Agreement is, very obviously, important by our instruction to walk in the same steps. (2 Cor 12:18) In fact, sameness encompasses walking, writing, judgment, mind, and speaking.
Acts 15:22 Then pleased it the apostles and elders with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas and Silas, chief men among the brethren:
Acts 15:27 We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.
It does appear in Scripture to point to the importance of members in the body, i.e. teachers, to "speak the same things".
I Cor. 1:10 Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. (Philippians 4:2; 1 Peter 4:1; Philippians 3:1)
