It is never ok to continue in sin....and most people have no desire to continue in it...however there are sins we commit that we are not even aware of until the Holy Spirit convicts our heart and reveals it to us.you have valid points i have in times past allowed my flesh to respond.. but not in this particular thread.. just food for thought any teaching saying it is ok to do as you please after salvation and still be saved. is very false . this is why i have seen it on both sides of the fence /. facts are each one of regardless of belief can or can not .are to do our best with a life of holiness in which at times we all fail at . the Bible says holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: hebrews 12:14
Pride is hard to recognize in ourselves but others can see it in us. Even being puffed up with knowledge and belittling others for their lack of it is a sin. Self seekiing, self righteousness, being carnally minded towards the things of God is a form of self exaltation....declaring you know what His Word says but not realizing you do not comprehend the hidden wisdom of it.
Having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof is a sin, striving against one another is a sin (where there is envy and strife there is every form of evil), gluttony, slothfullness, greed, judgmental mentality towards others when they stumble, hindering another persons faith, false flattery, gossip, being a stumbling block to others.m. and it goes on and on.
