I don't know what your the constitution states, so I have no idea if it should change. I live in the UK and things are always changing, we don't have a constitution. However we do have some archaic laws within government that perhaps do need to be done away with because they are no longer relevant.
We have little control over many of the things that get changed, but public reaction and pro action has forced turnarounds with some things.
Can I take it that people in power are pushing for changing it ?

This is a big no for me. The United States has thrived because of our Constition. Id really like opinions from American citizens first. So:

Should the United States Constitution be changed? If so, what?

I don't like the idea of the Constitution being changed. But, I can see why people now want it changed. I firmly believe our country is based upon Christianity and the Bible. And our Constitution and laws will reflect that. It is made to govern a God fearing Christian people.

The country is becoming more pagan and atheistic. And so our old laws and Constitution are in their way. With atheistic liberals and muslims cominging into political authority, our country is running like a truck with one or two pistons not firing right.

Well said, Stranger. Our country is in big trouble, and yet, I'm hoping for revival! It's happened before.

As I was learning about spiritual gifts and things, I thought God said the United States would have a revival. I am wondering now if it was just me really hoping for that. It would be so amazing if so. But I definitely want to be careful using "The Lord Says." Think I'll just stick with His Word for that. But I do pray and hope for this.

Yep. I'm just unsure if it is the majority or minority going for these changes...it seems like a split 50/50 percent right now almost

It is certainly possible. And I am all for it. My personal opinion is that the days of revival here are over. The nation is in a state where it must be judged. It cannot pass the laws that it does, protecting the LGBT community, making criminals out of those who oppose the LGBT community, and not come under the judgement of God.

It is God who made the Christian base white and European. (Acts 16:6-10) And it is there that the great revivals have come from. And so it was the white Christian European that built this country. Thus we too were blessed with revivals. Now, however, the white man in America is becoming a minority. Plus the white man is becoming less and less Christian. Everything is wrong for a revival to take place. The fabric that made the country is no longer available.

Have you ever heard the term, 'he is cut from another cloth'? The U.S. then and now are not of the same cloth.

Of course I could be wrong. When a great revival breaks out here, I will be the first to admit it.

Blessings in Christ Jesus! You did hear correctly. But what has been written must also come to pass. What does The Lord see when He looks at America? How many warnings must He give? Does not pride come before a fall? And yet for those that are His own, who are in His Hand, does He not lift us up, even into the heavenly places? So let us continue to walk forward, and not look back, proclaiming and baring witness to His Name, which is above all names, despite all that the world may say and do.

Heard correctly on what? What part written are you referring too? A part concerning the United States? I read/hear some things that the U.S. is Babylon. Which wouldn't be too horrible...Daniel and his friends were in a pagan land too and still served the Lord. We are a blessed nation...just have become an ungrateful nation. We really do not know or have truly witnessed some things other countries have.

The only people who wish to change, undermine, and destroy the Constitution of the United States are the traitors who reside within, while doing everything in their power to destroy America. So the first order of business for the President should be to round up all the traitors and seditionists and have them locked up (after due process). In order to do that he needs to purge the DOJ and the FBI, or set up an independent Commission to investigate treason and sedition.
Sounds as if you want a dictatorship -- while claiming to be in favor of the Constitution. Maybe if an ultra-liberal Democrat gets in power, he'll lock you up as a traitor for not agreeing with him.

The president can't amend the constitution himself.
Yes, and that means it's not going to happen, doesn't it? Xi could strong people there to amend their constitution; and I say thank goodness, we're not China.

China Moves to Let Xi Stay in Power by Abolishing Term Limit

China’s Communist Party has cleared the way for President Xi Jinping to stay in power indefinitely, by announcing Sunday that it intends to abolish term limits on the presidency, a momentous break with decades-old rules meant to prevent the country from returning to the days when Mao was shown cultish obedience.

Since then, Xi has gotten even more dictatorial than he was before.

There are times I wonder about the British constitution. They say there is one; but who knows what it is? Does it even exist or do people make it up as they go?

Sorry to disappoint you. I believe race plays a major role in everything. Most will disagree with me, and that is fine. But, did you read the verses in (Acts) that I gave.

God Christianized Europe. Did He not? Twice Paul was forbidden to go to other places and the Lord, instead, led him to Europe. (Acts 16:6-10) Do you agree?

All the 'white' nations were influenced by Christianity. Even Russia. And where do all the immigrants today running to other nations go? They go to the white nations, where there is something to gain.

It all goes back to the blessings and the curse placed upon the sons of Noah. Shem, Ham, and Japheth. (Gen. 9:20-27) Shem was blessed. From him would come Israel and the promises. Japheth was blessed and would be enlarged and dwell in the tent of Shem. Ham received no blessing and his descendants were cursed. Japheth is the white peoples. Ham is Africa. Shem is the mid-eastern from whom Israel would come.

These blessing and curse have never been removed. God blessed the descendants of Japheth by bringing them into the salvation of Christianity, and they therefore dwell in the tent of Shem.

So, you see? When a nation becomes predominately of the descendants of Ham and not Japheth, then you have the curse of God to deal with. Of course our country will say that is nothing but hate. But it doesn't matter what they say, they can't change it. Just look at Detroit. Look at any where blacks have taken over and see what the end result is.

It's a volatile issue today. Most whites are too scared to address it. This is why I say, I doubt there will be revival because the fabric of the nation has changed.

As far as God Christianizing Europe, it is generally the European nations that have become so hardened to Christianity. I heard some missionaries call Austria the graveyard for missionaries because of the hardness of people's hearts there. And think about the horrors that have come out of Germany--two world wars and the millions brutally murdered there. Many who died in concentration camps were Christians (not that the murder of non-Christians was okay). And then there are the tens of millions murdered in Russia under Stalin's Communist regime. Do you not see these evils as evidence of a curse of some kind?

The fact is that evils have sprung from every nation and people group on this earth. With all of this in mind, I hope and pray that you will reconsider your theology.

And today, Christians in Africa are dying for the faith. I daresay many of them are better Christians than so many lukewarm Christians in the Americas and Europe. What I find sad is that few outside Africa seem to care that much. Christians are being persecuted in China and India too; and again few seem to care. Our news is so much about Trump, even down to trivial things like his tweets, we don't hear much about other things.

NO! God Forbid, The Constitution is based on the Principles of His Word!
Life- no one has the right to take a Life
Liberty - Liberty is the right to choose, and if we are wrong, we have the right to choose again!
Pursuit of Happiness - The only true Joy is to be in the will of God, Pursuing a upright walk before Him.
These are the three God given rights, after that the rule of our Constitutional Laws!
Unfortunately Wickedness has crept into our Government, They have bowed the knee to the evil, for a portion of this temporal kingdom, to enslave people under their new world Oder. As it will enslave!!

On revival. But that does not change what has already been written. Soon, The Lord will shake this world, including The United States. We have already been given a delay. From Mercy it has been given. This is so that more can be gathered. But even delays can not change what is coming in the wind. What did He say, "All these things must come to pass" And then the end will come. The storms we talked about before, are only the beginning. Do not be surprised if more dreams come, for they are a call to prayer. And if a decree comes, will not a watchman sound an alarm?
