Isaiah 24:1-6 Be warned, the Lord is about to strip the earth, split it and turn it upside down and scatter its inhabitants. Everyone will be affected.
The earth dries up and withers, it is desecrated by those who live in it. They have broken My Laws and violated My covenant, that is why a curse consumes the earth and its peoples suffer, their numbers dwindle, only a few are left.
The Lords Day of vengeance and wrath by fire from the sun, strikes the earth, testing all its inhabitants. Isaiah 63:1-6, 1 Peter 4:12, Revelation 6:12-17.

Isaiah 24:7-13 Crops fail, the people are shocked and anxious. Their cities are in chaos and their houses shuttered and locked. Nothing but desolation is left in the towns, the bridges and highways are destroyed. So it will be throughout the world, among the nations, as an olive tree is beaten and stripped.
Cities and towns will become uninhabitable – no food, power or water and roads impassable. Suddenly, in a single Day, is mentioned in Isaiah 10:7 & Isaiah 47:9 All the nations of the world face the sun over a 24hr period. A huge Coronal mass ejection could strike all the earth in one rotation = Day. Isaiah 30:26

Isaiah 24:14-16a People from the West and the East, acclaim the Lord. In the coasts and islands of the sea, we hear them sing- from the ends of the earth, glorifying the God of Israel.
As Isaiah 30:26 says: On that Day, when I send My fiery wrath; I will save My people. They will praise the Lord for their salvation. Isaiah 66:8.

Isaiah 24:16b-20 But, there will be trouble for the earth on the Day that the Lord opens the window of heaven and shakes the earth’s foundation. It will lurch and sway like a drunkard and whoever tries to escape will be caught, like in a trap.
Worldwide earthquakes. The unrighteous will be punished- no one will escape. Luke 21:35

Isaiah 24:21-23 On that Day, the Lord will punish the powers in the heavens above and the leaders on the earth below. They will be made prisoners, punished for a long time. The sun and moon will grow pale. God will reign in Jerusalem and will be revealed in His glory to the elders of His people. Reference: REB verses abridged.

The leaders of the nations will be captured and punished. Psalm 149:6-9. The sky will be darkened for a while because of smoke and ash clouds. The Lord’s people will move to and settle in New Israel. The elders and leaders will know Him, as in ancient times, with Abraham, Moses and David, etc. Jeremiah 30:21, Hosea 1:11

That all this is before the Return of Jesus, is clear, then; He will come on the clouds with His angels, visible to all and He destroys the armies of the Anti Christ .

The Glory of God will come back into the Temple Holy of Holies, as in Solomon’s day. Ezekiel 43:1-9.

Note; that there is absolutely no hint of a ‘rapture’ of anyone at this time. The Lords people, righteous Israel, will gather and settle in New Israel, in all that area promised to Abraham. Jeremiah 23:3-4. Ezekiel 48.

The survivors of the worlds peoples will organize a one world government, as their leaders have gone. 10 regions will be established, each led by a President. It will not be long before one of them assumes full dictatorial powers. You know the rest of the story!

Isaiah 42:14-15 Long have I restrained Myself, I kept silence and held Myself in check. I shall lay waste to mountain and hill, dry up the trees and fields. I shall dry up the rivers and empty the lakes.

The Lord is about to act once again in His creation – The Lord’s Day of vengeance and fiery wrath - the next prophesied, worldwide event, the Sixth Seal. The first of a series of judgements and punishments to His enemies and blessings to His faithful Christian people, Isaiah 44:1-3, leading to the culmination of this age – the Return of Jesus.

Isaiah 42:11-17 The Lord will go forth as a warrior; He will shout His battle cry and will triumph over His enemies.
I will guide the blind along unfamiliar paths and will make the way smooth for them. But those who do not trust Me, they will be put to shame.

Isaiah 42:10-12 Sing a new song to the Lord – throughout the world, you on the seas and you that inhabit the coasts and islands. Let all people give glory to the Lord!
This is the gathering and settling of His people into all of the holy Land.

Isaiah42:18-20 Hear now: you deaf people, you My servants that are blind: look and see! Who is so blind as My servants? So deaf as the messengers that I send? You have seen much, but perceived little. Your ears are open but you hear nothing.

The Lord’s servants: every faithful Christian, all those who love Him and obey His Laws, fail to see or listen to the truths that are prophesied about these end times.

Why is this?

Isaiah 29:9-12 If you confuse yourselves, you will stay confused. For the Lord has poured on you a spirit of deep stupor, the prophetic vision of it all has become like the words in a sealed book.

How can we really understand what the prophets are telling us?

2 Peter 1:19 We have the word of the prophets, you do well to pay attention to it, as a light shining in a dark place and when the day dawns, it will illuminate your minds.

Isaiah 29:22-24 This is no time for Jacob to be afraid, when they see what I will do for them, they will regard their God with awe. The confused will gain understanding and the obstinate will accept instruction.
Jacob/Israel and Joseph; now refer to every faithful Christian person. Galatians 3:26-29

So, it may not be until after the Lord has acted against His enemies, that His people will finally realize and understand His plans and purposes for them. Psalms 60:1-5

Zechariah 10:6-12 I shall give triumph and victory to Judah and Joseph and in My compassion, I shall restore them as though I had never cast them off. My people will see and be glad, for I will deliver them. I will whistle to call them in and they will be as many as they used to be. Though dispersed among the nations and yet in far off lands, they will remember Me. I shall bring them home from wherever they are and will lead them into all the holy Land, until there is no more room. Their strength will be in God, they will march proudly in His Name. The Lord’s Christian people are gathered and settled into their own Land, after He judges and punishes His enemies. Jeremiah 12:14-17, Ezekiel 20:34-38, Isaiah 11:11-12

Unfortunately these events will come as a surprise to the secular world and to many Bible believers. Why should you be shocked and taken unawares by them?

Isaiah 34:1-8 Approach you peoples and listen, let all the earth attend to this warning. For the Lord’s anger is against all the nations, His wrath and fury is against all their armed forces, they are given over to slaughter and destruction. Their slain will be thrown out, they will stink and their blood will cover the hills.
[On that Day….] The sky will roll up like a scroll, the heavens will crumble into nothing and their starry host shall fall down, like ripe fruit from a fig tree.
For My sword is prepared in heaven, it descends in judgement upon Edom, on those doomed for destruction. The Lord has a sword bathed in blood, ready to descend on the sheepfold and upon all ungodly nations. For there will be a Day of vengeance, a time of retribution to uphold the cause of His people. Deuteronomy 32:22 & 34-35, Psalm 18:7-15, Romans 1:18

Psalm 46:8-9 Come, see what the Lord has done, the astounding deeds He has performed on earth. In every part of the world, He puts an end to war, He breaks the bow, He snaps the spear and burns the shields in the fire. Ezekiel 7:14

Psalm 76:3 He has broken the flashing arrows and all weapons of war. [flashing arrows – a military metaphor for a nuclear weapon. All will be destroyed or neutralized.]

Although these prophecies have usually been thought to happen at the Return of Jesus, the description of the sky rolling up like a scroll, matches exactly with the Sixth Seal: Revelation 6:12-17 & 2 Peter 3:7 & 10, a Day of worldwide disaster that will occur years before the Return. That judgement/punishment is the Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath, the multi prophesied fire judgement. It is what we now expect very soon, as the fulfilment of Psalm 83 & Micah 4:11-12. As actual stars are many millions of miles away, perhaps the starry host referred to are meteorites or our satellites.

Isaiah 35:3-4 Hold yourself upright and be strong, fear not, for your God comes to save you with His vengeance and retribution. Job 22:30, Psalms 23:4, Psalms 118:14, Prov. 3:25-26, Jer. 30:7, Ezekiel 20:34, Nahum 1:7, 1 Thess. 5:4-11, Rev 7:13-17

Isaiah 30:26-28 See the Lord comes from afar, His anger blazing and His doom heavy. Like a devouring fire, He sieves the nations for destruction. The sun will shine seven times brighter, on that Day, when He saves and heals His people. Jeremiah 3:22

Isaiah 63:1-6 Who is this, coming from Edom, [the ungodly nations] from Bozrah, [the sheepfold, the countries of the Israelites in dispersion.] with His garments splashed in blood? I trampled the winepress of the nations in My fury, for I had resolved on a Day of vengeance and the time for redeeming My own had come. Daniel 12:1, Joel 3:13, Matthew 3:10-12, Acts 2:19-21, Rev. 14:17-20

Revelation 7:1-9 After that, [the Sixth Seal judgement] I saw angels holding back any further punishments until the mark of God was set upon the foreheads of His servants…from every nation and language. Ref: REB, NIV, KJV. Some verses abridged.

We can see from the verses above, the terrible fire judgement is a CME sunstrike, that the Lord will use to punish His enemies and destroy their military power; is followed by the redemption and deliverance of His Christian people. They will be gathered and resettled into all of the holy Land. The Lord will ‘pour His spirit upon them’ and make a new Covenant with them. You are reading in your own... ideas into those Scriptures. When destruction comes upon the whole earth it is about the "day of the Lord" (2 Pet.3:10), which is the final day of this present world (Rev.16:15-16), and is when Jesus returns to fight with His army of Rev.19, and gathers His Church. We have no need to worry about that day because He will not harm His people. It is the wicked that it will not be well with.

As the Old Testament prophets show, and as Christ's Apostles also showed, the "day of the Lord" event is the LAST DAY of this present world when God's consuming fire will destroy man's works off the surface of this earth using His fire. It is going to usher us all into the next world with Christ's thousand years reign on earth. On that day the wicked will be defeated and Jesus will gather His elect, both from Heaven and from the earth, and they will reign with Him in Jerusalem, on earth, with the "rod of iron", over all nations, as written. Thus that event is on the final 7th Trumpet, and 7th Vial.

The 6th Seal, contains 2 separate prophecies, one about Satan and his host as the untimely figs, and then the wicked and deceived wishing for the hills and mountains to fall on them because the Heavenly is suddenly opened to them and they see Jesus and His wrath coming upon them. That event is Jesus' 2nd coming. It matters NOT... that that description is being given on the 6th Seal in Rev.6 instead of somewhere like Rev.19, etc. It's the EVENT that we are recognize, not the order John wrote the events down.

Jesus gave only 7 signs of the end in His Revelation. They parallel the 7 signs He gave before in His Olivet discourse. Revelation breaks the seven down further, but they are still only about 7 signs of the end, the last sign being that of Jesus' coming.

Davy, there are many prophesies telling about an terrible catastrophe soon the befall the earth. Isaiah 24 vividly describes it.
This worldwide disaster is not and cannot be the glorious Return of Jesus. It will be the event that commences all the things prophesied for these end times.
It is evident that there are two separate ‘Days of the Lord’ in which the Lord acts to punish His enemies. The Sixth Seal, the Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, is the next prophesied event that we can expect, of a worldwide judgement/punishment by fire from the sun, which will clear and cleanse His Land. 2 Peter 3:7, Romans 1:18, Hebrews 10:27, +
Most clearly described in Isaiah 63:1-6 and Habakkuk 3:12 ‘Furiously You traverse the earth, in anger You trample down the nations.’ But the Lord is not seen: Psalms 11:4-6, Psalms 18:11

Then, several years later, at the Return of Jesus, is the Sixth and Seventh Bowl fulfilment, the great Day of the Sovereign Lord, Revelation 16:14, when He disposes of the armies of the Anti Christ by the Sword of His Word. Revelation 19:19-21, Zechariah 14:3-5

The 'figs falling to the earth', Revelation 6:13, will be our satellites crashing down, pushed out of orbit by the pressure wave from the massive explosion of the suns surface. This Coronal Mass Ejection that the Lord will use on His Day of wrath, will literally cause all the effects described. No need for allegorizing any of it.
Satan is thrown out of heaven 1260 days before Jesus Returns. Revelation 12:7-9 He knows his time is short; verse 12.
So your idea of that happening at the Return, is wrong.

Actually, depending on who does any "math", a minimum of 1/3rd of the earth's population; 1/3rd of the sea creatures; 1/3 of the ships; and 1/3rd of the trees will be burned; -- all in a protracted global thermonuclear exchange.

And the good news is that if you live near any high priority targets (near ICBM bases; military bases; command and control locations, including state capitals; and or significant infrastructures, including ports, manufacturing, etc.), -- you might be able to witness the devastation from the comfort of a lawn chair while sipping a glass of lemonade!

... or maybe a tall glass of ice tea, ...

There will be no nuke war; Ezekiel 7:14, the Lord will not allow radiation pollution of the earth.

The 3 clear prophesies about the Return; Zechariah 14:3, Matthew 24:30 and Revelation 19:11, do not mention any destruction other that the armies of the Anti-Christ, who are liked by the Sword of His Word.

Your scathing and critical posts serve to show how little you know of the Bible prophesies.

His is really a Biblical illiterate statement, showing lack of understanding about the OTHER dimension of existence besides this flesh world!

God is not going to destroy this earth on the last day of this world. He is going to cleanse the earth, again. But this next time using His consuming fire, for HE is... "a consuming fire" as written in Hebrews 12.

So this earth isn't going anywhere. Those who think so show they haven't studied enough of God's Word.

Furthermore, any world-wide destruction upon the earth by God's consuming fire means no more reign by Satan's host on earth. Or can't folks figure that point out using a minimal number of brain cells?

It's God's consuming fire burning man's works off the surface of this earth on the "day of the Lord" that will usher us into Christ's future thousand years reign with His elect, as per Rev.20. It will END the coming time of great tribulation. It will cause all alive in the flesh to be 'changed' at the twinkling of an eye. After Christ's return all will be in a spiritual body.

So a flesh carnal interpretation of the end like Keraz has reveals just how far away from the written Scripture one can get. Nor does he seem to care, which ought to be an even greater warning to brethren.

Yeah, you're right. I guess Noah's flood was simply a flood of man's acknowledgement of GOD. It wasn't LITERALLY mass destruction and loss of life either THEN or in the NEAR FUTURE.

This passage of Scripture is not describing the Glorious Return of Jesus for His Millennial reign. It is an event before then –‘ when He comes in blazing fire and reveals His glory among His own’. It does not fit how He destroys the armies that are attacking Jerusalem at His Return and then how the whole world will see Him.

2 Peter 3:7& 10 The Day of the Lord [His fiery wrath] will come unexpectedly. The heavens will disappear with a roar and flaming fire will bring all the earth to judgement. Malachi 4:1

Hebrews 10:26-27 For if we deliberately persist in sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there remains only the terrifying expectation of a fierce fire which will consume God’s enemies. Zephaniah 1:14-18

This worldwide judgement of fire accurately fits how the earth would be affected by a Coronal Mass Ejection of

unprecedented magnitude.

You make an EXCELLENT POINT! In fact virtually all the nuclear targets are in the Northern hemisphere, and some 90% of the world's population is too. So the Southern hemisphere most likely provides one of the BEST places to be when the stars start to fall:

But no matter where you are in one aspect of this judgement of FIRE, it's important to recognize that some regions of the world were not submerged during the FLOOD. Specifically, regions in South America have historical evidence of retaining their dinosaurs as war horses, and many other regions have historical and cultural evidence of "pre-historic" creatures typical of the stegosaurus, "dragons", etc.

However, the entire world WILL SUFFER the effects of nuclear warfare including two hours of daylight due to the dust and smoke; and will still enjoy the penalty of the U.N.'s decree that each citizen be "enrolled" in the global digital monetary system; plus other perks endemic to the judgements both already started and future.

But the good news for those in the Southern hemisphere is they will most likely won't have as much radiation sickness as the rest of us. -- And now a promotional pitch for those in the Northern Hemisphere:

Keraz, -- what does a "falling star" look like? Does it have a similar appearance to the "aero-shell" re-entry ablation? Should John have called what he saw "a nuclear weapon aero-shell re-entry body"? Would that have convinced you or would you still argue that you need to know WHICH nuclear weapon was encapsulated in the aero-shell, -- a W76-LANL, W78-LANL, a W80-former LANL/current LLNL (no longer in the enduring stockpile), a W87-LLNL, or a W88-LANL?!? How about the YIELD, should he have called that out too?

Do you also think that John should have called the "locusts" helicopters and the "horses with lion's heads" tanks?
