While nosing around some old study stuff, I ran across this:

Here is a good Bible study question. How many promises are found in God's word? There are 7,487 of them made from God to humans, two made by the God the Father to Jesus Christ and 991 between humans. There are also 290 promises made by humans to God, 21 given by angels and one by a man to an angel. Amazingly, there are also in the Bible two promises made by demonic spirits to God and nine given by Satan himself (such as when he promised Jesus all the kingdoms of the world if He bowed down and worshipped him - see Matthew 4:9)! All together, Scripture contains at least 8,803 promises!

LOL. I honestly think I have 60-some thousand files of things like that.
I have the same kinds of things in my computer. The organization is bad, but usually for most things I want or need, I can find them. To organize it properly would take a long time, but every once in a while I get inspired and spend a few hours working on it. The trouble is I keep on adding to it... and sometimes when I'm in a hurry it gets stuck away in a miscellaneous file.

At 77 , I now wish that I had kept at least half of the studies I did in my 40's and 50's... I regret I gave away an old wide margin bible that was full of my notes. A pastor that I didn't know phoned me one day, he said he bought my bible from a thrift shop, and asked if he could use my notes freely. LOL

My name was still in the old bible...address and phone number had changed...but he looked in the phone book and we are the only ones with our surname in the city of 1. 1/2 million!!

Well it's time to publish Willie T's Book on Bible Trivia. It will no doubt sell like hot cakes. Do you recall Ripley's Believe It or Not?
Undoubtedly they will if there are enough of us old geezers around...! Believe it or not?

Give God the glory!

As you may remember, Helen, I destroyed all of years worth of written notes when I backslid for about 10 years. I never had a computer in those days. When I came back to the Lord, in 2002, I had already a computer in hand.

No, most of that will die with me in a few years. No one would like them anyway. I actually have a very convincing study that Jesus was probably crucified on a vertical stake, and not a two-piece apparatus. All that one would do is make many people hug their sacred cows even closer.

Will how about this trivia question for you.

What was Moses' second relationship with his mother?

Answer: - She was technically also his Great aunt because his father married his father's sister.

given by Satan himself (such as when he promised Jesus all the kingdoms of the world if He bowed down and worshipped him - see Matthew 4:9)!

Man, I must still be asleep. I knew this but for some reason it just creeped me out. As He did in fact inherit the world.
