You know where the real trap for a believer and their new identity is; in believing when they go back to their old way of living, old life of sin, or just normal activity in separating yourself from Christ; you know what the trap is, you thinking that it is you. We have always felt we were the sinners, I sinned and I'm being punished or whatever you thought.

But the truth of the matter is; it was never just you, there has never been just a you you. You have always lived by nature, created to live by our nature. Now we partook of the sin nature and were held responsible for that nature but we were never the sinner from the beginning. The sinner from the beginning is Lucifer, Satan, not you. You lived the deeds of a fallen nature.

The most powerful God truth in all scripture apart from Christ in you is how the human being is dependent on their nature. That information does not come out until the Apostle Paul has his revelation of the new nature being God's nature in Christ. And now in every born again believer! If that does not get your attention nothing will, whether you agree or disagree.

The matchless truth of Christ in you the hope of glory brought with it a new nature that we are to live by. And many Christians live and understand their Father like He is a mysterious fog, drifting in and out of their lives. Pure fantasy, it's like reading the Inquire magazine for some, just a jumbled up bunch of hog wash. There is nothing to be afraid of, it is the old nature that had in it the "spirit of fear."

I have seen some of the most extreme cases of fear, everything is God punishment. If I have a flat tire God must have not wanted me to go there. Where should I live, who should I Marry. A life full of fear, no direction, it's no way to live. The hope is in you, no man will see and understand their Father, but by their proper identity of Christ in you the hope of glory.

I believe God's design for us is that we live every moment with the certain awareness of His presence in us, His involvement in our lives, His love for us, and that we share unending intimacy with Him.

I think when we depart from that, as you've said above, we forget who is who, and we get confused and think we sin. Then we own it. And we feel separated. But never true for the child of God!

Much love!

As per Romans 8, the true believer cries 'Abba, Father', whereas beforehand this was not the case.

Yes a relationship with our Heavenly Father should be as great as our relationship with our natural parents.

As well as in Galatians 4, when we see him we will cry abba Father. That is for today, what did Jesus say "no man sees the father but by me," when the believer sees him, he will cry abba father.
