Does that mean Only those that belong to the world, pray for the world?

The Christian's prayer for the world is and should be "Let Thy Will Be done". We who have faith in the Perfect Will of God, trust His Will which I admit is not always easy to do, mainly due to lack of faith and insisting on placing an Almighty God into the limits of man. We are in a time where really the only thing along with prayer is for us to yeild to Him totally and without question. When we find questions coming on the screen it is time to Hit The Book (Bible). Amen?

I have no problem hearing what you have to say.

I do have a problem If some of your posts have been deleted . It could give a false impression of your messages (decided by someone else).
I prefer to make my own judgments.

Martin W.

Ahhh Mr. Martin...They do not allow saying the Lord told you here on this web site.

The only problem with that.

Is if actually the Lord did tell you.

So the from now own...I have been given permission to say

I said to myself to tell you....

And it came to pass in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that this word came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day.
It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the evil which I purpose to do unto them; that they may return every man from his evil way; that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.
Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah: and Baruch wrote from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the LORD, which he had spoken unto him, upon a roll of a book.
And Jeremiah commanded Baruch, saying, I am shut up; I cannot go into the house of the LORD:
Therefore go thou, and read in the roll, which thou hast written from my mouth, the words of the LORD in the ears of the people in the LORD'S house upon the fasting day: and also thou shalt read them in the ears of all Judah that come out of their cities.
It may be they will present their supplication before the LORD, and will return every one from his evil way: for great is the anger and the fury that the LORD hath pronounced against this people.
And Baruch the son of Neriah did according to all that Jeremiah the prophet commanded him, reading in the book the words of the LORD in the LORD'S house.
And it came to pass in the fifth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, in the ninth month, that they proclaimed a fast before the LORD to all the people in Jerusalem, and to all the people that came from the cities of Judah unto Jerusalem.
Then read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD'S house, in the ears of all the people.
When Michaiah the son of Gemariah, the son of Shaphan, had heard out of the book all the words of the LORD,
Then he went down into the king's house, into the scribe's chamber: and, lo, all the princes sat there, even Elishama the scribe, and Delaiah the son of Shemaiah, and Elnathan the son of Achbor, and Gemariah the son of Shaphan, and Zedekiah the son of Hananiah, and all the princes.
Then Michaiah declared unto them all the words that he had heard, when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people.
Therefore all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, unto Baruch, saying, Take in thine hand the roll wherein thou hast read in the ears of the people, and come. So Baruch the son of Neriah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.
And they said unto him, Sit down now, and read it in our ears. So Baruch read it in their ears.
Now it came to pass, when they had heard all the words, they were afraid both one and other, and said unto Baruch, We will surely tell the king of all these words.
And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How didst thou write all these words at his mouth?
Then Baruch answered them, He pronounced all these words unto me with his mouth, and I wrote them with ink in the book.
Then said the princes unto Baruch, Go, hide thee, thou and Jeremiah; and let no man know where ye be.
And they went in to the king into the court, but they laid up the roll in the chamber of Elishama the scribe, and told all the words in the ears of the king.
So the king sent Jehudi to fetch the roll: and he took it out of Elishama the scribe's chamber. And Jehudi read it in the ears of the king, and in the ears of all the princes which stood beside the king.
Now the king sat in the winterhouse in the ninth month: and there was a fire on the hearth burning before him.
And it came to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that was on the hearth.
Yet they were not afraid, nor rent their garments, neither the king, nor any of his servants that heard all these words.
Nevertheless Elnathan and Delaiah and Gemariah had made intercession to the king that he would not burn the roll: but he would not hear them.
But the king commanded Jerahmeel the son of Hammelech, and Seraiah the son of Azriel, and Shelemiah the son of Abdeel, to take Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet: but the LORD hid them.
Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, after that the king had burned the roll, and the words which Baruch wrote at the mouth of Jeremiah, saying,
Take thee again another roll, and write in it all the former words that were in the first roll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah hath burned.
And thou shalt say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast burned this roll, saying, Why hast thou written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast?
Therefore thus saith the LORD of Jehoiakim king of Judah; He shall have none to sit upon the throne of David: and his dead body shall be cast out in the day to the heat, and in the night to the frost.
And I will punish him and his seed and his servants for their iniquity; and I will bring upon them, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and upon the men of Judah, all the evil that I have pronounced against them; but they hearkened not.
Then took Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire: and there were added besides unto them many like words.

It has been my observation.

That God takes a very dim view of standing in his way.

I said to myself God told me to say this.

The Lord is God.

For I say unto you,

That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness

of the Christians and Catholics ,

ye shall in no case enter into

the kingdom of heaven.

Holiness unto the Lord.

That is why some of us have a Savior.

To depend on our own righteousness to be pleasing to God is utter foolishness. When we stand before the Throne of God, God only sees the cloak of righteousness His Son Our Savior covers us with. God could never look at our righteousness and remain a Holy God. When it comes to being righteous on our own I have a news flash;" We are bankrupt".

The only thing you and Martin are going to get to see

Is the Lake of Fire.

You and jiggyfly can quote Paul to each other in the Lake of Fire.

Thus saith the Lord God.

Umm, While I do believe in someone hearing from the Holy Ghost, and sending people to warn others of something. Every time the Lord has used me this way, I also had a answer for them from God. In other words, it was in Love, with solution.

1Th 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

Jas 3:2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.

While not able to agree with everyone on everything, I think we can agree that we should not be out to offend someone.

This GreatistheLord left me a private message saying that he is going to take the blessings from my family because my family won't repent. He said the Lord told him that. I hear God very Clearly, and not heard from my Father anything like this. If it is a Thus saith the Lord, then it must bear witness with the person that your giving the message to.

I suppose we should keep an eye on this person. Saying things that are from God, when they are not, is dangerous.

OH, and for those dissing on America.......... Move!!!!! Go preach in Iran or something. That should change your mind if you make it back..... IF.......

Be blessed everyone..

I received the same PM. I thought PM's were limited until a person had been a member for a while.

From Jiggyfly...................................................

one would have to know scriptures to catch those Jabs from Jiggyfly. Still, pretty funny...................

My hope is that GreatistheLord attempts to make a better impression of himself in future post. Right now, his batting avg is not so good.

I see that "GreatistheLord" has been banned.

Is it possible we have just kicked God off our forum.?

After all he did sign all his posts ... "Thus saith the Lord God."

Delusion comes in many forms and is most pronounced in Christianity.

Doest thou not also observeth It ??

Texas is going to get out of the Union first.

Then the rest over the process of time shall divide into 3 different Nations.

The United States of America will emerge into 4 different Nations.

I predict this shall come to pass...in the process of time.
Amen. If Texas draws the line I'm headin down there

With all due Respect Pastorlesofm.

Texas is a pretty cool place anyway. No need to wait to move there. We have more Christians than you think, and God moving things more than we see. A MO branch of Government, High ranking folks have asked the people for Prayer due to the current budget. We do not want to run out of funds of unemployment benefits as 30 some other states have.

1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
1Ti 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
1Ti 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Every Wednesday we have prayer night at church. We pray for Government. We pray the right people be in the right places, that God's Wisdom prevails. We pray that even the godless Wicked politicians pick God's plan, and God's plan makes the most sense to them. I mean who is more powerful here? A fallen Angel, that has zero wisdom, and can't even tell the truth, being disobedient to God, or those filled with the Holy Ghost, and obey the Word of God concerning prayer for those in Charge?

Satan, and the rest of the his cohorts are a bunch of Zero's.

Now if I believe that we are getting father away from Christian principles, then I can't believe that 1 Timothy 2:2 is true. In fact, I am wasting my time because What God said is no longer effective.

Now if the Church no longer believes Scripture, and the Word does not prosper the thing it was sent, then we are in trouble.

2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

Now, we know that as we get closer to the last days, things are going to happen that may not be so good. We can't change the Word, but we can change how those things effect our Country, and we can change how those things effect us. I have scripture for that.

2Th 3:2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.
2Th 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

Will we see wicked men? yes, Will we see wicked policy? yes. We will also see strong people in the Lord and stand up against these things. We will see those that hate God, make choices that are for God, and they won't even know why they did it.

But if the Church is going to moan, and whine, and bellyache about what they see, like a bunch of faithless cry babies. If the Church is going to complain, and complain. Then where are we at??? Be strong in the Lord and the Power of his might!!!!!

Faith never speaks the problem, faith speaks the Word. Faith calls those things that are not as though they were. (Rom 4:17)
Faith says if I pray what the Lord told me to Pray, then that is how it's going to be. I am the blessed.

Heb 4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
Heb 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

Israel was an example to us. Zero faith, always complaining, always in fear of things that have yet to happen. Lets not be like them. We are the Church, and Jesus is the Head, the Gates of Hell don't stand a chance.
