Here, again, the KJV blew it by translating "koinos" as "unclean" instead of as "common" as they did in Acts 10:14. Men esteem certain foods as common, but YHWH declares what is unclean.Personally, I do my best to keep the food laws of the Old Testament; while at the same time I know that I am a good minister of Jesus Christ to point out that there is nothing unclean of itself
Where are creatures "sanctified by the Word of God" as food? Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14. You can pray over a slug or a cockroach all you want, but it will NEVER become clean.and that every creature of God is good and nothing to be refuse if it be received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
