Jennifer! How did you turn an "I need a friend" intro into an "everybody here is persecuting me" thread in just a few short pages? We were welcoming you. If you can turn a bunch of people against you who were trying to welcome you, don't you realize it may have something to do with you as to why you are sad so often...

What happened?
How do you know I am sad often? I'm not doing anything. I'm not making you turn against me. I just been reading a lot of stuff that seemed relevant to me...

Ans. Walking in the flesh, and not the Spirit.
If the spirit is inside me I'm always walking in the spirit.. Jesus doesn't forsake anyone.. neither does the holy spirit and how would you know what I'm walking in period? And what are you doing in your daily life? Where are you walking if I may ask so? Are you following the spirit everyday?

Just accept for a minute that my name could be Hank...……. and the words Hank spoke in this video are true in this forum this afternoon.

1. If the spirit is inside me I'm always walking in the spirit..
2. Jesus doesn't forsake anyone.. neither does the holy spirit
3. and how would you know what I'm walking in period?
4. And what are you doing in your daily life?
5. Where are you walking if I may ask so?
6. Are you following the spirit everyday?
1. Actually, that is not true for anyone, unless they are 100% Jesus, 100% of the time.
2. For those who are of faith in Him as their Savior, yes, He will never forsake us!
As for the Holy Spirit, we can grieve Him (cause Him grief), if we are walking too much in our flesh (our fleshly minded ways). Ephesians 4:30
3. You are crying (complaining) about being persecuted for Christ's sake. If that were true, you would be joyful in the Spirit, that you are suffering in being rejected by people, as was our Savior! 1 Peter 4:14
4. I have not asked you that question, so I need not answer for detail. But if you must know, if I am persecuted for Jesus' sake, I am happy in the Spirit!!
5. A rough guess would be 80% in the Spirit (His Mind), 20% in the flesh (my mind).
6. Yes! At least 80% of the time.

I just remember you were having a bit of a tough time way back when as well. But maybe I'm just catching you on off times is all.

No problems, and hope you end up making a lot of friends here.

I don't care if you reported me, they might do the same thing lol..gosh you people don't get it...it's the all the same flock...I'm not worried about it though...I know what I been reading...forgiven but not forgotten....

This is a non-denominational forum. I doubt it qualifies as a flock as a whole, though there are some who are in smaller clicks.

If persecution were a disease then the symptoms would be conduct that isn't Christ-like. The rules try to capture some of these behaviors. I may act on clear violations of the rules, but often I do not perceive an offence is worthy of intervention when I get a report. This calls all who participate to be more gracious in their interactions and slower to take offense. Or conflicts will develop and behavior gets worse.

So of our long standing members most are kind or have learned to walk the line. It's the best I can offer, no one here is perfect.

That's alright. I have been watching you people for months..I can see right through yalls post. You may deny it but you people are persecuting me now. You just do it slightly. If I was overseas now I would probably be dead now cause those people over there are way more defensive then I am and even though I never been out there I know what goes down those places. The only difference is they have more crazy people there... You think I can't see what some of you people are doing but I been watching y'all.. lies! Lol. You know you have. Don't pretend to act like you don't know what's going on. Because you do know. I came to reconcile with you people but it seems you still want to have it with me. I see the persecutions, if not persecution, insults. You slightly condemn me in your post. And what's funny you think I'm stupid and can't see what y'all doing. But you don't need to do that ,if you have a problem with something..just tell me. Geez
It sounds more like you have an "inferiority complex," of which by the way, is a product of the flesh and not that of the Spirit.

I was just suggesting that I believe biblical persecution is referencing Christ and followers being pursued by adversaries. The Pharisees were always following Jesus trying to find a reason to harm him, because the message He was conveying opposed who they were, and also threatened their high seats.
