The failure or refusal to discern the Pauline Gospel as a separate and new revelation, and not a “development from Judaism,” accounts for two-thirds of the confusion in many people’s minds today as regards just what the Gospel is.

Paul’s Gospel will suffer no admixture with works on the one hand or religious pretensions and performances on the other. It is simple and clear as the sunlight from heaven.

The end of man is where God begins (Romans 3), at what might be called the opening of the Pauline Revelation. Most unsaved people today believe in their hearts that the reason they are not saved is because of something they have not yet done, some step that remains for them to take before God will accept them. But this is absolutely untrue.

When Christ said “It is finished,” He meant that He had, then and there, paid the debt for the whole human race. “He gave Himself a ransom for all” (1 Timothy 2:6).

Now Paul, in his wonderful revelation declares, that God hath “reconciled the world unto Himself; that God was in Christ (at the cross) reconciling the world unto Himself, (II Corinthians 5:19). ---- Men do not know this, but they conceive that something stands between them and God, before God will accept, or forgive, them.

If you tell a man that God is demanding no good works of him whatsoever, no religious observances or church ordinances, that God is not asking him to undertake any duties at all, but that God invites him to believe a glad message that his sins have already been dealt with at the cross, and that God expects him to believe this good news and be exceedingly happy about it - if you tell an unsaved man such a story as this, he is astonished and overwhelmed - yet this is the Gospel of Grace!

The Gospel Changed:

When it is said that the gospel for today is grace and not law it will get the results of “”the gospel never changed“”. If a person has an open mind they can see that it did. It went from law to grace.

2 Cor 3:7-18 NKJV -- Glory of the New Covenant

7 But if the ministry of death, (the law), written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away,
8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?
9 For if the ministry of condemnation (law) had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.
10 For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels.

My comment : The law condemns but grace sets men free. Condemnation and being set free are two different things.

11 For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.
12 Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech —
13 unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away.
14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.

It is my opinion that the veil of the law still clouds the minds of people today. They continuously get their teachings from Mathew, Mark, Luke and John and refuse to understand that those books are a history of Jesus’ ministry on earth TO THE JEWS ONLY and it was fading away. Only Paul was sent to the Gentiles and Jews with a gospel of God’s grace.

15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.
16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Verse 18 does not say the sin nature of the flesh is being taken way. It says our new spiritual nature is growing in grace by the Spirit of the Lord. It is not man’s work it is the work of the Spirit.

OK! What is the Gospel of the Kingdom! In a Brief Statement what was it that the Savior Preached, declaring that the Kingdom of God is at hand! When He [Jesus] sent the twelve in twos out to Preach, what did they Preach?
Seriously, to say that Paul went out and Preached a completely different Gospel, that is contrary to the Masters Words, is in my opinion just not so!
One Gospel for Jew and Gentile alike!

Eccl 12:13 "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man."

Luke 17:10 "So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do."

It is man's duty to obey God's will, the disobedient are derelict in what is their duty to do.

Luther changed the gospel....to what is possible for men to do. And that is to believe the lie that God can be blinded to our true condition.

Luther did not change the gospel. Jesus did when He gave Paul the revelations of the mystery.

How can the Gospel change if it was preached to Adam, Abraham, and the Israelites?

Just as Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, the Gospel is the same, since the Gospel is Christ Himself.

Really? So you think all those words written by Paul are lies.

Show me where the law was given to Adam and Abraham. There was a time before the law was given and a time after it was given.

Paul preached the gospel of the kingdom...just like Jesus did. The difference was that Jesus preached a kingdom was coming (future tense) ...and Paul preached the coming of the kingdom.

Anything else is accursed by God and Paul himself. Paul would never curse the gospel that Jesus preached. He preached it himself. But he would curse the false doctrines of private interpretations.

Believing on Jesus Christ is the work every sinner should do to have eternal life. It is through faith that we are baptized into the body of Christ, and then being in the body of Christ, the old man being dead( :whoever you were, such as Mike, George or John) we are to continue in Christ our new life: doing his Commandments: this is loving one another.

The key to this new birth, is for a person to baptize you in the name of Jesus having the Spirit of God: or else you are not born of God and your baptism is void and you are yet in the old man.

Furthermore, to keep the faith is to believe that you are in the Son of God on Earth, the new man, which is to also believe you are in the spirit of God in heaven by the Spirit of Christ you are to receive in the body of Christ, that is if you keep his Commandments.

Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word of God, which is able to save your souls.

But be ye believers of the gospel, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Because if any be a hearer of the gospel, and not a believer, he is like unto a man seeing his natural face in a reflection:

Because he sees himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth he was the son of God in Christ.

But whoso looketh into the perfect law of faith in a reflection, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work of God which is by faith, this man shall be blessed in his work.

I think that you quoted that incorrectly.

Jas 1:21, Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
Jas 1:22, But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Jas 1:23, For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
Jas 1:24, For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
Jas 1:25, But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

And of course the Law is NOT the Gospel. The Law was given to show men their sinfulness, and their need of a Savior.

For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. (Rom 5:13)
