I've been studying this topic intensely for the past few days now. I was wondering if anyone else had studied this topic or at the very least looked into it?

Will you be posting anything on your studies? I'd like to read what you have to say... I assume you're referring to the age and origin of the earth.I'm a strict, literal, six-day creationist. The Bible says it, I believe it... I know it's really not all that simple but maybe just by me saying that, it'll stir up some conversation on the subject.Shalom,

I have always found this a very interesting topic my grandfather always told me he suspected this is where science and religion came together. If the first earth age had the behemeth[dinosors spoken of in the bible],this current age is the second world age,the third is to come.So if we dont know how long the 1st age was the earth could indeed be very old as science contends, and as religionists teach the world is 6 to 7 thousand years old, they should actually be talking of the this "world age " [the 2nd age] being 6000 plus years old .I believe the hebrew translation leans towards confirming this veiw although I dont remember where I heard this.I think we very near the end of this second age,and the third is just around the corner.

Sounds like a wise grandfather indeed. I have to say that after my studies on the topic, I have to conclude the same thing. This doesn't change a thing about the creation of this age as described in the Bible (as it happened) but a lot of murky things become clearer when you think about it.I know the Bible is, without a doubt, the authority on anything, but at the same time we have these bones of these incredible beasts that once existed. I'm just not convinced that satan put the bones there or anything of that nature. I feel like this explains things using the Bible and doesn't take the creation of this age and try to mold it into something it's not.I covered some of the Hebrew in the study I wrote out. I still need to edit it in some spots, but everything's confirmable as far as Strong's and so on.I certainly agree with the last statement. The second advent is coming swiftly and we need to be ready as a collective group.II Peter 3:7But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.Verse 10But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.Better yet, read the entire chapter, God's warning is pretty clear.

The Bible does Not give the Earth's age in man's time. In God's time, Today is the 6th Day or Age. Scripture shows that the Big Bang, which happened some 14 Billion years ago, in man's time, was on the 3rd Day. This means that each of God's "Days" are some 5 Billion years in length. This means that the morning of the Creation was some 25-30 Billion years ago.Even to this date, scientist don't know anything more than 15-20 billion years ago. They should learn how to read the Scripture. The 1st Earth and the 1st Universe were destroyed, totally and completely, in the waters of a Flood. Scripture does Not say that our present universe will be destroyed in a Flood, but instead, it will be Burned. The age of this Earth is in complete accord with Scripture. Those who tell you differently only demonstate that they still CANNOT understand Scripture.God Bless

Most people don't know the difference between God's time and man's time. God has but 7 Days and Today is the 6th Day. At the end of this 6th Day, Heaven will be complete, and all believers will be there. When Heaven is brought to Perfection, God will rest for Eternity, the 7th Day, which has No end.The basis of Man's time began on the 4th Day and depends on the movements of the Sun, Moon, and Stars. Since God is present, but also beyond this Universe, He is Not subject to the movements of our Stars. Man's time is temporal and will cease when this Universe is burned. God's time is Eternal. With this evidence in mind, can someone tell us what Day it is ? Seems like an easy test, for sure. Just list your answer here:God Bless
