Russia the Bear This conflict in Georgia with Russia could it be we are wittnessing the Bear of Daniel/Rev rising up? Daniel 7:5 "And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh." This bear nation is the bear nation of "Esau". We know that to be the nation of Russia, With the demise of the USSR we saw the bear fall on its side.Here in the fifth verse we see that this bear nation will rise on one side and "devour much flesh". To a degree, this part of prophecy has already started, however, it is still prophecy yet to come. God is not through with Russia . We see here in this verse that this bear will rise on not the front or back feet, but "it raised up on itself on one side". It will be deceptive, appearing to be rolling over, then arising, and striking.Though we see Russia today as not on its feet, but rolling to its side, and in a position of weakness, she is not. Daniel's vision shows us also that this bear (Esau or Russia) will cause three other nations (the three ribs) a great deal of harm.Might not this Georgia,Russia situation be the Bear Nation starting its attack on the 3 Ribs(nations)

guess we will know if they keep going and take over three countries that's what the News seems to be concerned with today that Russia will threaten other countries before it stops because they are not adhering to the truce agreement.

But the conflict in Georgia is actually just on Russia's part. Russia went to help South Ossetia after Georgia started genocide. Russia did good, and as far as I can see, Russia isn't causing very much trouble at all.
I dont think you have the facts right Ossetia was serving as a buffer zone between Russia and Georgia peace keepers from both sides were therewho fired the first shots is unknown each side claims it was the other. Doesnt really much matter. Georgia is a sovergien Christian Nation not disputed territory as is Ossetia If Russia had stopped short of entering Georgia it would have remained a local dispute. But they crossed the border and they are themselves committing genocide in Georgia. Think of it this way If we had a scuffel on the border with mexico fine but if our troops go into Mexico and start boming the airports threatning to take over the capitol of Mexico and toppel the government. We are invading another country, this what Russia is doing. I never said we are to hate a country I said The leaders of the country are Athiest and the scripture says they will follow the beast. And attack Israel.
