Says you......who has obviously never heard the voice of the Lord out side of reading the bible.
Oh how would you know that?
The followers of Jesus speak to our heavenly Father & yes we receive answers.
But we know that God is not saying -
"Hey You are just so Special , I've chosen you , so --here's a new revelation I want you to go tell those people about it. "
That is spirits filling someone's head with false ideas and opposing the Word of God which stands complete.

Your testimony is clear. You attempt to tear down what you do not understand, just as those who killed the prophets of old.

And this you do against my own testimony of Christ crucified, raising Him up by the Spirit of God according to His promises. Your are against me, and therefore, also against Him who sent me.

And here we go again with you declaring yourself a prophet. What an ego.

To disagree with you is to disagree with God. How arrogant.

You cannot even post a verse, just your personal claims that are not biblical.

How's that for a message from the Holy Spirit?;)

Only in these last days do we have heretics peddling a thread and falsity namely "Scripture is not the last word."

Some can't be having that so people like @Episkopos, @amadeus, @ScottA, @justbyfaith, @"ByGrace" and those who agree with them? They're the authority and they're "the last word." No wonder there is so much heresy and so many professing believers peddling their own message and errant gospels.

Scripture was certainly correct, they won't endure sound doctrine and go into the aforementioned's myths, fables and false visions, not being sober minded &c; 2 Timothy 4:1-5.

You can claim anything you want but we are not following these falsehoods.
Cults get started that way.
We stay in scripture which is what Jesus gave to His saints...jn17:17
We are not speaking against the Spirit.
We are speaking against your posts which are unbiblical.
Every false teacher makes these claims but is easily refuted.
God is not giving new revelation today.
There is no reason to "take you up in the Spirit".
What revelation did He not tell us, that you had to be caught up?
You end with a question, because clearly you do not know the scriptures:

Ephesians 4:11
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,

Matthew 24:50
the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of,

John 5:39
You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.

John 16:12
“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.

Revelation 11:1-6
And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

...But, of course you will not know what you are reading...so I will anticipate your error, to say: No, I am not claiming to be Christ, or Christ second coming, or one of the two witness. I would also interpret, but you do not believe that the scriptures must be interpreted spiritually, even though it is written. Perhaps some who believe would like to discuss it. Nonetheless, although you do not deserve it, I have answered.

I declare what He has promised in the scriptures, and you do not recognize it even though it is written. If when you quote or repeat the scriptures, shall I too call you all these names as you now do?

It is not from the Holy Spirit, but from you...and by the same measure, you shall be judged, just as it is written.

Oh contrare , I understand what the word of God says about false teachers & false prophets. I Love the prophets of Old and I know how they spoke , what purpose they served and I also know in the Bible the Lord Jesus warns us , ( I paraphrase) "don't let anyone deceive you, there will be false prophets & many will come in my name, saying I am Christ, don't let anyone deceive you.
He did NOT say, Hey church, there are going to be some new Apostles and disciples coming in the future--WAIT til you hear them and their teachings!
Jesus DID say, " My sheep know my voice. "
The Lord Jesus lead me out of deception, I am saved now and I know Jesus voice. Praise the Lord!

They're (my aforementioned partial list) the false prophets of today.

Their bibles are different than ours. Everytime God speaks to them and they jot it down, voila! An addendum to the Bible. Reeks of Mormonism. Joseph Smith claimed he had an angel visit him and give him an addendum and many have foolishly believed him. Just because some have claimed a vision, dream, being caught up, we’re supposed to believe them.

#Nooooooo!

Right, and if you don't believe THEM you're resisting, rejecting, denying the Holy Spirit and are lost...as they reject at the same time plain Scripture and sound doctrine inspired of God.

Hmmm...

Oh, look at them squirm with their daggers and their teeth all a'gnashing!

And why? Because the prophecies of Christ, and the presence of the Spirit are proclaimed.

Their time draws short.

"This is why 'Scripture alone' is so important." etc

I was responding ...........to him.

The Bible is sufficient to the believer.
True. The sufficiency of Scripture is a fundamental Bible truth.

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Mt 4:4)

Where are the words which have proceeded out of the mouth of God? In the "Holy Scriptures" also called "the Word of God". Therefore we have this passage (2 Tim 3:15-17):

15 And that from a child thou hast known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

So this thread is another example of the apostasy that has crept into Christendom. The Catholics and Orthodox believed that "Holy Tradition" was equal to Scripture. The Gnostics added all kinds of fanciful ideas to their false Christianity. And the theological liberals refused to believe that the Bible was divinely inspired, therefore inerrant, therefore infallible, and therefore sufficient for the Christian. Today Mysticism is becoming fashionable among many Christians. But for the Lord Jesus Christ the Scriptures were totally authoritative because they were God-breathed (theopneustos).
