Yeah, it's even possible to not hate our enemies in war. Hard to believe, but with most all wars, those who wind up having to fight it often don't have a clue as to what got it started. WWI during Xmas had a strange thing happen. Both sides came out of their trenches and observed Xmas together. The generals didn't like it.

I grew up with my grandfather. He told me stories of his life.He told me that he grew up with God and that God had a son. His son was a good devil and created red and his father created blue and he created green, and coffee and I grew up with friends that were related to them in my neighborhood. My brother wasn't there but when he was we played basketball and games on Saturday. My grandfather passed. He used to buy us gifts for the kids and play volleyball with us. He said one time that God instructed his angels to decide what the color red was going to be. It seemed like God was the boss but his angels were cooler.

Discipline and charity sometimes along with holy attributes and willpower are big in a believers life and can be back or improved later in.

The Bible says Jesus bore our iniquities. He had to live among us and live our lives and pass our test of temptations. Then at the cross he had to suffer our transgresses. He bore our pain or iniquities and almost gave up. He said as recorded in the gospels that if possible to let this cup pass from me. If he didn't struggle the test would be nothing and if he gave up it would have been for nothing and he was the one time perfect holy sacrifice and r ultimate atonement for our sins. At the cross he said to the Jews " father please forgive them for they know not what they do. He forgave his own enemies and this is a hard thing, but Jesus instructs his followers to do the same. He wanted us to try to be a holy priesthood and obey his commandments and the father's. "Seek first the kingdom of God and all these shall be added unto you." This is Jesus and Gods promise, and Jesus is a God. If we do this and fulfill our duties or obligations Jesus or God promises us much, that we'll be rewarded. The Bible says to reward each man due to his talents, what he has read, or what he is taught or has taught. Put trust in God and good shall come.

God exists outside of time. And He never changes; He is the same yesterday, today, and for ever.

Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8.
Yes this verse is speaking of Jesus Christ he doesn't allow himself to be tainted by sin remaining holy.

I understand and believe we are saved by the grace of God and not by works, lest any man should boast. It's by faith in grace alone. And the work of Jesus.

David, if you are uncertain, you should sit down with someone and talk about this face-to-face. Someone who believes and preaches the Gospel.
I'm certain that I'm a Christian I just struggle sometimes as others do

There's worse ideas taught with it though, like there's never ever anymore need to confess future sins to Jesus and ask Him forgiveness, because they're told we cannot sin anymore after having believed on Jesus.

I beg for forgiveness everyday from God Almighty and our Lord Jesus Christ, for things I've done in the past and sins I continue to make, I try my hardest not to sin, but sometimes its just an automatic reaction of anger.

I believe in Jesus, always have, and I know because I do believe in Jesus it doesn't give me the right to continue to sin without repercussions, therefore I pray and beg for mercy and repent.

Who teaches things like that, that as long as you believe in Jesus you can't sin? That is ridiculous, like you get a free pass to continue to sin as long as you believe in Jesus.

There are many mega Churches today on the OSAS (once saved, always saved) doctrines of men. Many of them are prosperity ministries. Makes sense money would especially be involved, because those men are 'selling' Christ's salvation like the Roman Church tried to do with selling indulgences for the souls of member's dead relatives to get out of purgatory, which was one of the doctrines of men that upset Luther and caused him to declare his 95 thesis.

I like the way pastor Joe McGee described those in Christ. We may slip up seven times in one day, but we repent and ask Jesus forgiveness and then get back to working for Him. He well knows we can never be perfect in this flesh, and that we will slip up and sin at times. That is why He died on the cross for us, so as to be our Mediator to The Father for us, because while in this flesh, we are as filthy rags to God and but an unclean thing.

Interesting revelation. "God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all" 1 John 1:4

How would you reconcile these points?

Yes he is a mediator and he is our go between for us and God Almighty

It's the grace of God that allowed Jesus to fulfill his mission to pass the test and ascend as God for us to be able to come to God and ask for mercy and show repentance. I know even I am a terrible sinner sometimes and love Jesus and need mercy.

Jesus suffered through temptation just as we do and bore our iniquities and our transgressions
