Hi Brothers and Sisters
I hope i posted this Question in the right Column.
Am from Australia, and Great to be with you all.
In this Current System we are in, i notice a lot of trangression's in others
Deceitful behavior, and lies, Greed, bribery, selfishness unjust behaviour, cruelty etc etc.
I try to hand it over to God, and let him steer the ship.
I also look for any of those traits in me, and this helps me to Grow, and
get closer to God. Why do most people feel its taboo to mention Satan as the
current deceiver, and Is Judging other's upset our Creator God ?
Thank you
B-I

Welcome! Yeh, it is a bit sad that people blame God and don't blame Satan it seems. I think it is because God is good, so people don't understand why bad things happen. They are deceived and don't realize that sin and Satan brought the consequences.

Interesting! We as believer's should always be aware of our surrounding's, especially people. As we live in such a time as this we see the depravity of mankind, God never told us to ignore the fact's that we see, we are to recognize the wickedness that permeate's our world, and being aware that all is through the Deceiver Satan. Even Jesus warned Peter that Satan wanted Him - Luke 22:31. Satan is the driving force behind the Atheist Evaluation Propaganda to erase Creation and God out of the thought's of man. Balaam's advice to the King of Moab was to get the people of Israel to turn from God's Instruction's, remove God's protection, and then we are fair game.
If you see a brother in transgression you seek to restore him, but as far as the people that are non-believer's Witness and pray for them!
I think God resent's it if you criticize them personally, but to express the fact that they are in transgression [sin] that is just an observation.

Bottom line is You Will Know Them By Their Fruit, we have eye's to see, and the safest place to be is in the will of God.
It was Satan in the beginning, and Satan will be until! PS Welcome

We are to judge but righteously. Judging is one thing but condemning is another.

John 7:24 KJVS
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

1 Corinthians 2:15 KJVS
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

1 Corinthians 6:2-5 KJVS
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? [3] Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? [4] If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. [5] I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?

"For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.”
Sounds like to judge only those who claim to be Christians but, not those who do not. If someone who attends a local body of believers is found in the corner bar, drunk 3-4 times a week...would not a brother in The Lord not be correct in well, correcting him? lol

The key word, "correcting" him. Just what is that, and how is it done...….. Biblically? Not many of us seem to really "correct" the same way, or with the same motive Jesus did.

2 ways of judging. Righteous vs unrighteous. So many lump everything into the unrighteous judgement category.

Matthew 7:1-2 KJVS
Judge not, that ye be not judged.
[2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

But then again Jesus says;

John 7:23-24 KJVS
If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day?
[24] Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

He is saying here that appearances are not the whole evidence.

Paul says we shall judge angels.

1 Corinthians 6:2-4 KJVS
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? [3] Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? [4] If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.

If you are filled with the Holy Spirit and have the gift of discernment then it will assist you in righteous judgement vs unrighteous judgement.

Passing personal judgement on others can become a bad habit. Often we know instantly whether a person is doing evil and that's discernment not judgement. We must come to know the difference.

Yes, it usually is "Judging them."

I agree.
I am very keen sighted to the selfishness and pettinesses in everyone else. I am nearly blind to them in myself.

I can rant and rave in my mind about others while giving myself a pass so quickly. Which is the whole speck and beam thing played out in real life, with me in the starring role.

I suppose yes, biblically. I would say delicately and with love, try to bring the sinning brother or sister back into a right relationship with The Lord..."speak the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15). And to be careful unless we too fall into sin. Yeah, I sure know there are many Christians who do NOT correct in love but in condemnation and criticism, not in the Spirit. To be done Jesus way would be done gently and with intention of saving that brother from further harm. I'm sure every situation would have it's differences..
