Just this one quote shows that it is not "up" at some distance away.
It is a SPIRITUAL REALM.
How many times has a Trumpet actually talked to you?
"Come up higher" means out of this realm and into the higher realm.
So tell me..if you had a wonderful space ship able...do you believe that traveling fast enough you could actually REACH it sometime?
That is like some fairy tale.
I will "show thee things"...have you never had a dream or vision from the Lord, where He "showed you something" ?
I didn't go anywhere... Even Paul clarifies his heavenly revelation/visitation by saying..." In the body, or out of the body, I know not..."
He was not firm about traveling , he just knew he was in another realm of the Spirit.

If that is like a fairy tale then the whole Gospel is a fairy tale.
EPHESIANS 4
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
1. Does "ascending" mean rising above the earth? ABSOLUTELY
2. Does "far above the heavens" mean even above outer space and into the third Heaven? ABSOLUTELY
3. Was Christ in the lower parts of the earth (Hades) for three days and three nights? ABSOLUTELY
4. Did Christ ascend to Heaven after His resurrection? ABSOLUTELY
5. Did He lead captivity captive by releasing the OT saints from their captivity in Sheol/Hades? ABSOLUTELY
6. Are Christ and all the OT saints in Heaven at this very moment? ABSOLUTELY.
It is nothing less than UNBELIEF to deny that Heaven is a real, visible, tangible, solid, "heavenly" realm, far above the earth, and reserved for the saints of God. There is a city of "heavenly" gold with streets of gold in Heaven.

Was the "most holy place" in Moses Tabernacle consider as a type of things in 3rd Heaven ? Hebrews 9
If so then where is 1st and 2nd heaven type ?
You have 2 other area in Tabernacle Setting.
Seem to be church related since that is where the kingdom of God is being of on earth.

I have an empty bowl sitting on my desk. My wife made her daily popcorn contribution for me a while ago, but I finished eating it before I got to this thread! No more until tomorrow, but then if tomorrow never comes, I really am in trouble.
Above planet Earth or simply above, according to God, the level at which most men walk when they walk without the Spirit of God?
Is heaven only a physically imagined as perceived by the five senses of man and his carnal brain or is it a spiritual realm available now to whosoever will?
Did the unclean beasts in the lower level of the ark built by Noah even dream of becoming like those 8 who dwelt at the top of the boat? From lowest to highest heaven, 1,2 and 3?

11 And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.
12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
That was one long ladder.

Read Gen Chapt, 1.
Water is present.
Within the Water; God made a Firmament, and called it Heaven.
The Firmament (Heaven) separates the Water from Above from the Water below.
Within the Water below, the Spirit of God; gathered together the Water, called them Seas, and the gathering of the Seas, revealed DRY Land, God called Earth.
In the firmament God caused a Great Light, a Lesser Light, and Stars to Appear for divisions of time for the terrestrial beings that would be created out of the Dry Land.
I know of no animals that SIN or have a method of becoming forgiven or converted in belief.
I do believe the Lower Heavens, are what men can visually SEE, but can not naturally travel to.
Mid- or 2nd Heaven that was created as the estate of Holy Angels.
Highest,- or 3rd upper Heaven that is exclusive as Gods Estate; Pure Light.
And that Heaven, as a whole is Gods Throne.
Also, in brief...Already scientifically known of the great magnetic force I believe plays a part in the Church's removal from earth, in a twinkling of an eye.

I think it's fair to say that the New Testament believer will be raptured from the earth rather than to the earth...
I was not and am not disagreeing with your literal physical description. Rather I was adding my own spiritual consideration of heaven or heavens. Never forget that there are types and shadows. The Reality as per God is what we all, I believe, should be seeking.
The "dry land" called Earth corresponds to the man made of the dry dust of the earth, but so much in need of a well of Living Water springing up out of himself so that all who are thirsty may drink. This calls to mind also the separation of Eve from Adam making each of them incomplete without the other. God is having a Body of Christ built with Jesus as the Head, the perfect man with absolutely nothing missing or out of place.
Give God the glory!
Read also the many places in scripture where man and his ways called beasts or compared with beasts. Beasts ultimately do not have the Life which Jesus is. Men without Jesus also have no Life. When all of our beasts are dead, we have nothing alive at all... unless we have taken on that Life which Jesus is so that as we kill our beasts, there is something that will never die:
"I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts." Ecc 3:18
"So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee." Psalm 73:22
"Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars:
She hath killed her beasts; she hath mingled her wine; she hath also furnished her table." Prov 9:1-2
For more on the three heavens see also the three levels of the Tabernacle built by Moses at God's direction in the wilderness. The outer court, the holy place and the holiest of holies. Who is it that is able to enter into the holiest of holies then once a year compared to those who may now enter in at any time they surrender completely to God?

Yes. And remember the torn curtain and falling of the man made Temple during Jesus' crucifixion. A foreshadow of an opening for all men to come to God through Christ.

Sorry for any offence ... I just found it funny that anyone should think that 'heaven' is some kind of physical planet.
I see it totally in a spiritual realm...nothing physical.
Hope we are still friends
Mormons believe in three heavens-Celestial, Telestial, and Terrestrial.
Not meaning the atmosphere, outerspace and the dwelling place of God.

No, it is part of their cult theology and has no basis in the Bible. Heaven, Hell and in between all mixed together.
