Pst- I'm technically austitic too (I say technically because I hate labels). There's nothing wrong with being through as you have been. Don't be ashamed of your studies, your walk with Christ, or yourself.

So says the Mormon cult member.

The big issue is which Christ one walks with. The biblical one is not more than Mormon one.

That is non-productive question.
Obviously each person here believe that they are following the true Gospel. And obviously there are going to be people who disagree, ranging from peacefully to pulling out pitchforks. Pulling out pitchforks is of course goes no where.
This same could be said for every single Christ professing person out there.

No. It's very relevant because we are in the last of the last days and counterfeit Christianity is very prevalent nowadays just as it is written.

And everyone thinks that the beliefs they follow are the Truth (hence why the follow them) and that those that disagree are the counterfit. Bob points fingers at Bill saying "you're the counterfit" and Bill points fingers right back saying "you're the counterfit".

Hence while it is super important to know what is of God, asking someone "are you following the Truth or counterfit?" is unproductive.

I see the counterfeit solution as worse than the problem it is claiming to fix. Jesus was far more angry with the religious establishment than the blatant sinners of His day.

The same thing is happening today. The religious establishment has taken on an easy version of Christianity with a false grace short-circuiting people from the truth that can save them.

But when you try helping people they tend to bite you for it. Such is the way it has always been with people.

Regardless of how we are to reach out in these last days and try to salvage whoever else can be brought to Jesus.

The JW's go around knocking on doors handing out pamphlets and quoting the NWT.

Mormons send their teams of youth out to try and convert people.

I used to see a lot of them and talk to them until one day I found a crack in one of the Mormons and was getting through. He got very emotional, started asking questions and crying. His buddy dragged him out of my house and to this day they bypass my house.

They must have a blacklist of homes.

That's the flesh...but there is truth. It's just the reasoning of a person who is being corrected to accuse the other.

So then is everybody experiencing victory in Christ?....a walk in supernatural peace and love? A walk in the intimacy of union with God?

If not, then there is a counterfeit going on.

And of course you in your Gnosticism know the right way to do it.

Instead, we should ask God "what is your Truth and how may I best follow it?"

Your Mormonism is a counterfeit. A cult.

I would not bring a new convert into a modern church setting...because of fear that they would become worse than they were before. No, it's the church that needs to hear the gospel and the power over sin. Such is the state of affairs

It is not the healthy that need a physician, but the sick.

So now going to church is a bad thing? What? Look, just because you may happen to attend a poor church or a church you're overly critical of, doesn't mean there are no good churches out there with good pastors. Why do you think it's a good idea to drive people away from a designated house if worship, when scripture says not to forsake meeting together?

And why be afraid of anything? Why not instead have faith that God would use you to guide a new convert's understanding of the faith, instead of worrying about stuff you have no control over? We only plant and water but its God who gives the increase. Trying to help a new convert get settled is better than doing nothing out of fear that taking them to church to hear the gospel would be a bad thing, according to you. Which is extremely ironic, because you are literally telling me that the gospel should be preached most within the walls of the church. So what is the deal with your position here? If i follow your position, It's like you want to shut up the gospel to new converts and outsiders alike... really weird.

As I noted in a couple of other posts is username means great teacher and ruler.

He is telling you to listen to him and not them.

And if you pay attention to his declarations you understand why I call him Gnostic.
