I simply wanted to start an archive where we can spill out theology, facts, ideas, scripture of all things in the occult. Primarily devil worshiping, etc. It's a topic that most people do not get to know because of the lack of information/interest, however it is a very serious topic that we all need to know. gods are demons. Wakka, If we consider what the Bible says about every sort of spiritistic practices or fortelling the future, you will find that God condemns everything from palm reading to necromancy, Deut 18:10-14, Rev 21:8. These laws by God are not arbitrary, but were made for our own good, Deut 10:13, Isa 48:17. Consider what Eph 6:11-13, says about wicked spirit forces in the heavenly places. If you get involved with wicked spirits it is very difficult to get rid of them.

God has given us everything pertaining to life and godliness, with the power of the Holy Spirit. We have been given authority over satan and all his power (demons). however once you get them out you must fill yourself with the ture word of God. Because when the demonic spirits try to come back (and they will) if they find the house empty they will bring 7 other spirits with them even stronger then they were. Therefore you must get baptized with the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. When you have got the Holy Spirit within you, your house is not empty. Jesus said in Mark 16:17 "And these signs will accompany those who have beieved: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues:"

Only if you're not an active Christian.As Sasha said, we have dominion and authority of them in the name of Jesus. If we are saved and actively pursuing God's will and direction for our lives, then we have nothing to worry about. We have the power to cast them out in the name of Jesus. "Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases." Luke 9:1-2. See also Mark 16:17 as Sasha posted above.Therefore we have no reason to be afraid of demons or demonic activity.
