Someone told me that the word trinity isn't in any original bible, so is that true? and also which version of the bible is most accurate? because certain words or phrases that are different in some bibles change the whole meaning of a story or whatever.

The word 'trinity' is not in the bible but the concept is - think of all the times the bible talks about Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit.I use the Modern King James mainly but I do have different versions of the bible and use them all when studying. None of our bibles have the interpretation 100% right. Most are about 90% - 95% right. Go with the bible that is easiest for you to understand but have one or two others to compare the interpretations. Hope this helps.

The most accurate would be the original Hebrew and Greek. Buuut in English the oldest version is the KJV but I the NIV is just as good.

Like Nyoka said, the actual term trinity is not in the Bible, but the concept is seen in many parts of the Bible. Look at the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist for a very clear example of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit working together. Most of the versions of the Bible are as accurate as each other. I like the NIV bible myself. It was a translation made by scholars working from the best available Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek texts. But I have other Bibles including RSV and KJB which I can refer to. It is really a matter of personal preference. I also heard that the NASB is the most literal word-for-word English translation available, but I have not actually seen it myself, yet.
