Matthew 3:1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,

Matthew 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

One of the reasons John came was to exhort the nation of Israel to repent, change their mind, and prepare themselves to enter the prophetic kingdom promised them.

The kingdom is prepared in heaven and will be brought down to earth.

Daniel 7:18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

The kingdom is to be given to the believing Israel of God.

Luke 22:29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

Luke 22:30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Above, Jesus was assembled with the twelve Apostles at the passover. Here we can see that his kingdom will include the Apostles who will sit on thrones; it also includes the tribes of Israel.

The kingdom of heaven is not given to the church, the body of Christ, but rather to Israel.

The Kingdom of Heaven is the same as the Kingdom of God, and BOTH the Church and redeemed and restored Israel will be in this Kingdom, but distinct from each other.

The Church remained Israel and the unbelievers removed. Any that accept Christ will be grafted back in.

That still does not address the FACT that the eternal home of the Church is the New Jerusalem, whereas the eternal home of redeemed and restored Israel is the land of Israel on earth. That still does not address the FACT that there will be an eternal Kingdom of God on earth at the same time as the Church is in Heaven.

Matthew 21:43, "Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof."

Those that produce the 'fruits thereof' are given the Kingdom of God.

This universe and earth will pass away in a great explosion on the last day.

“But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.” (2 Peter 3:10–13) (KJV 1900)

The church is comprised of believers; it is comprised of the believing remnant of Israel ; also the little flock of Israel, who believed the gospel of the kingdom; and the body of Christ...Jew and Gentile... that believes the gospel of grace.

The kingdom of God includes both, the heavenly kingdom, and the kingdom of heaven on earth.
The kingdom of heaven is the earthly Davidic kingdom wherein Christ rules along with the twelve apostles.
The heavenly kingdom is where the body of Christ, Jew and Gentile, sits.

But the Church is Israel and the unbelievers are not. To whom does God graft the unbelieving Jews back into if the accept Christ? To the broken off unbelievers or into the Church, Christ's body?

I agree that the Kingdom of Heaven is in Heaven. I believe that Jesus Christ is the King Judge and High priest of that Kingdom. I also believe that the Apostles and Jesus anointed disciples will be King, priests and Judges with Jesus ruling over the Earth not on the Earth. So I don't agree that this Kingdom will come down to earth literally, as I said I believe Jesus and those chosen to be kings, priests and Judges with Jesus will be the rulers of that heavenly kingdom and will rule from heaven. They will rule over earth not on Earth.

“From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 4:17)

“And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” (Mark 1:15)

= both kingdoms are the same.

Revelation 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
The believing Jews will reign as kings and priests on the earth.

Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

The new Jerusalem is a literal city that comes down from heaven to earth.

Note this verse says a nation, not nations; so it is not Gentiles. The nation will be the little flock, the believing remnant of Israel.

In revelation 5:10 the Greek word, " epi", which your Bible translates as, "on", other Bibles translate as, "over" because the Greek word, "epi", is in the genitive case grammatically, so it so should be translated as over as in revelation 9:6 and revelation 11:6

How can it be Israel, when that is the very nation that this verse is saying the Kingdom will be taken from them?

That's like saying I will take the cookie away from Brian, to give it to Brian (the same person). May want to re-think this a bit.

Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? Genesis 18:18

Israel is the nation; the Gentiles are the nations.

And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. Exodus 19:6

Israel was to be a holy nation.

Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. Matthew 21:43

The kingdom would be taken from the nation Israel and given to the holy nation of Israel that produced fruit.

Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Romans 9:6

Only the Israel of God, the holy nation, will inherit the kingdom. Only the holy nation is Israel.

They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation. Deuteronomy 32:21

Israel was to be provoked by a foolish nation which are NOT a people.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. 1 Peter 2:9-10

Peter is talking to the Israel of God, a holy nation, which were not a people, but are now the people of God.

But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you. Romans 10:19

The foolish holy nation of Israel, the remnant.
