This subject in my opinion, is of #2 importance when it comes to putting on the whole armour of God. I've grown up in an environment that expressed that it wasn't required or expedient to keep the laws of God. I attempt to shed light on the subject with this two part video.
God Bless!

Keeping every law but failing in just one, makes one guilty of all of them.
For this reason, God's law in ink and stone are obsolete.

Those who are Spirit-filled Christians - the only kind, keep the righteous requirements of the laws of God through walking in the Spirit and not in the flesh. We find the true laws of God to be far deeper than the Ten Commandments that were to guard us until Jesus gave us His Spirit. Therefore we are not under the old laws engraved on stone, but are now set to a higher level of righteousness through the Spirit.

Romans 8:1-9
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. 8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

Except that now it is written on hearts and minds. That is far from obsolete.

ROMANS 8 (THE TEN COMMANDMENTS ARE NOT OBSOLETE)
7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

This is also applicable to believing Gentiles, who have been grafted into the "good olive tree" of believing Israel (which includes both the house or kingdom of Israel and the house or kingdom of Judah).

The Law was fulfilled by the Christ. He came to fulfill the Law, not abolish it.[Matthew 5:17]

That's not exactly right. The holiness laws have changed (not abolished) because of a new priesthood...from the Levitical priesthood temple holiness to walking IN Christ who is our high priest.

Otherwise the 2nd tablet to love others as ourselves just got harder...we are to love others as Jesus did. So then that means we have to enter into Christ to obey His commands.

And that law is fulfilled in us who walk in the Spirit by abiding in Him. So then we overcome as He overcame.
Indeed... and that overcoming is a necessity for each one who would partake of the Tree of Life. Jesus overcame the world of his own flesh. He made it possible for each of us to also overcome... but we have it to do.

we agree that the Law is not abolish, but is used for two reasons, and one scripture reveals it to us. Reason#1. "the Law is not made for a rightious man", scripture, 1 Timothy 1:9a "Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man". so who is it made for? same scripture second pard
Reason #2. "but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers". 1 Timothy 1:10 "For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine". that's who for.

for our rightiousness is in christ Jesus. but if one is not in Christ, they will face that Law, see Romans chapter 2. especially verse 12, but read the whole chapter.

I wont watch the video, we are already overloaded by video's on this Site.
Many of us don't watch the video's.

The Laws are not done away with, they were fulfilled in Christ...and if we keep the two great commands that Jesus left us, the ten are automatically kept...LOVE fulfills all law.

It's usually the people who have a hard time loving others that advocate an end to the laws of God. Trying to make God conform to the wishes of men is one of the oldest professions on earth. The others are....

I'm not the least bit Calvinistic, but I do lean heavily toward Christian Reconstructionism. I think they have doctrine that more closely follows what God expects of us than any other denomination. And that means I believe following many of the laws is still God's desire for man.

Correct. Obsolete and abolished are not the same.

I very rarely watch any video becasue of the difficulty in analysis compared to written content.
Just imagine.."The Bereans watched our streaming videos, then returned home to watch the The Old Testament on reel-to-reel film and compare the two films. "

We are gifted a higher level of righteousness through forgiveness by faith.
Our actions count to nothing.
