Let me start by warning you about Satan; Satan hates you, and he is a liar, and he will do anything he can, to get you to mess your life up. If he stuck, to only tempting us to sin, he might not be so dangerous, but he doesn’t stop there. -He is pro-active.- Just as some health insurance companies, have learned, that if they convince us to take better care of ourselves, it helps them in the long run. Satan has also learned, that if he can trick us into Spiritually unhealthy habits, then it will help his cause, in the long run. The #1 area, where Satan can cause us the most trouble in our Spiritual life, is in our Church attendance. The LORD has made it very clear to us, that He wants us in Church, every time it’s doors are open:....... Hebrews 10:23-25V.23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) V.24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: V.25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. In this passage, we are told, to “Not forsake the assembling of ourselves together”: How much clearer could the LORD make it. This means not forsaking Sunday morning, or Sunday night or Wednesday night(if your Church has one). Now lets talk about, what happens, if you disobey this command: First of all, we cancan state, by the authority of God’s Word, that any born again Christian, that willfully forsakes the Church, is practicing unconfessed sin. (That means, that your in sin, and you know it.) The worse thing about forsaking the Church, is how it will blind you, to your own sin, because your not, regularly hearing the preaching of God’s Word. The unseen harm, of “forsaking the assembling of ourselves together”, is how it will cut us off, from God’s blessings and light. Just as, if you spend enough time in a dark room, you will soon learn to get around without the light. Just because you seem to be getting along okey, without Church, doesn’t mean that everything is okey. -It’s not!- One more thing: If you have never trusted Jesus Christ as your savior, and have been born again, just going to Church won’t get you to heaven. Church attendance is something we do, in obedience to Christ, after we are saved, not to get saved. I know it is getting harder and harder, to find a good Bible believing/Bible preaching Church, but this is something that we must do, if we want to be “Spiritually healthy”.

Bruddah Dave (a close spiritual brother of mine in Hawaii), said that satan delivers like Dominoes. Even when you are running from sin as fast as you can; he still is somehow able to show up and cause you trouble.

Hi Here’s what the Bible says about it....... James 4:7-8V.7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. V.8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse [your] hands, [ye] sinners; and purify [your] hearts, [ye] double minded.

Somewhere I have heard that some of the Christ's followers did not attend churches instead they were out on the streets preaching the gospil?

Actually they went from house to house worshipping, teaching, praising and praying. But somehow I have a feeling that it wasn't every Sunday morning, but daily (just a guess I have no proof of this) and when they weren't doing this they were out on the streets and bringing people to the Lord, by the droves. Church is a body not a building. Christ is the High Priest and Tabernacle and we-the body-belong in His Tent. Hbr 9:8 the Holy Spirit indicating this, that the way into the Holiest of All was not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing. Hbr 9:11 But Christ came [as] High Priest of the good things to come,* with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. But I must strongly disagree that being in church is remaining in the CHURCH. The Lord does want us in CHURCH but that doesn't necessarily mean we are supposed to get up every Sunday and go spend an hour in some buildig with a bunch of other people who believe that church attendance makes them a good Christ-ian and somehow protected from the wiles of the enemy by being in church instead of being in constant communion and prayer with the Lord...blessings
