There’s no more condemnation for those who are in Christ

Yes; however, last time I checked, Mormons who have gone deeper into Mormonism aren't in Christ. And also, I would say that, for the most part, those who are in Christ, their tongues do not rise up against other people in judgment. Therefore Romans 8:1 doesn't nullify Isaiah 54:17...because also, if the person is walking in the flesh, condemnation is still a possibility according to the former (Romans 8:1).

I read my Bible to get to know Jesus better: it is His love letter to me.

1Co 8:1, Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.
1Co 8:2, And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.
1Co 8:3, But if any man love God, the same is known of him.
Christ is Love, cant think of a better place to be than in Him and learning from Him. the option is available for those who desire Him more than there learning.

He (Walter Martin) will condemn your tongue on your day of judgment, Isaiah 54:17.
You can keep following Walter Martian all you want.

I'm a fan of following Christ, not men, as wonderfully showcased in one of my favorite chapters of scripture, Gal 1.

We clearly have nothing to talk about. Have a nice day.

Rom 16:17, Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

Gal 1:8, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Gal 1:9, As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

I believe that these scriptures, together, are saying, that we should not attempt to save those who promote cultic doctrines. The principle in Haggai applies:

Hag 2:11, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying,
Hag 2:12, If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No.
Hag 2:13, Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean.
Hag 2:14, Then answered Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean.
Glad Paul didn’t apply your theology at mars hill

Hey just wanted to let you know. I am the lepper
*hugs*
I think we've all been that lepper at some time.
We, disciples of Christ, should not fear reaching out to those that are sick, especially when on Christ's bidding. Many miracles have been performed through His servants reaching out to people on His command and power. God is truly wonderful.

Or should we say we were the lepper, until a rep of Jesus Christ interceded? I don’t know about anyone else on this site but I was some kinda sick. Shouting stay away I’m a lepper. Thank God he chose to heal the leppers

What false gospel were they preaching in Athens?

Yes, they believed in other gods, and were wholly given over to idolatry; however, they also were not offering an alternate gospel to what Paul was preaching to them, as a response to the gospel message, counterfeiting the gospel message with Christian terms that held other meanings within the context of their religion..

I don't really follow the man. But neither does my tongue rise up against him in judgment.

Maybe these things are just Spirtualy discerned?
It would be pride that tells you that you are immune to deception and that you can go head-on into studying deceptive doctrines and come out unscathed spiritually. And we all know that pride comes before a fall. Proverbs 16:18.

I've noticed when people have no scripture to bolster their opinions, they exhibit a moment of weakness and hurl insults instead.
Oh you mean like the way,the pharisees got offended when the truth was handed to them. Nothings changed.

Mat 15:10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:
Mat 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
Mat 15:12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

nothing new under the sun.
