, after Regarding all the absurd theories and violations of nature that 'young earth' (6000 literal years) devotees make to support a young earth and Noah's flood being a global and complete destruction:We respect their right to believe:•• That somehow the water necessary to cover the entire globe over the height of Mt. Everest (5½ miles above sea level!) fell upon the earth and then vanished.•• That Noah's Ark, of which the Bible gives the dimensions of (the Sacred Cubit is approx 25' long; thus, the Ark was 625' long x 104' wide x 62' 5" high), was somehow large enough to house the hundreds of thousands of known species today (not to mention their food supply for a year, or the fact that they were taken by two's {unclean animals} and by sevens {clean animals} each - Gen7:2).•• That from the eight white people on the Ark, in a matter of less that a thousand years, evolved all the different races (Black, Oriental, Hispanic..), and then they suddenly stopped evolving.•• That the Kenites (sons of Cain from Gen 4:17-24) made it through the flood (to be found in 1st Chron 2:55, etc.), but were not with Noah's family on the Ark (good swimmers perhaps?).•• That receding water from a single great flood could carve solid rock to the great depth of the grand canyon. (The Grand Canyon extends 277 miles. It is about 1 mile deep. The canyon varies in width from less than 1 mile to 18 miles).-----------------------We at WBSG will continue to believe what the Bible says about the Flood of Noah, and:•• That the reason for the Flood was solely to kill the Giants in Gen 6:1-8, whom were the abominable to God offspring of Adam's daughters and the fallen angels.•• That the Flood was restricted to the area were Adam's tribe lived and where this mixing of human and angelic being was taking place (Gen 6:1-7).•• That the Hebrew will allow for "earth" being rendered "land, region, country" (and is in other places in the Bible), and that also "heaven" can be rendered "the visible arch in the sky" for as far as the eye can see due to earth's curvature.•• That the other races (Black, Asia, Hispanic, ...) were untouched by the flood as they lived in another part of the earth.•• That the only animals taken onto the Ark were the animals that were found in the region of the Flood (seven of every clean animal, and two of every unclean animal).•• That God, while he could, does not create trillion x trillions of metric tons of water and then destroy it again a year later (as 'young earth' devotees explain away the amount of water necessary to cover the highest mountain ranges (Mt. Everest - 5½ miles above sea level).•• That carbon 14 and the other elements of this great, God created earth and universe, act (and degrade) in the same fashion and at the same rate as when the Almighty created them (as 'young earth' devotees explain away the ancient dates of fossils).•• And that solid rock exposed to the agitate action of water running across its face erodes at the same rate today that it did 4349 years ago (back to flood year). (The Grand Canyon is about 1 mile deep. The canyon varies in width from less than 1 mile to 18 miles).-----------------------We at WBSG are Bible believers, we do not fabricate wondrous absurdities to defend a book that is not incorrect (Bible), and do not have to lie to people to cover-up inconsistencies in the Bible that do not exist! This earth (the planet itself) is millions and millions of years old. This earth age is approx. 14,000 years old, just like the Bible declares.God bless!Nickhttp://www.biblestudysite.com/answers13.htm#5

I might just be missing something in this parable but I don't see how the tares are the literal children of Satan. Couldn't the good seed just be those who have accepted christ, and the bad seed those who have NOT accepted christ? And if the tares are the literal children of satan and they are to harvested and burned than what was the point of their life? They had no chance to achieve salvation, they were already doomed to hell before they were ever born. That just doesn't sound right to me.
